Service was impeccable set at the bar options for dining is nice as patio dining is an option. The food is mid no flavor of WOW actually are here twice had the pot stickers and wings the sauce for the stickers is like a balsamic vinaigrette doesn't compliment I love their ranch was made in house wings super tender but breaded and fried the filet was cooked to mid rare perfectly. Would eat here again if in Roswell limited local choices

We hit up Peppers for a late lunch on a cold day. Luckily we were seated by the fire which was very pleasant and comforting. I ordered the Smothered Mexican Chopped Steak Bowl, medium rare. The 8 oz perfectly cooked chopped steak was topped with a delicious mild green sauce, shredded cheese, corn tortilla strips and chopped green onions, nested on a bed of seasoned fries. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend hitting Peppers when youre in Roswell NM. Ya won't be disappointed!

Great server! Food was awesome and reasonably priced. Atmosphere ok; music plaing and atractive.

Fried Buffalo wings...the sauce is fried into the batter...we asked for sauce on the side but we really didn't need it.

Our server Talyor was incredibly sweet and helped out with the menu. Made good suggestions and was very informative about how some foods were made with a twist like the crispy buffalo wings. The buffalo sauce was fried into the batter and made a really tasty chicken wing and it was actually our most favorite dish. Soup or salad was an option for Boo's catfish dinner and he opted for the broccoli cream soup and Taylor noticed it wasn't touched. She asked how it was and he said it 'wasn't the best' and she admitted it looked a little runny tonight and offered to bring out a salad instead. And for that I really appreciate that she wanted to make it right. The restaurant is like your typical Tex-Mex decor and charm. A mix of tables, booths and chairs. Plenty of space for large groups yet cozy enough for a party of two. We had stopped 2 hours prior and got tacos in Carlsbad and I wasn't hungry. But I plowed through and got the burger and I wish I could have eaten more because the burger and fries was really good. I would definitely come back here again, the cocktails were good and the food is worth exploring more on the menu. And the service was excellent.

The Indian Fried Bread was amazing! Our waiter suggested it and said it was his favorite. So good! My husband got the burger and it was thick, juicy and had lots of flavor. He also enjoyed the fries. Super friendly staff.

Stopped in here while traveling through Roswell. Very friendly staff and we were seated right away. It was a lunch during the week. Several beers on tap, I chose the Alien (you know.... being in Roswell and all) which is an Amber. Had the Fire Roasted Green Chili Cheese Burger. Tasty and not overly hot (spice not temp). Fries were good too. Definitely a solid place to grab a bite!

I chose Peppers because they're well reviewed, the pictures on Yelp looked good and because they were in my credit card rewards program. That made it easy to choose something that's definitely not a chain restaurant. Arriving on a Wednesday evening, I was greeted by the hostess and brought to a booth in a busy section. I believe my waiter was Timothy who was attentive and friendly and helpful. I had two light beers and with it, the "Fire-roasted green chili cheese burger" with a salad instead of fries. The burger was quick and while it was a little more done than medium rare, it was a good portion and tasty. The green chilies were flavorful with just a bit of kick to them. The salad veggies were fresh. Wifi worked well and I used a good bit of it to plot out my attack of Roswell and on to the next stop in my journey. I enjoyed Peppers and would eat here again. The food was amazing. So much so I came back the next nite for my birthday. The staff was amazing and genuinely kind people. Even the waitress assistant kept checking on me. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. The background music was awesome 80s when I was there. I was even surprised with a piece of cheesecake for my birthday.

It was fine. Not good, but not bad. Would I eat there again? No. Service was borderline bad.

Peppers is one of my favorite places in Roswell. The food is good, the drinks are cheap, and the staff is always kind.

Be prepared for a drive, but the roads are well maintained. My best friend absolutely HAD to go to…read morethe "No Scum Allowed Saloon". I wasn't one to argue a good time. Only problem was that good time starts at 5pm, and only on certain days of the week. Middle of the desert, at the cross of nowhere and won't find your body for years, is this epic drinkery. Decked out with dollar bills lining the ceiling and occupied by some of the nicest locals we met on our trip. If you're in the area (which is impossible) or needing a great place to hang out on a weekend night, this is it. Of course it's the only option for many miles, but we were not disappointed. According to the owners, they have some great local talent that plays on certain evenings. They have an awesome little venue that looks like a blast when they have a band. We picked out a couple tshirts as souvenirs and one of the patrons purchased our drinks on his tab . I promised to return upon our next New Mexico trip. I'll be more than delighted to drive there again, especially for some music and to see what the crowd looks like. Overall, awesome venue. Loss of one star for the lack of additional party hours, expensive merchandise ($60) for two tshirts and wayyyyy out in there drive. Everything else was exactly like we expected and more.

A little out of the way place. Dogs were thirsty and loved it! We loved the area and especially…read morethe people of New Mexico.
