I'm so glad that Chili's is open for takeout and delivery during times of COVID closures. This was the second time I had ordered from them since the shutdowns. The curbside takeout is great! I ordered ahead online, drove up near the door, and then one of the staff immediately came over to my car after walking away from a car nearby. I gave my name, she said "I think your order is ready" and then one of the other staff brought it right out, (including my margarita to go!) Being able to still order a restaurant-crafted drink during these times ads some sense of normalcy for me, so I'm extra thankful they offer that option. (Note - you cannot get alcoholic beverages delivered, they are only available for takeout.) I subscribe to Chili's emails so I was able to redeem a free chips and salsa, which was delicious as always. The chips even have microwave instructions on the bag if you would like them warm. The salsa is always flavorful with a nice kick. I also like to put it on my food so I requested extra in the chips and salsa order - no extra charge. All of the food was packaged well and the portions were good. Shrimp tacos, grilled salmon, shrimp pasta, side order of ribs. There are plenty of sides included with the food and my favorite was the buttered corn. It was SO SWEET and not overly buttered. Chili's is somewhere I used to go years back for pretty much just chips/salsa and margaritas, but now I think of it as a great option for a really good takeout dinner as well. I don't plan to dine-in at indoor restaurants in the near future, out of caution, so places with curbside takeout will still be important to me for a while. read more

First time at Chili's!!! Came with my boyfriend, my best friend, and her boyfriend for dinner on a Saturday night. The wait was about 30 minutes which they have the list on Yelp so put your name on the list before you arrive! I shared a 2 for $25 combo which consists of an appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert. We had a guac and chips and salsa and chips for appetizer - both were delicious! The chips are thin, guac was good, and salsa is on the more liquidy side which I like. Then, for entrees we had the Creole Shrimp Pasta and the Crispy Chicken Crispers (Honey Chipotle flavor). There's nothing special about the paste, it's regular white sauce and not the Creole sauce I was expecting. The shrimp had Creole flavoring but was a bit overcooked. The pasta comes with a garlic toast which was good. The crispy chicken crispers are crispy and delicious! They come with a good number of them and there's several sauces/flavors to pick from. It also comes with 2 sides so I picked the mashed potatoes and Texas loaded cheese fries. The mash potatoes were delicious but the Texas loaded cheese fries served on a skillet were a bit dry and hard. For dessert, I got to try the cookie on a skillet with it's melty chocolate chips and vanilla ice cream and the cheesecake which was very light and fluffy. I also ordered the iced teas which has unlimited refills. The mango is pretty light whereas the blackberry is more strong and sweet. My family and I love Chili's and we love this location. Great food for an insane price. There is always ample parking here, which is really nice. Usually never more than a 10 minute wait, and even when it's busy you can go online and reserve a spot (which is super clutch during game days, holidays, etc.). The menus, especially with the deals, are constantly changing. But right now there's a 3 for $25 deal that comes with a three course meal for $25 which is so good. There's also a great deal for $10 too. The Cajun chicken pasta is one of my favorite things on the menu, it's so good. Also for drinks, it's nice that draft beers are two for the same price, which includes a lot of them on draft (ie Bud, Stella, Coors, etc). Also, you haven't lived until you try their chocolate cake and ice cream. It's the best. The service is pretty spot on, I've never had an issue at this location. read more

I've been to this Chili's many times now. It's always crowded here so there's always a long wait to get seated. Luckily last time we found a high table by the bar area, so we didn't have to wait long. I ordered the Prime Rib Fresh Mex Bowl, and I have to admit, it was better than I expected. I didn't think that I would like the prime rib with the avocado, but everything went together well. I also had the steak here once, but I didn't like it, so I wouldn't recommend it. However, I definitely recommend the Molten Chocolate Cake if you order dessert. read more

