This past Wednesday night 6/3/26 I arrived at 9:30 PM for the reverse happy hour until 10pm and was told I could not dine in even though the restaurant's posted closing time is 10:00 PM. I was only offered the option of ordering my food to go. I completely understand a kitchen stopping orders 10 to 15 minutes before closing. I've worked in multiple restaurants myself, and that's a fairly common practice. What was confusing to me is that the kitchen was apparently still open and able to prepare food, yet the dining room was already closed to customers 30 minutes before the posted closing time. What also left me confused is not knowing when customers are actually allowed to dine in. If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM but dine in ends at 9:30 PM, that's important information for customers. Does the dining room close at 9:00 PM? 9:30 PM? 10:00 PM? The posted hours suggest one thing, but my experience suggested something else. I still think highly of this restaurant based on my many previous visits, but this experience was really frustrating. If the dining room closes before the posted closing time, I believe that should be clearly communicated so customers know what to expect.

I started turning people around because it took 10 minutes to place my order. I must have turned seven customers around. And then it was over 25 minutes to get my order. Another customer came in and started throwing food because it took her 30 minutes to get two piece dark meat and she got the wrong order it was scary it was unsafe it was unprofessional and it was very unclean.
