I watched multiple employees go from handling food to the drive-through to the register back to handling food without even changing their gloves. The amount of meat you get for your money is also a waste so we went across the street to Popeyes. read more

A decent sandwich, but for some reason it seems to me the chain (not just this location) are using progressively cheaper products. It's worth noting that as of this writing you can only get service through the drive through. read more

First time at Jimmy Johns. I ordered the #7. The spicy east coast Italian, which was double Genoa salami, double capicola and double cheese on French bread. It was satisfying. I did long for better bread. The bread was a bit chewy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. read more

I've been to Jimmy John's all over the country and this one definitely does not live up to the name. I have never had such small portions of meat and veggies. Usually the JJBLT is the only BLT that actually has enough bacon on it. I also normally eat half and save half for later. Today I shared with my mom and it was no where near enough to satisfy. I also ordered avocado and you could barely even tell it was on it by looking and you couldn't taste it at all. It was my mom's first time at a Jimmy John's and she is now seriously questioning my choice in restaurants. She said she will stick with subway. I had much better hopes for this place than what was delivered. Meat was not fresh nor was it cooked medium rare like the menu says it is. They also messed up on my order. I asked for no cheese, the wrapper said no cheese, but there was cheese. Not a big deal but still. It was lunch time when I went. Place was very dirty! Subway is much better and that's pretty sad to say. It wasn't freaky fast either, waited quite a while as most employees in the back giggled and/or talked. Only four were really paying attention to what they were doing , two of those were the cashiers. Jimmy John's is always delicious, but this one specifically... you're testing my franchise loyalty. Maybe the people working were training, but come on... the outside of the sub shouldn't be covered in oil. The restaurant itself... smells. Smells really bad. Basically, imagine rotten mop water mixed with lettuce and mayo scents and that's just about it. This, of course, doesn't change the food, so... still tasted how JJ subs should, but still. Gross. Extremely disappointing. The bread was worse than bread you buy at Walmart. It was extremely chewy, almost stale. The bacon...hard, cold, and probably cooked hours earlier. Also I find it extremely disappointing ordering a sub off of the favorites section of the menu and finding it without any cheese. The lettuce white...no green. The tomatoes you ask? Frozen. This was our first visit to a JJ. The food was fine and the service was good. However, it was just opened when we went. We will see what it is like next time. But I expect the service to go down - it always does. If I am incorrect on our next visit I will make note of it. My only real complaint was the noise level. I've ordered several times and usually do delivery and they do get 2 stars for at least delivery being quick but these stars are not for food. Food gets 0 stars. The last sandwich I got the bread was not fully baked and you could clearly tell it was still all doughy so the fact that they sent it anyways made me mad. I ask for easy or no mayo and they still put so much on there that all I taste is mayo. I have had 1 good sandwich from there but we have ordered from there several times for everyone at work and to only have one good experience is kind of sad. read more

I've been to this new JJ's several times as it's very convenient for me! Sometimes I place my order online and pick it up, or have it delivered....The last two times I've ordered, my sandwiches were very subpar. My $5.99 Tuna Sandwich which usually has a lot of tuna, was a joke...I asked for a customized sandwich with easy sprouts added, and onion.....The onions never made it, and the sandwich was all sprouts and very little tuna....My other customized sandwich was a disaster as well, including mayo which I requested to held, and how hard is it cut a sandwich in half when requested? We moved to Roswell a year ago from Iowa and when Jimmy John's opened up here we were excited. We used to eat at JJ's all the time. The food at this one in Roswell is great and it's much much better then Subway. The bread here is fresh and soft and the ingredients are fresher then Subway. Also, the employees are much friendlier and cleaner then subways. And JJ's delivers. I have ordered 4 times from them in the past week and they are not freaky fast yet.....but they are much faster then other places in this town. This last time I ordered they showed up 15 minutes later, now that was freaky fast. This is the only sub shop I recommend here in town. read more

Wow. Single choice of bland white bread with very little meat and veggies. Except for lettuce, so much lettuce thats all the sandwich tasted like. All this wonderful goodness served up by socially over excited teens who seem annoyed by a customers presence. Combined with the music so loud you cant hear what your lunch mates are saying and this is a combination for failure. The parking lot has thinned out quite a bit. Then there is the smell.
