After a long drive, passing through the farmlands seeing many, many anguses, I must have steak. This place satisfied my craving. We were quickly seated inside. Booth seats were spacious. Noise level average, what you would expect of a well-patronized restaurant. Each steak comes with 2 sides. We ordered a 12oz Ribeye with Caesar salad & steam vegetables, 11oz Sirloin with the same sides. The salad was well dressed, just the right amount of dressing. I hate it when a healthy salads gets drowned with full fat dressing. Makes it awful. Both steaks came without sauce because we didn't want any. Both were tasty and tender. Very satisfying. Will definitely come again if I'm in the area.

This Texas Roadhouse knows what they're doing! Expertly trained cooks as my Filet Mignon came out a perfect medium rare! The baked potatoes had a crispy skin shell with ample crunchy finishing salt. My potato was absolutely loaded with sour cream and butter as I requested and my husband's loaded potato was indeed, loaded with bacon, cheddar, sour cream, chives, and butter. My husband ordered the Country Fried Chicken with White Gravy. The chicken breast cutlet had a nice crispy breading and juicy inside. He was surprised how juicy the chicken was for a fried cutlet. The white gravy was a ridiculous portion smothering this beautiful chicken and had a wonderful smoky hint. The cutlet still remained crunchy. Wait staff is super friendly and our waitress checked on us often. We loved the ambience of such a lively place and the aroma of meat, meat, meat grilling. My mouth is watering just thinking of this place.

Well, if the UFO festival in Roswell, New Mexico over the weekend he decided to eat at the Texas roadhouse. The server was very standoffish and almost rude at first. She reluctantly took our drink order after we sat and waited for about 10 minutes once we were seated. We tried joking with her a little bit to see if that swayed her attitude any then when she came back and took our food order, she had a little different attitude and was a little more pleasing to deal with. once things got going, she was much better. The food was on the plus side. This was probably the best Texas roadhouse site eaten at even though my steak was over done compared to what I asked where I asked for my steak medium. It came out almost well done. But I know better than to ask for it to be corrected as I've worked in the food service business in the past and know what happens once you ask either for another steak because it's overcooked or to be cooked a little longer if it was undercooked. The baked potato came cold. The vegetables came cold. I may be giving it a three where I should be giving it to, but the service as I said had improved as we went along, which is why we gave it a three rather than the two. There were four of us that sat down to dinner. Our drinks were kept full. Our waters were kept full, and that saved the servers tip as we said she did become a little more friendly as time went on. Not sure whether the food being on the cooler side was her fault or not the plates were not hot when arriving as most quality restaurants. The plate helps to keep the food warm. The ambience is Texas roadhouse which is a little more on the western style and this place is also known for the peanuts and peanut shells on the floor. They gave you a very tiny bag of peanuts and a tin can to throw them in. Overall, a three I think is what they deserved. Please check out the pictures I think if we go back next year, we will find another steakhouse to try

Subpar service. The initial waitress was rude and cut off my friend when he initially asked for bread. Thank god the manager came over and took care of everything, but for being out of town and the rudeness of her trying to coherence my friend who is on call.... To drink if I ordered a bottle of wine vs a glass was double un-called for.

Our waitress had very long artificial nails that were likely far from clean/sanitary

Husbands had a rib steak which was slightly over salted, but was tender with good flavor. I had a 3 pc catfish meal. Manager came by to check on meal before I even had a chance to taste it. The salad and corn were fine, so we both said everything was fine. Well when I cut into the fish and tasted it was FAR from ok. Tasted like mud. All they said was "sorry". That is not the quality or service I have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse! Another thing, waitstaff should never have long fake nails. There is no way 2" nails can be kept clean.

We have had food from many different countries around the Mediterranean and like all restaurants some are good and some not so good. Sara's is perhaps the best I have eaten anywhere. For starts the service, our server Josh was excellent. He was courteous, he was attentive and asked all the right questions. We ordered a combination appetizer tray, lentil soup, a tabouleh salad and an entrée. The appetizer came out with hot pita which was excellent. Both the lentil soup and the tabouleh salad were among the best I have ever had. The baba ganoush, the falafels and the dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) were all three among the best I have ever had. Often fried falafels are coarse and dry but these were moist, tender and flavorful. The tahini dipping sauce was excellent as well. My wife's combination kafta (chicken and beef) came with the supreme rice which was also excellent. The ambience was very clean and modern as was the music fascinating and lively. Across the board, everything was excellent. We chatted a good bit with one of the owners who told us that all the cuisine represented generations of family recipes. All this, in what I consider one of the least likely of places; Roswell, New Mexico. If you are in Roswell and you like good food, Sara's is a can't miss restaurant. Bravo, Sara's.

Chips were not soggy and it was large enough to cover as his dinner. Green Chile Burger: Topped with monterey jack cheese and roasted chopped Chaves County-grown hot green chile. Served on a jalapeño bun with a side of our hot green chile sauce. Their signature burger and it tasted good. I don't need too much food but the amount of fries I got was too little even for me. Got two Johnny Walker Blacks with a splash of coke and they came well mixed and quickly. We did end up getting rained in and hilariously went back for a second dinner to wait out the rain. Black corn taquitos were OK, I would not get the fried shrimp basked again, the shrimp was too small and there was too much breading.

Not gonna lie... it hit the spot. Cheese was gooey, toppings were solid and everything came out hot. The large pepperoni was decent too... but I felt like it needed a little something extra. Maybe a pinch of black pepper or some kind of spice to wake it up a bit. Just felt like it was playing it safe. Now the crust... that's the only real downside. It wasn't bad... just a little tougher than I prefer. I like a crust that fights back a little... not one that wins the fight. Their Dion's ranch though... that stuff deserves its own review. When we first entered the store (please note that there are cart wipes by the entrance, which is always nice), I was surprised to see a section at the entrance of different jars of salsa, a lot of which were made here in New Mexico. We also saw some boba milk tea and flavored coconut milk drinks with aloe (which are products of Thailand) and ended up purchasing a few. The drinks themselves are actually not too sweet and tasted pretty good. Pricing was ~ $1.29 per bottle, which wasn't bad of a price. The produce section (all the way to the right hand side if you are facing the back of the store) was small but had plenty of variety of both fruits and vegetables. We ended up purchasing cucumbers that were 2 for $1 since it was on sale. I liked the gourmet cheese section with the variety of cheeses available (which is right by the produce section). I also liked the wine and beer section, which was nice to see local beers and wines made here in New Mexico (which I ended up picking up a bottle of New Mexico made Moscato to celebrate my upcoming birthday). We ended up purchasing a few other items in the store, which pricing seemed to be fair for what they were. One thing that I do want to make mention is that we both thought it was kind of weird to see 2 (separate) people in the store shopping without wearing a mask. I know that an employee saw these people but did not bother to tell them (even though there is a sign by the entrance to inform customers that they are required to wear a mask before entering). But other than that, we had a good experience on this shopping trip and would definitely be a regular if we lived in this area.
