Chilis is the worst service in Roswell! you won't even get a drink as you wait they will ignore you we waited for over 20 min let me make this clear drinks were not even offered. This highlights the low quality of service. Staff and management need some customer service training and new management. They locked the door at 9:40 even though one of the employees told us earlier that day that they closed at 10. They should not be locking the doors 20 minutes before closing and not letting people In the Restaurant. If they want to close at 9:40, they need to put that as their time online and on the outside doors!! All we wanted was chips and salsa and a dessert, which would only take two minutes out of their day to make! If they wonder why their sales are down it's because of this reason. Yikes! This was the worst experience at this chain. I ordered Fajitas as they looked good on the menu. The food I got was no where close to the menu. The whole bottom of the of the platter was burnt. It was not just a little burnt it was charcoal. The whole dish tasted burnt. When I mentioned it to the server her response was that is how they were told to serve it. The server was non existent during our visit. I would suggest to consider other places. read more

GOOD FAJITAS ..DO not order the fajitas for two .Just horrific .They just combine a COMBO set into a DOUBLE SET and charge more ..Less bean, less pico, no lettuce .1/16 ounce of cheese .That cheese sauce on the BEEF is gross..We were very dissapointed .Just get the COMBO and split it ..Fajitas for two is a no GO ...ever....Ask to skip the ASADERO CHEESE SAUCE on the beef ..ITS GROSS.. I ate at Chilis last week. My meal w/tax was $15.06. The waitress gave me $34 change from a $50 bill, not the $34.94 I was due in change. I asked what happened to the $.94 cents. She informed that Chilis does not give out coin as change. How convenient, instead of rounding to the nearest dollar and them losing $.06 cents, they rounded up and I lost $.96 cents. This was absolutely a disaster. You would think Chili's would have their stuff together. Our table had eight flies that we were dealing with. We asked to move it, move it to another table and there's flies all over there. The people next to us their food was all wrong and disgusting. I will never go back to another Chili's again. I should've read the reviews before coming. I was traveling all day and didn't eat at all. We decided to stop here. The burger patty was in pieces, falling apart, very greasy. Our waitress kept walking by our table and helping the table in front of us. She constantly checked in on them and kept walking by us. By the time we were done eating and getting ready to pay she asked if we needed anything. We will not returning to this location next time we pass through. Food made my family sick. Today I chose to do my food Togo and placed my order online. Arriving 30min after I placed my order the food was not yet ready (even though ticket time stated it should be ready prior to 1:40). I am patient and can understand. After 50min sitting in my car I sent my wife in to check the food and there were still problems. When asked to speak with a manager my wife was told "managers are to busy to speak with customers" This is where I stepped in and casually spoke to 2 staff members who were very respectful and asked for the managers on duty names ( James and Amy). I will say I understand a wait but I placed my food just after 1:10 pm and didn't receive it until after 2pm and I personally would have expected and respected having a manger have time for the customers complaint/concern. This lack of accountability and respect is not where I will continue to spend my money. read more

Not a fan of Chili's BUT THIS Chili's changed that!!! Esperanza went out of her way to deliver my food to the parking lot behind the restaurant as I'm disabled and was in my RV! I was expecting mediocre food at best but was happy to speak to such a nice girl! Boy, was I WRONG! my food was SO GOOD!! Waited 15 minutes to be sat outside. The restaurant isn't even 1/4 full. We got our drinks right away. Ordered a kids pizza, kids grilled cheese and my wife and I ordered the 2/25 with fried pickles, Cajun chicken pasta, and the "just bacon burger" 40 minutes go by and we got the fried pickles and the kids meals. No napkins, no refills. The grilled cheese was not even melted, my wife went to the restroom for paper towels so we would have something to wipe the kids hands and faces with. After waiting 45 minutes mine and my wife's food came out. And we got a refill. And our server ghosted us again until I went and asked for her because the machine at our table wouldn't come on. I understand covid and everything else going on, but we were one of maybe 10 tables sat in the entire restaurant. I'm glad I don't live here and I never have to worry about coming back. read more

I don't really understand the bad reviews. The food is Chili's food. You like it or you don't. My steak was tasty and cooked well. Highlight though was the staff that were all very friendly. We had to wait over an hour to be seated. It was extremely cold. Our waitress only came to our table 3 times. Then we got our entrées before our appetizer. Our entrees were wrong. Chili's was kinda busy for a Sunday evening. The waitress looked a bit overwhelmed. Ordered a blended margarita I got on the rocks instead. I took a slip and I asked the waitress if they could throw in it the blender. She did but she said on accident they gave my margarita away. So I had to wait for another. The service at this restaurant is not good. Today is the first day for their reopen during COVID and the service is even worse. I am trying to be patient, but I sat outside waiting for a table as directed and noticed about 4-5 groups of people going and not coming out. I and another party went back in and found out that they skipped both groups. They finally got us in and we sat dow with the idea that this is the reopening and it may be bumpy. After waiting longer than normal for a waiter, they took our order and offered complimentary chips and salsa. The waitress was as attentive as she could be on a short staff. All-in-all, we sat in the restaurant for a little over 45 min waiting on food 25 min consuming it and 35 min waiting outside for our number. I guess an hour and 45 min for lunch could be worse (sarcasm). Stay home and wait until they get all the kinks out. read more

