Every time I travel for work I always go to a Chili's. It's my favorite place and I use to work for them. However, I have never been disappointed with customer service. Look I know it was 3 in the afternoon and we were the only three in there but as Chris Carter would say "C'mon man!" Our waiter maybe came to our table 4 times, barely asked if we needed anything, I had to slowly drink my water because I wasn't sure when he come back. Also, if you're gonna eat, don't eat at the bar where we can see you while we wonder if your gonna come back to us. Our waiter was wonderful but everything else was bad. Food was passable, dirty restaurant and a horrible manager. The first thing we witnessed when we walked in was a woman rudely barking orders to the staff. With no greeting to us she barked wanting to know if we were with the "Christian" party. We said no and they proceeded to seat us. A few minutes after being seated the waiter was trying to take our drink order when the manager walked up to our table to berate the waiter for seating us. There was 6 of us and we all got the 2 for $25.00 meals. our meals did not come out together they were all 10 to 15 minutes apart one of us never got their meal and we had to get that one to go. we waited about 30 minutes for our food and sadly could not eat more than two pieces of it. at first glance I noticed two different colors in the quesadillas pieces. I just assumed that it was made at two different times. I ate two pieces of the darker colored quesadilla and decided to eat a light one. i took a bite and noticed a sour taste in my mouth and instantly spit out my food. I flipped the quesadilla piece over to see a green/brownish mark smeared all over it. I had absolutely no guac on my plate, and it honesty didn't even taste like guac. truly am worried it was mold. I flipped over the other pieces and one was completely soggy and covered in something white, but this piece was away from the sour cream and not even touching it. truly disgusted at my experience. Our we were seated in a decent area and our waitress Bridget took a little while to greet us at our table but once she arrived she gave us great service! I ordered a Togo order for the office. And our entire order was wrong. They switched the side of soup for the bowl. So he girl who ordered a bowl, barely had anything to eat. The other soup went with the chicken quesadilla, and it was rock hard and cold. Chips were given with no salsa. My fries were beyond stale, and my crispers were cold. Let me start off by saying that my wife and I both enjoy coming to Chili's. Our local Chili's in NC is very good and we have never had a problem with the food or the service. However, this particular location is just godawful. Two years ago, while we were on our vacation, we went to this Chili's for dinner. We were seated, ordered our food and drinks, and then waited, and waited, and waited. During the wait for our food, not once did our server come over to check on us or offer to find out what the status of our meal was. When the food finally arrived, it was way undercooked and just looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. When we asked to send it back, the staff was less than enthusiastic about honoring our request. Given the length of time it took to get our food and the fact that the food was nowhere near worth the wait, my wife and I got up and left. Thankfully, we were able to find somewhere WAAAAY better to eat that evening. Fast forward to the other night. We are once again on vacation and decide to give this Chili's another shot. Maybe it's changed, under new management, better staff, etc... Nope. We walked in and stood at the hostess desk along with another, larger, party that had been apparently waiting to be seated for a long while. During the wait to be seated, there was no hostess anywhere in sight nor did any other staff member come by and say that someone would be seating us. In fact, none of the wait staff even bothered to make eye contact, let alone acknowledge anyone waiting to be seated. And no management anywhere to be found. Rather than wait to find out if the food was as bad as the staff, my wife and I again left and, like two years before, found somewhere else much better to have dinner. If nothing else, this Chili's is great for pointing you in the direction of somewhere more worthwhile to dine and spend your money. Our waitress introduced herself and decided to state she had an ear infection as we were ordering our food, she also seemed to be on medication causing her to be a bit loopy. She never refilled our drinks or checked up on us because she was also attending many other tables that shouldn't have been waited by her. We had a clear view into the kitchen and there were many DHEC violations from our small view, so who knows what the rest of the kitchen looked like. We ordered a couple tacos and when they came out they were filled with chicken instead of beef, we were told they do not make beef tacos which is absurd because they clearly have beef patties. They never mentioned they didnt have beef to us either. Our food came out at different times, including food for the same entree. We ordered wings instead of the tacos and that caused us to wait another 20 minutes. Overall we spent 3 hours waiting for the table and then waiting on our food. After our terrible experience, one of my family members had a stomach ache that lasted through the night. Overall, we do not recommend this place at all, it nearly ruined our vacation to Myrtle Beach. They should know that Shinigamis love apples. read more

I hope you're not getting paid a salary over 18,000 because you don't deserve it. Our bartender took over an hour to walk back over to us and by that time my husband was pissed because he kept trying to wave him down to get a little more ranch for his Texas French Fries.
