Sweet & Spicy Mushroom Burger. Normally comes with fries, but I opted for a side salad (not shown) instead.

Was a Sunday afternoon for lunch, so keep that in mind. Great food (and you best bring a healthy appetite, because there's plenty of it), classy place, fairly dim with good but not overpowering music. AMAZING service from Allison. Would make a great place for a date night! NOTE: Listed hours for Sunday are a bit off. "noonish to 10-ish PM"

    Bacon Cheese Burger on Crack

Managed to get back to Chow a year later. Burgers are still phenomenal. Had the PB&J and the Bacon Cheeseburger on Crack. This place is well worth the stop.

Really tasty burger and tots! The place is inviting and friendly staff. Almost a little overly intrusive if you want a quite dinner, but honestly, it's more of a "here everyone knows your name" feel type of place. I can't remember the burger I got, but my friend got the one with peanut butter. We both really felt like they were huge, and quality. We both agreed that there was too much cumin in the onion jam. We will probably ask for that on the side next time as it was a little over powering. The truffle tots were perfectly crisp! Next time we come we will share because portions are gigantic. Yumm! We'll be back!

Great burgers, nice staff, reasonably priced drinks from a full bar! We loved the truffle seasoning on the tots!!

My wife and I just ate here on our date night and I thought it was review worthy. The food was delicious. The slow cook there bacon in a brown sugar glaze that turns it into some sort of all American candy. She had a burger with mushrooms in it and loved it. We also got appetizers-the blue cheese fries which had an awesome cheddar cheese sauce and bits of that bacon candy and- deepfried avacodos that were pretty good too. I got the wolverine#5 burger and it was awesome but HUGE! Probably would have taken a lot of it home but the owner apparently has a challenge where he has anyone who can finish it sign his bar with a sharpie soooo. Yeah I apparently had a 4lb dinner tonight, can't pass up a challenge like that. Must stop for anyone who's hungry trust me!!!

The food was fine. Not super, but not bad. Huge portions though, so a decent price for the amount.

Started with beers and a southwest egg roll order. We ordered because the server said it is running about 30 minutes for orders. The egg rolls came out and they were good. I ordered the Country Fried Steak with poached eggs and gravy on the side (because I planned on taking half home and wanted to preserve the breading on the steak). The panko coating on the steak had me intrigued, but it was great! The hashbrowns were pretty tasty, although they could have been crispier. The biscuit was decent, but the flavor of the gravy and the steak brought it all together. The quality reminded me of another sports bar here in Bend that has really good breakfast/brunch foods. I can't really speak to the other dishes but my wife and daughter were very happy with their French Toast and Waffle. I'd def stop back in if I was in the area.

With that meal you will experience actual satisfaction and contentment. That's the first thing I have to say in case you're reading for a recommendation of what to order. Even better if you have it late night after experiencing the best Handel's Messiah concert at the Hult in December. I had a small slider of corned beef along with his amazing fresh Kale salad garnish with shaved Parmesan, walnuts, added protein -- sausage. It came with a toasted slice of soda bread that was great. But the slider was how I realized the corned beef was PERFECTLY prepared. A taste was not enough; I decided to get the dinner plate version to take the next day up to Seattle with me. Fantastic staff included Barkeep Illyia, whose birthday it was. She kept up a steady stream of attentive care, skillful service, friendly banter with each of the clients that came in and said good by to them as they left. Hospitality was her middle name. Love that they have mugs for the regulars hanging from the ceilings, the bar space is great but so are the arm chairs and cushioned seats in the corners of the pub. I even ran into two other concertgoers who had also been so energized after the Messiah concert that they didn't want to go home. We spent a half hour at the bar unpacking the highs and best points of the performance by the Eugene Symphony Orchestra, and the symphony choir, and each of the soloists. We also unanimously agreed the tenor was fantastic, the baritone a paragon of artistic talent, the soprano sang incandescently, and that the final AMEN movement was soul healing and mind blowing simultaneously. Yeah. It was that good. This place was the right place to come to unpack it all over a Guinness and the best corned beef and cabbage in town. Love that it was open late enough to enjoy after the concert. Will be back.

I also got their colcannon. It was great! Creamy and delicious. I ordered their brown gravy too because I like gravy with my potatoes and it was hearty and a big side for the price. This is a difficult review to write. If I were not the guest at Centennial Steakhouse tonight and…read moresomeone else was sharing their experience I am not sure I would believe it. At a previous visit the server mentioned I should consider a Tuesday visit to enjoy the $16 all you can eat red sauce spaghetti dinner. So tonight my dinner date and myself hopped on the LTD bus #13 and headed for Centennial Steakhouse located at 1300 Mohawk Blvd. in Springfield. Entering we stopped to observe the message board mentioning the $16 special and $4 Margarita. Arriving at 3:30 pm we found the choice of seating plentiful with booth and table space available. Children welcome until 10 pm. Our server immediately arrived to take our drink orders. The $4 Margarita was tasty and obviously free poured. I appreciated that our server was attentive without being intrusive. Our spaghetti dinners arrived when we ordered our 2nd Margarita drinks. Now here is the unbelievable portion of this review. Completing the meal the server ask if we would like to order a meal to go. We shake our heads and she says "it is included with the all you can eat." WHAT! So our tab included 2 spaghetti dinners we ate and two full to go boxes for dinner tomorrow evening. So unbelievable. We arrived while the bartender (is that the PC description?) was taking our drink orders and a server came on to take our food and 2nd drink order. We cash tipped out the bartender/server and cash tipped out our server. It is always confusing to know if tips are shared our separate.
