We both ordered the 3 For Me, and I have to say, the food was pretty good! The burgers came out nice and juicy, and overall we enjoyed our meals. Now, the customer service could've been better. Our bartender kept disappearing like magic . One minute he was there, and the next minute--POOF! Gone! I've been coming to this Chili's for over eight years with my high school friends, and even longer with my family, so it's become one of those places that always brings back good memories. It's a great spot to grab an affordable meal, catch up for a few hours, and watch whatever game is on. The servers have always been friendly and attentive, even when the restaurant gets busy, and the food usually comes out hot and pretty quickly. The 3 for Me deal is still one of the better values around, although it's definitely gotten more expensive over the years, which is probably my biggest complaint. Chilies everywhere is pretty much the same. We visited on a Sunday, and the restaurant was bit busy. Sunday is a huge sports day, that was to be expected. The wait time was 20min, but we were seated near the bar area where we could still see the tv screens. Our server took our orders pretty quickly, because we already knew what we were getting. We did order a few rounds of the margarita of the month, and it was pretty decent. My niece loved it, I didn't finish mine, so she did the honors. Food came out fast, hot and everything was correct. It's been a hottt minute since I've been inside a Chili's but stopped by yesterday to watch the Giants game. Drinks are very well priced! The $6 mango margs were delicious and I had some great Gin & Tonic, splash of sour (Tanqueray for $9 not bad at all!) My friend had a triple dipper app combo and I had the Grilled Chicken Tex Mex bowl. Both were good. Nothing special but not bad! My husband ordered a steak, which is always a hit here.we've never been disappointed with their steaks. My sister-in-law ordered the fajitas with chicken but they got shrimp and steak as well. That was just okay. The only thing I didn't enjoy this visit was the guac--usually it's really good, but this time it wasn't up to their usual standard. We ended our meal with the Chocolate Lava Cake, which is our favorite dessert. It never disappoints--so rich and delicious! Visited on a Thursday a little after they opened, no wait to be seated. Triple dipper for the win! the mozz sticks cheese pulls for days and chipotle tenders - the sauce is perfect spicy sweet. I visited this restaurant over the weekend and I must say this experience was better than the last time. My sister and I shared the appetizer which was the Triple Dipper. The appetizer consisted of fried mozzarella, southwest egg rolls and Buffalo Wings. We tried the Margarita of the month which is the Autumn Breeze Margarita. It was very good. The appetizer was well prepared and tasty. For my entree I ordered the Big Smasher Burger and Fries. The burger was delicious and well prepared. It was flavorful and had all of the necessary toppings that make a burger great. The fries were nice and crispy. The waiter was attentive and very friendly. Stopped in after the movies for something quick to eat. Was pleasantly surprised at the quick service even though they were very busy. Food came out nice and quick. The Southwest egg rolls were pretty good, could've been slightly more crunchy, but still very good. My burger topped with pulled pork was nice and big and pretty tasty. Let's talk about the pasta. The Alfredo sauce on the pasta reminds me of cheap Ragu spaghetti sauce. The budget concoction you can get for a dollar a jar. I don't even buy that junk for my house. The chicken reminds me  of those processed strips of chicken that you get pre-cut in the deli meat section of the supermarket. You know the ones that you aren't even sure if it's real chicken and they have fake grill marks on them. Needless to say it was very salty and not acceptable for a $20 dish. The salad was dry and disgusting. I found pieces of old dead lettuce that was already decaying in it. I have lived in this area or my life. They told us when we arrived that the wait would be 15 - 30 minutes. We were using their app so we should have gotten correct information. Not even close. I went to ask at 45 minutes and was told we were 7 on the list and it would be at least another half hour. There were empty tables all over. Some still had food on them but most were empty. Had they been honest up front, I would have gone somewhere else and come here another day. read more

My son wanted baby back ribs from here for his birthday so I made it happen. Placed an online order, called to confirm the pick-up time and when I arrived, everything was ready as promised. All the staff were very friendly & polite. They made a small mistake with my order and fixed it right away plus apologized, which I really appreciate. I got a party platter of baby back ribs, oldtimer burger, southwestern egg rolls, and the triple dipper- opted for big mouth bites, Nashville hot mozz & honey-chipotle chicken crispers. The ribs were tasty, meaty and cooked to perfection, smothered in house bbq sauce, a generous amount of it. My daughter loved the fried mozzarella and chicken crispers. The roasted sweet corn was delish and I loved the corn tostada chips- talk about salty goodness.
