I've been coming here over 20 years and grew up in LB, trust me when I tell you this is thee best Chinese food you will come across. I'm surprised that it doesn't have more reviews, it's definitely more of a word of mouth recommendation. If you're from LB, you know this is the spot. The line is usually out the door for a reason. If you are hungry then they are the place to go, they are very generous with the servings, the food is good.. yes just good not bad not great but good. They will not allow you to do a substitution of fried rice or chow mein for mixed vegetables even though they do taste offer vegetables as a side. Best Chinese food I have ever had, highly recommend their orange chicken. They give you twice as much food as Panda for the same price, their 2 entree plate is packed to the brim and will give you 2 huge meals. Absolutely delicious. Only downside is that they are strictly cash only. read more

I am struggling to give this place 1 star. First off, I didn't realize this place is cash only. That should have been a signal to turn around walk out. The ladies working there were too busy talking to each other to realize we were ready to order. We had to say something several times to get their attention. I ordered the 2 items combo of chicken and green beans and chicken with mushroom with half rice and half chow mein . This also came with an eggroll and a teeny tiny soda for $11.99 We decided to eat there. Ended up the tables were dirty we had to get napkins to wipe them down. When we opened the bag, the sodas leaked all over the place. As for the food, it was mostly chow mein and rice, Not much of the 2 main items. The food did not have much flavor adding soy sauce helped a little. The sweet and sour was more on the sour side. I ended up throwing out my leftovers, which is rare for me. Okay, so it has been awhile since I stopped by here. This place has always been one of my favorites, but it is not that close to me. Today, I was fortunate enough to go by there and so glad that I did. I don't know what they did, but their orange chicken recipe has been updated and it was so delicious and the breading is so light and that sauce. Yum! Their BBQ pork was so tender. I ended up getting the 2 combo piece that exceeded expectations beyond measure. The chow mein and fried rice stacked and cooked to perfection. This place used to be the BEST! Everything was good. The fried chicken was one of my favorites. Over time the chicken has lost ALL of its flavor. It's even 7 shades lighter due to the lack of seasoning. The chow mien has gained a lot more grease than ever. The rice is over fried. Beef broccoli more watery and lacking beef. Even the friendly faces behind the counter are gone. It's not the worst Chinese food place or anything but it's highly disappointing compared to how good it all use to be. The line doesn't even go outside the door anymore like it use to so I guess I'm not the only one who feels this way. I'm not saying I'm boycotting just saying I won't frequent here nearly as much nor will I be suggesting this place to others. First of all, you can't walk in here expecting it to be the best or most authentic Chinese food out there. This is the Americanized fast food version of Chinese food - cheap and unhealthy. For what it is though, it is good. Since they are always so busy, the food is always fresh. The prices can't be beat - we usually get a 2 item and and 3 item combo and walk out for under $12. And they LOAD those containers up! It's really a ridiculous amount of food, enough for 2 or 3 days.
