I was also surprised when staff placed a complimentary round donut in the bag too. This business felt friendly & welcoming. (Important: Bring Cash. There's a 75 cent added charge for card.) I arrived at Bumblebee Donuts 2 (Azusa) on the weekend. Parking is tough since the lot is very tiny. Luckily, I found a parking spot. Staff is friendly and patient. Staff happily answered my questions. Staff also worked hard. As mentioned, I ordered the Pink Sprinkle Donut ($1.80). It's a good quality donut. It's filling and satisfying for a quick sugar rush. YUM. On ambiance, Bumblebee Donuts 2 (Azusa) is busy and cramped. It felt very tiny. And there's only two tiny tables. The location is clean, but it's also very cluttered. Still, the location felt well-ventilated and comfortable. Overall, Bumblebee Donuts 2 (Azusa) is a good spot. It's a humble location, but there's integrity within those walls. Just your basic donut thigh, which is all I wanted. Was late in the day so limited on choices, but enjoyed the ones they did have. Was craving some sweets after dinner and decided to stop by. The store is small but offers variety of items. Donuts were really fresh even tho we came by in the evening after dinner. It's been 3 days since I've had a donut (so I'm way overdue for one, or two... ok three). I was in the area running errands and had to find a donut shop and found Bumblebee Donuts 2 on Yelp. The plaza is small w very limited parking. Bumblebee is not only a donut shop, it's also a water store that sells alkaline water and filtered drinking water. The place is small and there are only 2 tables inside. I was hoping to find Holiday donuts but the only ones left were gingerbread donuts. There wasn't very much to select from but maybe because I got there mid-morning? I ended up getting 3 donuts: a gingerbread, chocolate heart, and Hello Kitty. Now let's talk about the quality of the donuts. The texture of the donut itself was excellent! It had the elasticity and moisture of good quality donuts. The cream was a bit too sweet for my liking, but the chocolate cream was just right. The fondant on the Hello Kitty donut was good. Heart donut was kinda small, but still really yummy and would get it again. I really enjoyed these donuts and so glad I stopped by here. Water prices are great, too!! Alkaline water sells for $1.25/gal which is a lot lower than other stores. Regular water is $0.35 cents per gallon. Awesome water prices!! Overall, great donut shop!! read more

My family and I were craving some donuts yesterday evening, and as we parked, we saw what looked like the owners inside (4 of them) arguing. There was no customers, and as I walked in, the verbal altercation that they were having in the corner of the restaurant only heightened. It was probably the most unprofessional atmosphere that I have ever seen, and I have been in hospitality for 22 years quite honestly, it's embarrassing and disrespectful to the customers that are walking in. All you hear from the woman is, " I don't know anything about a trust, why are you asking me!!" What's even more odd is when I walked in, they didn't even acknowledge me, their inventory for donuts was diminished, and this seven year old little girl, walked past me, and shouted, "there's a customer here!" a girl meanders from the back of the donut shop, she was probably only 13 years old, if that, and proceeds to stare at me with the most annoying look on her face. I asked her, "if she had any other selection of donuts in the back?" I was assuming because they're baked fresh that they might have a rack in the back of a different assortment. She replies, "what you see is what you get" a complete abomination of customer service. I will definitely not be returning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. read more

I ordered something to take home to my husband and ever since then, my husband has non-stop craved their Ham, Sausage, Bacon, Egg, and Cheese croissant sandwich (#39). We have already gone 3 times in the past two weeks! We usually order over the phone so that we don't have to wait when we arrive and the woman who works there and answers the phone is always so friendly and sweet. Whenever we walk in, she always greets us with a friendly hello and a big smile. Sometimes she has her daughter there with her too. On one of our visits, her daughter playfully helped us with our transaction by taking our cash, giving us our change and excitedly saying thank you. She is the sweetest thing! I also love their toasted croissant breakfast sandwhich which can be customized to your liking. I enjoy the number 37 - bacon egg and cheese. I add jalapeño, avocado and tomato. Bumblebee also offers delicious fresh squeezed juices to wash down your sammie or donut. My go to order is their fresh OJ. If you're not a fan of pulp, you might not enjoy this juice as much. Saw the donut sign and decided we wanted a donut. Picked out a donut but realized - wow! They have boba. It was a hot day so I thought boba couldn't hurt so I ordered it. While I was waiting, I noticed the lady took a few minutes to prepare it. This is always a good sign since that means they were getting all the ingredients fresh! I was right! The lady gave it to me with the tea and milk seperated - meaning the tea and milk was just freshly made and combined to make the milk tea! You can really taste the difference. I didn't get a chance to eat it hot because a i was on my out for the day and had to wait to eat it, but even coldish it was absolutely delicious. Came here for a quick breakfast, and ordered the croissant egg and sausage sandwich and an iced coffee. The coffee and sandwiches came quickly, I ordered 2 sandwiches, $3.50 each, and should have just ordered one, they were so filling! The sandwiches themselves were good, the croissant flakey and buttery, the egg and cheese perfectly cooked and a lil gooey, although the sausage I could tell was a little cooler than the egg, so it had probably been reheated. The iced coffee was good as well, and cheap so that makes it even better! Kinda annoying that they charge you to use a credit card, no matter what you spend, so I recommend bringing cash. (I know credit cards charge to use them, but just build it into the price of everything? There's nothing worse than being charged to pay for something on top of the bill) The donuts and ice cream here look tasty, so I'll probably be back soon! read more

I went around 9pm place only had 2 trays left of donuts one only had glaze other a bit of variety so I was thinking a dozen but when I tried to get any of the ones where the variety she kept telling me .50 cent more pretty much all on that tray when she clearly told me I could get from that tray I got a chocolate with sprinkles which was smaller than the glaze she was charging me .50 cents more then I said then your telling me you only have glaze and sugar and she is like NO from this tray I said you keep telling me 50 cent more and please keep in mind they where closing and only had a handful of donuts and still like that she was charging .50 cents more per donut. Then I said never mind just give me 1/2 a dozen and give me glaze and sugar. Then she said if you get full dozen I give you a better deal and I said NO THANK YOU. The raised maple donuts are thickly iced and the apple fritters have a chewy crust and bits of real apple embedded inside. Only sad thing I was told they haven't made any orange iced cake donuts for some time because no one buys them. For me, they're my fav. Hope one day they bring them back! read more
