The best breakfast and lunch in town! We always have the best experience when we come in the service is fast and friendly! Their employees are always so friendly and welcoming it makes the vibe of the experience more enjoyable.

The menudo was really good. It had good flavor and the portion was great. It only comes with Hominy, which is a negative if you're diabetic or watching your carbs, but great if you're not. The bolillo bread was fresh and toasted well with butter. It was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Overall, it was a great way to start the morning.

The food was good I loved their potatoes. The service was great the girl that attended us was super nice and they did a mistake in the kitchen with our order we wanted red sauce and they put green sauce but she apologized and had my plate switched . By the way the red sauce is more spicy and than the green sauce. Both sauces are good!! The place is pretty small but feels homey!! Overall I liked it.

We used to eat here frequently but had not in several years. It absolutely did not disappoint. I always order huevos rancheros and my wife gets the asado and egg plate. Friendly staff, quick service, and a very generous amount of food. Definitely worth the stop!

Mexican omelette (minus green sauce because I can't do spicy). Chimichanga with shredded beef in the background.

A must stop for delicious food! The Mexican omelette was so tasty we stopped to buy a cooler and ice for the leftovers on our way back to Texas. We also tried the chilaquiles with fried egg. Nothing left to take home from that plate!! The chimichanga with shredded beef also had no leftovers to take home! Lovely staff and friendly folks. You won't be disappointed.

Nacho supreme - I've gotten this before and usually it's a bit more loaded than this, but it was still delicious!

The food was delicious! I am in love with their chips and salsa! The service was good and plenty of seating for our group of 4.

On our trip to Vegas we stayed the night in Roswell and this place had some of the best food on our entire trip. The burrito smothered in salsa is amazing! I did it half green salsa and half red salsa and it was to die for. It was also like the size of my forearm and I could barely finish half of it without exploding. I've been dying for one of those burritos since we came here. I definitely recommend this place.

Very good breakfast at this place with huge servings! I had the south of the border plate with hash browns and it was delicious. Their salsa is so good and

Food was OK but service was very poor and the bill had lots of extras added to it- like a to go fee when dining in. Not worth going back.

Service was great and I loved our waitress, she was super friendly and made sure our coffees were full and our meal was good. This was our first meal at Roswell and it was SO good for a small-town breakfast cafe. It was also our first daytime experience with the touristy Alien decor via their window painting. Breakfast Quesadilla: With hashbrowns and beans. My friend loved this and destroyed it. I tried a quesadilla and it tasted amazing. Carne Asada: I got this plate and just based on the high quality of the rice and beans I knew the meat would be good. The rice and beans were seriously some of the best I've had in awhile and when the tortilla came in its own container I knew the meat and tortilla would be amazing as well. This was a decadent breakfast for me and tasted great.

So you stand there looking dumb. Then again yelled Sit anywhere. I grab the only open clean table. The waitress comes over and gives me a menu and asks if I want water. I said yes. She can back and brought me chips and salad but forgot my drink. After 10 mins she returns to take my order. I ordered the kids taquito plate. Waited about 10 more mins to get my food. In the mean time I started with the chips and salsa. It was good but I think made with more chipotle chilies than jalapeños. It gave it that burnt taste. Or maybe it was burnt because they just have it in a large stock pot sitting under a heating lamp. My food came out and it was larger than expected. It came with 3 taquitos, a large scoop of beans and rice. I did not care for the flavor of either. The beans tasted like they came from a can and the rice was not very flavorful. What makes up for the stars is the chicken taquitos. They were ever flavorful. Juicy and well seasoned chicken. I also loved the fresh guacamole with the plate. About that water, I never received it.

Chips were not soggy and it was large enough to cover as his dinner. Green Chile Burger: Topped with monterey jack cheese and roasted chopped Chaves County-grown hot green chile. Served on a jalapeño bun with a side of our hot green chile sauce. Their signature burger and it tasted good. I don't need too much food but the amount of fries I got was too little even for me. Got two Johnny Walker Blacks with a splash of coke and they came well mixed and quickly. We did end up getting rained in and hilariously went back for a second dinner to wait out the rain. Black corn taquitos were OK, I would not get the fried shrimp basked again, the shrimp was too small and there was too much breading.

This was a nice portion of food with a good amount of flavor in each dish. The beef enchilada was probably the best item out of the three - well seasoned beef in a tortilla, covered with good chile sauce. The service was just okay - it seemed like we were almost inconveniencing our server, but at least the host was friendly. Despite being fairly empty, it did take a little while for our food to arrive. The chimichanga wasn't deep fried but pan fried, which was not common and already a red flag. We got our food and it was just OK. The chips and salsa were good, but the food was OK. My portion was also small, and the rice was a bit dry. Maybe we ordered wrong... The restaurant is also a bit well worn.
