Sat outside to get some tuna from here since it's fish for Wednesday. I got there before 11 and sat in the car til a little after 11 so I didn't seem desperate lol. Welp11:04, I walk in and I'm fifth in line. Place was IMMACULATE- down to the restrooms. I haven't had tuna from Jimmy John's Midtown in over 7 years. Welp! It was tasty as EVERRRRRR. It won't be another 7 years. Everything was super FRESH and the staff were friendly and professional! The Jimmy chips are wonderful as well! I'm so sorry I didn't take pics but I was just too greedy and too excited lol. Next time.... read more

I watched multiple employees go from handling food to the drive-through to the register back to handling food without even changing their gloves. The amount of meat you get for your money is also a waste so we went across the street to Popeyes. read more

A decent sandwich, but for some reason it seems to me the chain (not just this location) are using progressively cheaper products. It's worth noting that as of this writing you can only get service through the drive through. read more

Super friendly staff who greeted us with a smile and prepped our to go order perfectly. The subs were really tasty and fresh - my personal favorite was the #7 spicy Italian sandwich. Very clean facilities as well. Thanks, Jimmy John's! read more

I ordered delivery, and they forgot my drink. Without me having to reach out they driver came back for a second time and delivered the drink. My order is always on point for this location. I recommend!! read more

First time at Jimmy Johns. I ordered the #7. The spicy east coast Italian, which was double Genoa salami, double capicola and double cheese on French bread. It was satisfying. I did long for better bread. The bread was a bit chewy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. read more

I had much better hopes for this place than what was delivered. Meat was not fresh nor was it cooked medium rare like the menu says it is. They also messed up on my order. I asked for no cheese, the wrapper said no cheese, but there was cheese. Not a big deal but still. It was lunch time when I went. Place was very dirty! I had to clean my own table just for a place to sit. read more

I've been to Jimmy John's all over the country and this one definitely does not live up to the name. I have never had such small portions of meat and veggies. Usually the JJBLT is the only BLT that actually has enough bacon on it. I also normally eat half and save half for later. Today I shared with my mom and it was no where near enough to satisfy. I also ordered avocado and you could barely even tell it was on it by looking and you couldn't taste it at all. It was my mom's first time at a Jimmy John's and she is now seriously questioning my choice in restaurants. She said she will stick with subway. Edited to add: my mom is in a wheelchair and while this Jimmy John's is larger than most there was only one small table that was wheelchair accessible. read more

Subway is much better and that's pretty sad to say. It wasn't freaky fast either, waited quite a while as most employees in the back giggled and/or talked. Only four were really paying attention to what they were doing , two of those were the cashiers. I prefer going & telling someone what I want on my sub, and not just pointing and getting what they say. Plus, I like watching them make it, jimmy johns blocks your view. Anyways, long story short.. Cross the street to subway if you have a craving for a sub. read more

Wow!! Great service-good sandwiches AND one of the cleanest places in Roswell to eat-not very many places that ARE clean!!! Thank you for taking pride in your store and city!! Makes me proud! Keep it up. read more

Jimmy John's is always delicious, but this one specifically... you're testing my franchise loyalty. Maybe the people working were training, but come on... the outside of the sub shouldn't be covered in oil. The restaurant itself... smells. Smells really bad. Basically, imagine rotten mop water mixed with lettuce and mayo scents and that's just about it. This, of course, doesn't change the food, so... still tasted how JJ subs should, but still. Gross. It doesn't take a lot of effort to use clean mop water. You guys won the "where to eat?" between Whataburger and yourself, but I expected better. read more

Terrible customer service. Today was the second time I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they were already closed. If you don't want to be there, then change your hours or find another job. Last time I will eat there or another Jimmy John's. read more

Jimmy Johns is a perfect place for my Roswell trios I don't live here but every time I come they always get it right and I never have trouble waiting for my order !!! read more

Extremely disappointing. The bread was worse than bread you buy at Walmart. It was extremely chewy, almost stale. The bacon...hard, cold, and probably cooked hours earlier. Also I find it extremely disappointing ordering a sub off of the favorites section of the menu and finding it without any cheese. The lettuce white...no green. The tomatoes you ask? Frozen. My sandwhich was basically ice cold. This is my first time at Jimmy John's as well as my last. read more

