My family and I ate here on Thursday night while on vacation in Myrtle beach. My husband and I got the 2 for 25 special while our sons shared the bbq ribs and chicken tenders plate. My husband upgraded to the sirloin for 5 dollars more and I got the chicken tenders, our app was the 2 sife salads and we got loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli for the sides our dessert was the cheesecake. Our waitress was the hostess and was kind of just thrown into the roll of waitress. We understood and gave her a break. She really was not too bad though. All of our food was good except 2 of my tenders were little tough and chewy. They were thin so they were cooked too long. I added the chipotle honey sauce to mine and woe that stuff is Hot but so good. We ordered an app for the table, the southwestern egg rolls never disappoint!! They are our favorite along with that avocado ranch! Yummy. The cheesecake is to die for. The ribs were fall off the bone and all of our food was hot. Ordered pick up for my girlfriends family and I. Ordered online and was missing a plethora of items. Including one house salad, sauces, chicken enchilada soup and, chips and salsa. It was my girlfriend's birthday dinner and she was very disappointed. Gave a 3 star for a very helpful management after the fact. read more

Lunch today with family and friends to celebrate my daughters 10 year Birthday. Restaurant was clean and cheerfully decorated for "Valentines Day". Hostess was friendly and made us laugh. Our server "Ivory" was helpful in picking a satisfying meal for everyone at the table. Free ice cream dish for the Birthday girl was a "Sweet" ending to an enjoyable lunch. So I fell for the $2.99 margarita which was on special. Sadly I fell like a suicidal maniac. This cheap, super sweet, disgusting concoction,gave me a stomach ache. It was absolutely disgusting. I thought I was gonna go into a diabetic shock, super nasty, cursed be the bar tender that made such a thing. The baby back ribs were seasoned properly, but were tough and did not fall off the bones. The fries that came along with it were overloaded with salt. Almost had a heart attack. It was the worst Chilis I've been to in the states, sorry, this place sucks. read more

We were visiting from out of town and yes we could have gone to any of the 100 of restaurants in the Myrtle Beach restaurants! I will say we are big Chili's fans we eat there back home(Charlotte NC) at least once a week! Our server Cam was absolutely amazing, professional, very accommodating and very personable! I was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service provided at my most recent trip to Chili's. I do not eat most meat (only some seafood) but really wanted to try the pick three mex combo. When I asked my server about my options concerning substitutions for the meat in eat dish, he quickly got the manager who built me a one-of-a-kind pick three combo. The food was incredible. Was going to give 4 stars because they didn't take our coupons, but, the service and the great attitude of our waitress McKenzie and the manager I will give them 5. We walked from the hotel we were at and didn't carry much money with us because we had coupons for 2 free meals and drinks, they weren't able to take it, the waitress was very apologetic about the situation, never had I had a waitress seem so concerned about us wanting to use our coupons to the point where she wanted us to stay, she gave us some options and we decided to go with the cheese burger for 5.25 and fries, they gave us free chips and dip, the manager came over and spoke to us, super nice!I was very pleased with not only the service but the food was great, very clean and nice place. I can't believe I am writing a five star for a Chilis but we sat in the bar area and our bartender Erica was great! The food was good and served in the appropriately timed manner from appetizers to entree. Our drinks were always refreshed and had an overall great experience. Decided to try something different(some place we normally don't go to) so we went this Chili's. All around the staff was very personable and helpful. First of all, the restaurant is dirty. There was a cockroach the size of my hand that climbed underneath the table.. and before they even found it they sat another party at the same table. I really like chilli's but this one dissapoints every time we go to myrtle. I guess if you want a better burger you need to pay big bucks and hit hard rock. The whole place smells like a smoke stack. Went here twice in a week and received terrific service and a great meal for each our family of four picky eaters. We used both the "2 for $20" option and off the main menu, satisfying us each time. We ate here on vacation to use a free Chili's gift card. I had the steak & chicken combo with the lime rice & broccoli. Everything was so good. Perfect pico de gallo on the chicken...hubby wasn't quite as happy with them as I was. He was supposed to get mashed potatoes but they never brought it out...we told our server about it & he went to let the kitchen know....a few minutes later he came by & said "they still didn't bring it out?" He returned to the kitchen & a few minutes later, another person brought them. He also never got his water refilled, but my strawberry lemonade was. His food was good but he wasn't satisfied with his service. I was satisfied & well pleased with my experience. I LOVE the fact they offer a little pay at your table kiosk. I was super pleased with Chili's. I got the lunch combo with came with a lettuce and cheese "Fresco" salad (ok that was a little lame, but delicious honey lime vinaigrette dressing), and a "Margarita Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl", which was phenomenal! Big chunks of avocado, tender grilled chicken, and delicious sauces tied it all together. Just a bad experience from start to finish. It's pretty bad when waitress does not know if the drinks were waters or iced teas? She told us all to try and taste? We did the "in-line" via app and arrived before the time shown. We were told that they couldn't "reserve the table" and it would be an additional 25-30 minute wait! We haven't been to a Friday's in years but we left and found that it had become better than what we usually get at Chili's. This location actually did us a favor! We were there last week on vacation. Chilis at home is normally a good place for us to go with our young children. That was not the case here. We actually went twice thinking the first time was just a fluke (anyone can have a bad day). While the food is standard menu, the service is HORRIBLE. Let me say on both occassions the place was not crowded. Our fajitas came out ice cold and had to be sent back. Orders for nachos were missed. And it all took very long.....almost 2 hours on the second visit. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

So much for southern hospitality! My family and I were visiting myrtle beach for vacation and decided to get off the boardwalk to go to Chili's. When we first walked in the door, there was no hostess. There was a confused crowd looking around and mumbling, while two employees stood about 10 feet away chatting and laughing. After a few minutes, a busboy starts asking if we were helped- the hostess comes around upset that he was addressing us and confused, starts sending our group all over the restaurant. Finally we are seated- I'll be the first to say my family is not the easiest to serve but our waitress was friendly. We got boneless wings, chicken quesadillas, chicken salad, and a tilapia, the last two of which were part of a two for $20. Our food was mediocre, at best. The quesadilla was the best, the fish was terrible, and the food was (as expected) a bit spicy. Our waitress was a bit hesitant to refill our waters, we ended up sharing our drinks while she took her time asking if we wanted more water. For $47, out the door- not the worst meal I've ever had but we will be sticking to the boardwalk from now on. read more