We received prompt service and our server, I want to say his name was Matt, was very good. I ordered from the 3 for $10 menu and got the chicken fajita, (it was an exclusive perk for signing up for the rewards program), beverage and chips with guac. I figured my meal is only $10 so why not just order the guac for a couple of dollars. Gotta say, the 3 for $10 menu is an awesome deal ... you can get a drink, soup or salad and an entree for $10. My husband ordered the chicken crispers and gotta say ... it's eh. Nothing great about it and he wished he had ordered something else. Basically 3 chicken strips and they were tiny ... you can see from the picture. Besides that, my son's just bacon burger was good and the cheddar bacon soup was a hit for the first timer. 4 of us adults went to Chili's in Westbury & had dinner. To our surprise it was a big disappointment,the food was to put it mildly horrible.Apparently the manager is not checking what's being served. The draft beer was flat, the coffee was weak in a small cup, the fried chicken was dry, the ribs were over seasoned, the only thing that wasn't bad was the ice cream at the end. If these places want to stay in business & charge higher prices, the food & service must reflect that. This place is definitely off our list to enjoy a night out read more

They've made improvements throughhout the years and have noticed. I come here about 2-3 times a year. And more often when I was in college. Within the last few years, they've upgraded their technology. You can pay at the table, play games and even when waiting, you can get a text when your table is ready. There are some food that are a little too salty. Like the chips with guacamole and the brocoli. I asked them not to put salt on my broccoli before, same with then chips...but i think the food is pre-packaged and all they do is put it in the microwave. I've ordered different dishes and dont have any complaints about most dishes other than what I've mentioned. Last night, I was there with family. We were all really pleased with our dinner. I had the combo meal. Salmon and steak made medium with loaded mash and brocoli. Cousin had the same as I, but without the salmon. My sister had the sweet and smoky burger: burger with melted pepper jack cheese, bacon, panko onion rings, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce on the side, and onion rings. This burger is part of the new Craft Burger menu. It was really good. She kept saying, "this burger's bangin'!" Hahaha! It was busy that night, and they seated us in 15 minutes. It was a great night. This place is ridiculous. The manager is a completely rude and unprofessional. She's rude and has an attitude problem. They messed up our to go order TWO SEPARATE TIMES. When I called to speak to a manger and try to correct it, she insisted I was wrong as SHE was the one who packed the order so it MUST have been right. She would rather argue with me instead of just trying to make the situation right. Her attitude was just spilling through the phone. We will never order nor eat at this location again. Ben was our server. When he first approached us I had my face in my scarf hysterical crying lol. Although my boy is almost 19 and sometimes still a handful it's still so hard sending him off. Food is good here in this particular location. This Chili's hires many college kids and it shows in their inexperience. The wait staff are cordial, but they lack the skill sets in customer service 101. We came in as a table for two and they only gave us silverware for one. When we ordered our meals and they came, they never asked if we needed a refill, our glasses were empty "0" in the tank. The waiter walked passed up several times and never even looked at our table again after the initial order was placed. I decided to order Chili's after my friends suggested their great 3 for $10 deal. I usually don't dine at Chili's since Applebees is right down the block but I really enjoyed their curb-side pickup during this pandemic. I ordered the meal online and picked ASAP but there is a wide array of times to pick for later on if you want to order ahead of time. Once I pulled up, I was greeted by a kind woman with a mask and gloves. She quickly got our order and told us to check to make sure everything was in there which I liked! The 3 for $10 was a great bang for your buck. It comes with a drink, appetizer, and an entree. I got a lemonade, chips and salsa, and the Cajun chicken pasta. The entree was good but I am a sucker for the classic chips and salsa. The salsa is a big cup portion with a whole bag of chips! The pasta sauce and my dad's coleslaw juice kinda spilled in the bag on the carride home. Annoying, but it just happens with takeout. When it arrived all I could think of was what is this????? This is the ugliest most unappealing bowl of I dont know what the hell I ordered. I was able to see the avocado, there was a slice of chicken, a smear of sour cream, tortilla chips (maybe), corn, lettuce, cheese...and I dont know what else was thrown...and I do mean thrown in the bowl. Someone in the back just must have been grabbing a little bit of everything and said oh that looks texmexy. If I had been making this dish at home I would have called it refrigerator buffet salad. Open the fridge throw it in a bowl...close the door and eat it. Time being short, I did eat this gastronomic excursion with hopes I would not get sick. It was ok/tolerable. Went here today before class. My server was generally nice. She kept the conversation short and just took my order(I already knew what I wanted anyway) food came out quickly and it was okay. It's really quiet during lunchtime so I assume that's why I was serviced so promptly. Come here from 11-4 to get the lunch special deals! My salad was great, but the lettuce tasted kind of metallic ( if that makes sense). The margarita flatbread is my absolute favorite because of the aioli that's drizzled on top.