This was our first visit to a JJ. The food was fine and the service was good. However, it was just opened when we went. We will see what it is like next time. But I expect the service to go down - it always does. If I am incorrect on our next visit I will make note of it. My only real complaint was the noise level. Between the music playing really loud and the crowd trying to talk over it. It was just too much. read more

Ordered sandwiches for delivery to our hotel after a long day of sight-seeing. Delivery driver was polite and our order of 4 different sandwiches was perfect. They even remembered the mustard and mayo packets! read more

Went here for lunch. Ingredients were fresh, sandwich was made perfect to order and service was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this location for a clean, delicious place to eat with great service. read more

Nothing special, small portions on sandwich. Pretty bland almost flavorless. Drinks taste like made with tap water . Not worth my time to stop!!! read more

I've ordered several times and usually do delivery and they do get 2 stars for at least delivery being quick but these stars are not for food. Food gets 0 stars. The last sandwich I got the bread was not fully baked and you could clearly tell it was still all doughy so the fact that they sent it anyways made me mad. I ask for easy or no mayo and they still put so much on there that all I taste is mayo. I have had 1 good sandwich from there but we have ordered from there several times for everyone at work and to only have one good experience is kind of sad. read more

I've been to this new JJ's several times as it's very convenient for me! Sometimes I place my order online and pick it up, or have it delivered....The last two times I've ordered, my sandwiches were very subpar. My $5.99 Tuna Sandwich which usually has a lot of tuna, was a joke...I asked for a customized sandwich with easy sprouts added, and onion.....The onions never made it, and the sandwich was all sprouts and very little tuna....My other customized sandwich was a disaster as well, including mayo which I requested to held, and how hard is it cut a sandwich in half when requested? They really need to step it up..... read more

First visit was a success. The menu explains what you're ordering and what comes on it. Got the Club LouLou. Such a tasty sammich! I'll be back! read more

I freaking love this place. Jimmy John's always has the nicest people. The food is good too, only 5 dollars for a sandwhich!!! Um, yes!!! Plus It's so clean. That's a big thing for me, and they always keep it top notch read more

They were so great, the delivery was pretty fast! I was surprised at how well the sandwiches were. It was nice and simple, which was perfect for our overnight stay. I was hoping I didn't have to call them again to find the place but they found it perfectly fine. If you want a simple and delicious sandwich, check these guys out! Also affordable prices which is another plus. read more

I have been going to jimmy's for a really long time now and to hear it came to Roswell I was super happy! food was pretty good and services wasn't bad my sandwich did come out freaky fast. The only bad was there was a girl there kinda tall glasses texting on the phone with her gloves on then went to making sandwiches after she sent the text she did this multiple times. Other then that jimmy johns is a great sandwich shop! read more

Alright so the customer service was fantastic! I ordered my food and bam it was ready before I could get my chips and drink. That being said. I ordered the Big Italian and it had a peanut butter taste to it. Now I'm not a good critic but the two friends I had with me agreed with me that it tasted like a peanut butter sandwich. WTF Jimmy John's read more

Not impressed with sandwich its just like subway, nada special. The seating is a bit odd not really what I would think a sandwich store would be like. My first impression of one of the staff was not positive. I might go back but really felt a bit dissapointed. read more

We moved to Roswell a year ago from Iowa and when Jimmy John's opened up here we were excited. We used to eat at JJ's all the time. The food at this one in Roswell is great and it's much much better then Subway. The bread here is fresh and soft and the ingredients are fresher then Subway. Also, the employees are much friendlier and cleaner then subways. And JJ's delivers. I have ordered 4 times from them in the past week and they are not freaky fast yet.....but they are much faster then other places in this town. This last time I ordered they showed up 15 minutes later, now that was freaky fast. This is the only sub shop I recommend here in town. read more

I got the #5 Vito.. The sandwich was very good and flavorful. The bread tasted fresh and they had my sandwich ready before I could make it to fill my drink!! Super fast and friendly service! This was my first time trying Jimmy johns and I will definitely return! read more

Wow. Single choice of bland white bread with very little meat and veggies. Except for lettuce, so much lettuce thats all the sandwich tasted like. All this wonderful goodness served up by socially over excited teens who seem annoyed by a customers presence. Combined with the music so loud you cant hear what your lunch mates are saying and this is a combination for failure. The parking lot has thinned out quite a bit. Then there is the smell. Have been to S. Korea and smelled better places to eat. WON and DONE!! read more
