This is our second dine in with the family, being the first was on my birthday. We were happy to be seated once and for all by the same waitress. Her name is Stephanie. She made a very good impression the first time and can say the same for this evening. She's very friendly, professional, always has a smile on her face and impressed with her memory. The mix and match trio came with seared steak, shrimp and cut up chicken breast. Everything was tasty except for the chicken which was less flavorful and a little dry. The Caribbean salad came with shrimp, mandarin, dried cranberries, red bell peppers, green onions, cilantro and sliced pineapples. The honey-lime dressing has the right amount of sweetness and acidity. I would recommend separating the sauce as when the salad was served, the veggies came soft and lost its crisp. The Santa Fe burger was off the hook. The meat was tender, tasty and juicy. From the time we ordered the food, we only waited for a little over 10 minutes, which I think was done in comparatively little time. I have to say that all the staff in this pub are customer-friendly, inclined to help and make you feel welcome. Kendall, for example, has been very good with our mango drink, which we order to-go almost everyday of the week. We'll sure pay a visit again next time. read more

We have been coming to this Chili's for years and have never had any issues. The food here is mostly good. Today, we ordered curbside. In our order of 5 items there was also an order for molten lava cake. When we opened the box for the dessert, we saw a spider crawl out of a hole in the cake. I took a video of it. Normally, I wouldn't post something negative without giving them a chance to rectify. However, in this instance, I called the location twice and asked for the manager. The first time, I was put on hold for 10 min without anyone asking me to hold. The second time I called I explained the situation and the manager's response was that we are busy right now, please call back in 1.5 hours. Really? I would've expected someone to take my number down and call me back when appropriate. I didn't even ask for a refund. Just wanted them to be aware. This post isn't so much about the spider in the cake as it is about the disappointing customer service. I hope they get better at customer service and, of course, the cleanliness of their kitchen. read more

I actually started going to Chili's having working dinners with my Boss. We would be seated and sequestered from the public and was able to eat and meet without interruption. Now I go at least once a month and basically order the same thing every time. I'm usually seated at "my" table overlooking E. Vista Way. And then order. 1. Chips and Salsa. Warm, Crispy, perfecty salted tortilla chips, served with delicious red salsa. In my opinion the best restaurant chips and salsa. 2. Chicken Enchalada Soup. Creamy, hot, and delicious. Filled with big chunks of chicken, topped with cheddar-jack cheese and crispy tortilla chips. Slap your Abuela good! 3. Old timer Burger with fries. Imagine a hand formed 1/3rd pound patty of never frozen 80/20 Angus beef. Grilled to order. Served on a fresh breosh bun. Fresh, crisp, lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, ripe red tomato, dill pickle, mayo, and mustard. And if that's not enough add a portion of crisp fries. I don't need to tell you just how good that all is. Come at the right time and enjoy a refreshing house Margarita during happy hour. I'm giving 5 stars for customer service. We're visiting town and wanted something for the hotel, ordered pick up online. We had to call in to make a few specifications. When we pulled up, they brought out food out, volunteered that the specifications were made, extra sauces provided and silverware. Not a big deal, but we order our a lot and there was just a personal touch to it that is often lacking these days, so the attention to detail, accuracy, and friendliness was a breath of fresh air. Bad Customer Service, Dirty Restaurant. Wanted to catch lunch with friends but the place we planned on eating was closed. Chili's was right there so we decided to eat there. We walked in, just past 2 pm for lunch. Place wasn't busy but Gabe still told us there would be a 10 minute wait. Honestly, the place wasn't busy. And all that was acceptable until a family of 6 came in with their new puppy. I would have been fine if they took it on the patio but they were seated in a booth in the middle of the restaurant and this was NO service dog. I told the server, Rachel that I was severly allergic but she said she couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a manager and I got Gabe. Told him I was highly allergic and he told me that we could leave. I tried to take a picture of the kids with their puppy (to send to corporate) but their Dad threatened me. Unfortunately miscommunication for my order occurred on my visit today. Receiving hair in my soup also is the reason I had to rate so lowly today. Cajun pasta was unfortunately very overdone and dry. As a group of 8 people, we ate at Chili's of Murrieta for a special luncheon on Saturday, Dec 7, 2024. The service was good, and the food orders were correct and delivered on time. Our server was confusing: dressed as a woman, wearing bright red lipstick, women's jewlery, and bright Christmas accessories. None of us knew which gender it was. Some of us felt very uncomfortable - And I like to say sir or madam to respect my waiter. I felt extremely conscious about not knowing how to address my server. But then, when I was using the "women's" restroom, not unisex, An employee came into the stall next to me, wearing large black men's boots and black pants and faced the wall to urinate!!! As I went out to wash my hands, I noticed it was an employee!!! That's when I lost my acceptance of male employees pretending to be females. I need to say that we changed this luncheon location because the past 2 times, the Chilli's in Temecula we've had men dress like women as our servers. To avoid an embarrassing situation, I decided not to talk to the manager but to write a review instead. Our group has now decided not to have our meals at Chili's again. The tables here are gross. The kids high chairs were even worse. We were a party of five, 2 kids 2 adults and a high chair. Sat us at the smallest table possible when it wasn't busy at all. Service was not great at all, she was nice but only came around when she had too. The caked on gunk on the kids high chair was the worst. DONT LEAVE YOUR BAR SEAT UNATTENDED! Horrible service!!! This place is so crazy! I WAITED FOR 15 minutes for a seat at the bar. I asked the hostess(Alexa/Alexis) if I could have that seat then she confirmed it with the bar tender and I sat down. The bar tender was in the back so I went to make a phone call and came back and my seat was taken. He did not want to give it back and Alexa said "its open seating." First of all , I am visiting the Temecula CA location on Rancho California and Ynez Road . I went to this restaurant all the time the 5 years I lived here pre COVID . I could tell right away the server had a problem with me by her glare . The server Renee , never said hello and told me her name . I was dressed down because I working . She walked up and said can I have your drink order . Never offered me water and never told me her name . Now in CA, the pay rate for restaurant workers is $20. Renee looked at me weirdly . Once ,my meal was served , she never came back and ask me how was my meal. I originally post this to the wrong Chili's in the wrong state. I am a great tipper but I tipped Renee according to the service I received poorly . Then , I told the manager that was at the bar , which was around 2pm. I was seated around 1 pm. Once I was finished talking to the manager with a beard and a cap on at the bar. I watched him as he said something to Renee and she looked at me and laughed . Went to Peltzer pumpkin patch Sunday evening and had a great time. We were looking for some dinner after and ended up at chili's since it was close to the freeway. We arrived at 5:45 PM and checked in with the male hostess. He said the wait would be 15 minutes. We asked if we could sit outside since we have kids and you know how kids are. 6 PM rolls around and we still haven't been sat. Keep in mind there are at least 10 empty tables. I ask about the wait and he said we have to wait still. I ask about the outside option and he highly discouraged it since there is a pond nearby and there's a lot of mosquitos. Okay fine. So we ask how much longer and he says not too much longer. 6:30 rolls around and a party that came in AFTER us with kids was seated. We left. I would HIGHLY recommend you find somewhere else other than this Chili's. Don't be fooled by the closeness to the freeway. read more

I really come here for the chips and salsa + Margaritas! So good! French fries are great too with ranch! Servers are always great at Chili's. My food experience with the Chili's in Temecula is it's either, too salty, too bland, not salty enough, overcooked, or you can tell was just sitting in their kitchen too long because then it's cold!
