The food was okay, I ordered the Asado plate. Normally it's very spicy but today not so much. Very disappointed! I also ordered a container of rice and one of beans. That would equal 2 containers. I said this to the young lady three times. I asked her if this could be done. She assured me it could be done! Great! The salsa bar is pretty awesome, when they fill it, which is surprisingly not that often. Ate here twice, both times the food was very greasy and fairly overpriced. Unless you're at the mall and fiending for some Mexican food with no way to get anywhere else, I recommend going elsewhere. read more

The food was very messy and our order came out like 30 minutes. The food was not worth it, it tasted like absolute dog shit. I came in looking for some awesome huevos rancheros, The lady said would you like hashbrowns or diced potatoes I told her I'll take the diced potatoes crispy please, my plate had steamed french fries and I told her if I could have these crispy please she took my plate went to the back brought it back out and said since we already made them we can't change it I said OK took my plate back and started to sit down and decided I'll just get swap for the hashbrowns instead since I'm not happy with steamed potatoes she proceeds to ring up and charge me for Hashbrowns and I said I wanna swap these out she said I can't swap them out I have to charge you, I said well in that case I'll just take a complete refund she says I'm sorry I just work here, I said well if there's a manager here I could talk to them, she proceeded to give me the refund and said they would've just done it the same way anyway, ordering crispy potatoes and then getting them steamed is the exact opposite, easy fix, unfortunate, small town businesses that don't have systems in place to handle customer complaints always turn into take it our way or the highway, so sad, they normally have good food and good service. read more

Ordered three plates of food, breakfast burrito along with 2 chips and queso through Door Dash. The man who delivered it only showed up with one plate, the chips and queso and burrito. He said I'm so sorry that's all they gave me. Called the store, left on hold longer than excepted only to get hung up on. Called again, talked to the manager who was studduring because she knew she messed up, and finally sent someone to get my food. Only reason I didn't put a one star is because their food is actually really good! Unfortunately, do to this poor service, I will not be ordering food from there again nor will I recommend it to any friends or family members who live here in town. I sometimes don't understand wait staff and cooks that do not know how to provide good customer service. What is worse than that? Waiting over 35 minutes for 2 meals that come out cold. My son ordered onion rings with a cheeseburger--the whole thing was cold but he was so hungry he decided it wasn't worth waiting on the staff to get it right. the other order was a big breakfast which came out with eggs so undercooked it would have been a health hazard, the potatoes looked like they just came out of the fridge, they were cold too and appeared as though they didn't cook them at all they were completely white and mushy. When we tried to tell the waitress that brought our food out, of course we are starving by now because breakfast was over and now it's almost 11am, so being a little upset should be expected. The waitress replied to our complaints saying because the hamburger takes longer to cook that was why our food got cold, but it wasn't her fault. Then she took our breakfast plate back to the kitchen came out and asked if we wanted something else or if we wanted our food reheated. I didn't think taking our plate to back to the kitchen to be reheated was allowed during this Covid pandemic. We declined on that and asked for a refund. My son didn't enjoy his cold food, but he ate it because it took so long to bring out so they didn't comp his meal at all. I might add also that we got there when there was only a few people there was no waiting at the counter, by time we got our food, there was a croud of people in line and seated with table numbers waiting for their meals, which were coming out before ours. We've had this happen before, we live too far from town to get poor service and cold food. I highly doubt we will be back. There are better places to get a hot meal and breakfast with a smile. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. All of the little girls in there have the ugliest attitudes ALWAYS. (I've gone a few times and it's like this every time) also if they say 10-15 min they really mean 45-50. That's how long it took me to get 1 burrito. This was the first Mexican restaurant we went to in Roswell, it was recommended by the hotel. La Salsa was a disappointment. The place is more like a take out place. The outside looks like it's abandoned, unless you go through the Mall entrance. We ordered two carne asada burritos, coffee and a Coke. I noticed the Coke has a refill charge if you want a refill. The coffee was served in a styrofoam cup. The burritos were served in a medium size flour tortilla, the only ingredient in the flour tortilla, burrito was the carne asada meat, nothing else. No beans, no rice, no salsa, cilantro or any other condiment or ingredient. Needless to say, this was disappointing. The burritos were served in a piece of aluminum foil, no plate provided. I must say the meat in the burrito was tasty. La Salsa is not a place I would go back to a second time...! read more

No variety for drinks, small portions, and bad customer service. Don't ask about the menu because the girl work the register will stare at you like she's annoyed. I normally come for a burrito and some horchata. I've never really had a problem before. Today went in for a salad of all things they could mess up. Called to order today the chili lime salad and a bean & cheese burrito. Gave me 20 minutes until it was ready for pick up so I waited. Finally go in to pick up and was told they did not have the chili lime salad. So I order the next best thing, a chicken salad. I don't understand how they could ruin that simple of an order but they managed. I received a plain chicken breast (not cut) just popped a plain piece of chicken on top of some green lettuce. So when I took the "salad" back to the front desk to ask for something else was told I would have to pay again for something else. This salad was nearly 8.00 all by itself. It was pretty interesting how the owner couldn't come talk to me. Being that the place was empty and not busy in take out. La Salsa is unprofessional and poor customer service.
