So make sure you go inside to get your food instead of drive thru- you'll have to go in anyway, and you'll be able to watch the timer for your order and see someone making the food that seems higher than the roof of the building. Don't recommend eating here, though, as there's food and garbage all over the dining area. WISH I COULD POST WITH NO STARS! I know it's Sunday and I didn't expect super prompt service but 40 minutes for 5 sandwiches and 4 orders of fries is UNACCEPTABLE! Then to top it off one of the sandwiches was wrong! I called spoke to Renee the manager, she offered to remake my sandwich or comp a meal the next time (right!!!) I go in. I even heard her tell her staff "you know the lady that waited 40 minutes? I told you she would call. She's calling!" This is to the OWNERS of this ARBY'S. I went there tonight to try the new sandwich lineup. First thing I get hit with as I walk into the door is a young black female employee walking around in the dining area complaining at the top of her lungs about working overtime hours and not getting paid. Then I ordered my food and it took almost 30 minutes for them to get my order to me complaining that their slicer was broken. Why would you even be open if you do not have a slicer to slice the meat that is 90% of Arby's Meats. Then when I brought up the fact about the wait time I was told that they could either microwave and heat it up or they could replace my meal. The owners of this place need to put real adults in there instead of the young 18 to 24 year old management who are doing nothing but sitting in the office playing on their cell phones While others walk around looking like they are lost cannot operate the point of sell at the counter or they're playing with their own cell phones. I am going to be making a call to the Arby's franchise office over this location. And I guarantee you I will never recommend anybody to ever go to this place and eat again! read more

My family and I have stopped at this Arby's for lunch when traveling for over 20 years. Unfortunately, after today we will never return. The person running the register told us it was her first day and if we ordered anything she just said we don't sell that. It was very odd, unprofessional, and disturbing. Then the girl yells to the back for help and a girl walked up pushed one button and walked off without a word. I asked if we were going to be able to order and the girl said maybe. In the past 3 months, I've been to this location twice. Both times I noticed that the drive-thru people aren't very helpful and they don't enunciate. Both times we've been here, we had to ask the speaker to explain something or repeat something they said. Pros: Arby's always has good food and good curly fries! I definitely prefer Arby's over McDonalds or something. Cons: First visit: They argued with us for a minute or so when we told them they shorted us a fries. They literally made us give them back the bags and recount the fries because they INSISTED that they gave us the correct amount.. Second visit: As they were passing us two shakes through the car window, one of them spilled and got on my mom. You can go there once and get good service and good food, then go back two more times and get service with bad attitude and food that is either burnt or missing. went to roswell and ordered a 1/2 pound french dip when I got home 80 miles later opened it up and had 2 containers of aus ju and a italian sandwich. We were passing through Roswell while on vacation when we decided to eat at Arby's for lunch. The store looked brand new and when walking in we were greated promptly. The employees were super nice and service was quick. We sat down and the employee brought us our food. We were very pleased with the French dip sandwich. The fries were hot and fresh. We were extremely happy with the visit. The restaurant inside looked beautiful! I would recommend it to anyone! read more

Just had lunch there 2 sandwiches and two drinks almost 20.00 Wow ! I looked at the receipt and there was an additional 4.00 charge. When I questioned it all I got was a lot of BS from management. 4.00 isn't going to break me but when I ask why I was being charged an additional 4 bucks the answer I got was a bs answer about how many ounces of meat my sandwich had. I had ordered a medium sandwich combo that had a price of 7.89 on the board and was charged 11.89 total . Manager got really argumentative with me in her explanation and could not account for the 4.00 upcharge. Last time I eat there. BTW been there when the place was loaded with flys. read more

We went into Arby's in Roswell, and the cashier needed help and had to call the manager. As he approached, I said "Hi" to him. No response. I repeated my greeting, "Hello." No response. It struck me wrong: here is the manager and he doesn't even acknowledge a customers greeting. I wasn't having it. I looked at him and said, "I said hello to you." He glared and barely said 'hello'. I moved to the other register which was apparently the one being used. Stood there completely ignored although the young man working the window did look over his shoulder at me. I guess people who buy franchises in Roswell spend all their money on the initial franchise leaving them no money to keep the place up...that has to be the answer, because a business owner can't possibly allow their business to get so run down, can they? Decided I wanted a French Dip and I like "Horsey Sauce" so we pulled in. It was about 11:45am. One lady was at the order spot trying to place and get her order while the one single cashier was also trying to wait on drive up people...unsuccessfully. She kept glancing back at me with these "I am SO sorry eyes". She left but I guess the cashier was worn out from waiting on drive-thru people because it took ages for her to come get my order...in fact, she gave me a free soda and apologized for being rude by not greeting me or waiting on me sooner! While waiting for my hubby to arrive, I went to the restroom...the door would not close because it is out of alignment or broken...the bathroom resembled a gas station that has not been cleaned in years...when a sink and toilet look like they need replacing because the grime is so deep...that tells me that someone doesn't give a crap...literally! No TP, doors don't lock, you fear what you might catch if you touch any surface...PLEASE, this is an eating establishment. How many layers of ugly paint can you throw on doors and door frames before you have to do it the right way...sand, prime and paint! My next observation was the mess their "patio windows" are in...stained, filthy, the sun screen film is falling off, hanging off. I am so sick of Roswell restaurants that just don't care...they don't care if they are outdated, filthy, in bad repair, they don't care if service sucks and 9 times out of 10, they can't get orders right. Walking into this place makes me want to throw up. It smells like cheap cleaning soap and hamburger grease mixed together. In other words it smells like a dead animal. The food is gross and the restaurants cleanliness Is Horrible. The tables have word scratched on to them some saying B*tch, whore, Fu*ker, and alot of other stuff.
