Restaurant is located in an old Burger King which is a great use of an empty building. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. We were told to pick our seat and were attended to promptly. While looking around, it appeared that locals dine here. We ordered breakfast and lunch. Foodie number two ordered the Breakfast Tacos plate (egg, potato, and bacon on flour tortillas). Also, we ordered two Gorditas (1- tripas and 1-shredded beef). We washed it down with Mexican Coke Cola (made with real sugar NOT corn syrup). Our food was served hot and fresh. The beef soup/stew had big chunks of meat, lots of veggies and came with a kick! I never had sopapilla before and it did not disappoint. If you want to try something new and different from tacos or burritos . Get you some sopapillas. The service was great and the place has plenty of seating even when there is an aviation event in town. The restaurant was clean and with a very traditional feel and spacious. They can accommodate large parties for sure.

We first arrived around 2:30 am after driving from Albuquerque to Roswell hoping it would be lit up but the lights were off. The good thing was the parking lot was empty but its not as exciting with no lights. When we came back it was for dinner and the thing I was most curious about was what was in the UFO part. Its a classic indoor McDonalds play area with good AC and appropriately themed characters I don't see anymore like Ronald, Grimmer, and Birdie. You order at giant screen and our food was standard BigMac and fries that tasted fine. You can buy T-shirts from here but they are only available in mornings on certain days. Good to stop at for the novelty and right acrosss the street is a GIANT alien statue that is 2 stories tall outside the Dunkin Donuts so you can get photos/video of this McDonalds and the giant alien at one stop.

And for the record, the whole UFO business traces back to the Roswell Incident, which actually went down a ways outside of town but Roswell's been carryin' that legend ever since. Not rating the food, obviously…read more... Coming to Roswell means that you have to immerse yourself in all things extraterrestrial. This McDonald's offers that opportunity. There are gray aliens outside guarding the ship shaped dinning room, and a very nice mural that you can see from the drive thru. Inside, it all looks like a regular franchise, until you go towards the back and sit in the spaceship. Some of the decorations that make everything "out of this world", but you certainly know you are still of planet Earth. Service is good, food is good, place is clean and full of locals.