Solidly a 3.5 star establishment. You get chain consistency, which is actually a rarity in Roswell, where capital C corporate seems to let chains languish once they open in Roswell. What you can expect: the latest and greatest from Chili's finely-tuned menu. Passable service a majority of the time. What not to expect: expert service or food that wows. I cannot believe this is 2 stars. It appears a lot of passers-through have unfairly penalized the place without 1. Taking into account it's a Chili's and 2. Taking into account it's Roswell, and being in the food service industry is not necessarily someone's first pick for employment in a small, isolated town. I enjoy coming here because I can rely upon middle-good food and mostly kind and attentive service. So to those 2 star people, I say: give this one a better chance. read more

BEWARE the waiters and managers are not trustworthy!!! My family and I went to eat lunch on 1/18/2020. We divided up our meals and received separate tickets mine was only $10 so since it was a small amount I gave the waiter a $4 tip, you could tell they were short handed and he really was trying. When I check online the $4 tip must've been changed to $9 because the total was $19. I called to complain spoke to John Harp a "manager" and he said I would be getting the money back on my account here it is 2/18/2020 a month later and no refund. The food was delivered with the appetizer and the food was warm not hot. I had a special that includes three protein and I paid $4 extra to get ribs. The other protein was brisket. It was supposed to be 2 oz per the manager but it was on the lite side. He went to get me more and when he weighed the portions in the kitchen he found they were not properly weighed. He said he weighed two samples and they were 1.6 and 1.75 oz. not two. So he brought me another small portion. At least he tried to take care of the problem. My wife order chicken which was dry and cold when delivered. He was going to take her meal off. They tossed out the tea about 930 with customers still there drinking tea. read more

We asked to sit by a window and the hostess went to ask if it was ok (they could have sat us in the bar area by a window). They sat us down on a dirty table (crumbs). We waited 12 to 15 mins and no one ever came for our drink order. We sat one table away from the front door, and not even the hostesses noticed that we were just sitting there for that long. The place was not busy. We got up and walked out. Went to Applebees, that place was full, but no wait time. The hostess sat us and not even 2 minutes later we were being asked for our drink order. They sat me down quickly at a booth. One side of the booth had a broken seat so sat on the other side. Ordered my drink and meal at the same time, my drink came promptly. Got my meal about 10 to 15 minutes later. But no silver wear. Got my silver wear in a couple of minutes. 10 minutes later finally got my refill. After that the refills came quick. Got incredible time, patience, and not hungry yet?. You might try Chili's. I curb side (pre paid) my sandwich and would not recommend it. After getting there in lots of time I had to phone them - there had been a "mixup" with the chicken. Told it would be 3 more minutes - 15 minutes later I was on the phone with the manager as no sandwich had appeared. Had I not prepaid I would have been so gone. The management needs to organize the staff better. Everyone who waited on us was very courteous and polite, but we had to get their attention for every part of the meal, and when we arrived, they weren't swamped. Once seated, we waited 15 minutes before we could flag someone down to bring us water or asked us what we might want. Needed utensils - we looked on our own and found only crayons until we flagged someone down. Needed condiments - had to flag someone down. Needed our check - we flagged someone down who showed us how to use the automatic pay machine at the table. It didn't work - had to flag someone down. The last night restaurants could be open, the place was almost empty but there was a 40 minute wait due to 'having to keep every other table open for social distancing' (paraphrasing as the person was way nastier). No kidding, it had been that way for months. Guessing noone wanted to work, like the time before I was there when I didn't get half the food I ordered, couldn't get a refill on a soda, and the actual food I got was a burger that was burnt and broken into pieces on the bun. Or the time before that where I waited longer for salt for to add to the guac (which I asked for when I ordered it) than it took for all the food to arrive. I'm a fan of the drink, app, and meal for $10 but you pay in other ways going here- I almost always leave with a headache. Writing this, I'm not sure why I ever go back here. New to town so wanted something familiar on a Sunday night. We asked to sit at the bar to watch football but had to ask to have a table cleared (more on that in a minute). Service staff here are extremely lazy with the exception of the little pregnant girl. Food was not good at all. Took almost 30 min just to get our drink order. Overheard the two tables next to us, one saying they got the wrong stuff and the other also saying the food was terrible. Could see at least 5 staff members in back towards the kitchen not doing anything and 12, yes 12, tables that needed cleared. I love chili's but more than likely will not be back. read more

Havent been to a chili's in a while and decided to eat there during our trip to roswell, was a little disappointed. The staff was friendly but someone forgot to communicate in the back that we were 5 people with 5 meals and we only got 4 at first. They didnt realize it at first and they did try to hurry up and fix it. When I finally got my meal I couldn't eat half of my meal since some of the chicken had a weird taste and texture. My daughter also mentioned it. The burger was good and my other kiddos quesadilla. For what I spent there and only enjoyed the fries I wont be going back anytime soon.
