We had a fabulous waitress and delicious food! When we travel, we usually avoid chain restaurants but because my husband is a smart man.. he realized his wife and girls were getting hangry.. he made an executive decision with a family favorite! My quesadilla explosion salad was yummy and the kiddos enjoyed their cheeseburgers! The tasty chips and salsa were fresh and the kids tore them up! Our drinks stayed full and we all left happy!

Cross section of the Philly cheesteak.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience here, but there's certainly room for improvement. The good: Decent bartender and friendly. Cannot remember her name, but she pours a great beer. She did disappear completely a couple times for like 5 minutes at a clip, so we had to wait a bit for her to refill our chips and salsa, but not the biggest of deals. They were not at all busy at the bar. When we arrived, only one single other patron was there. The chips and salsa are decent, especially the chips (salsa a bit watery for my liking) and the philly cheesteak we ordered was served very hot and tasted purdy good (see my pics for details on what it looks like). Fries were standard curly fries, but were served hot. Didn't take long to get our food at all. In fact, we were surprised that it arrived so quickly. This location was also very, very clean and I would not at all concern myself with it being sanitized, etc. Lots of free parking in the parking lot and their guest WiFi is free and strong, just like 'merica! The bad: Prices have really gone up here, even at the end of January 2023 on a Monday during happy hour, prices are high. Best HH deal was a 22 oz. draft beer (Blue Moon, Bud Light, Dos Equis Amber). No and I mean, no appetizer or decent HH deals on food. The Philly and fries we bought was like 12 bucks pre-tax (add on that 11 percent tourist tax!!!). Chili's used to be one of the chain joints you could visit anytime and expect a check that wasn't going to force you into debt or make you get a 2nd job...not sure about now. Inflation most definitely, definitely hit Chili's. Maybe that's fine, but when the Chili's you're eating at needs a renovation in the worst way (I don't know if they ever did renovate this location and it's got to be at least 30 years old). Also, and this is a big bad one for me. They try and have you pay using one of those dumb a$$ portable computer kiosk thingies and they can be a major pain. We didn't really have too much trouble with it, but our friends with us ended up having to get a manager to do their transaction for some reason as the darn thing wasn't working right and the manager had to do the transaction the old fashioned way (why fix it if it ain't broke?) I was able to determine that they do offer a basic burger and fries special on HH on Tuesday's for 6.99, so we'll be back for that. Chili's has always had a decent burger, especially for that price. Curly fries incur an upcharge of $1.50 over regular fries, anytime, not just on the special day (always got nickel and dime every one). Soda's run 3 bucks, but they come with free refills. Pro tip: sign up for the Chili's club for free online and then every time you visit you get free chips and salsa. Additionally, Chili's will sometimes shoot you an email with a free reward after you visit, like a few days after you visit. This last time I received an email for a free dessert for the next time we go!

We were promptly seated and drink orders were taken. The waiter reappeared about 15 mins later with drinks and cheese rolls and took the table's order. We settled on the Aspen family meal which consisted of 2 meats and 4 sides. We chose smothered pork tenderloin and fried chicken along with mac 'n cheese, collard greens, fried okra and candied yams. Fried chicken was awesome, crispy, with an assortment of dark and white meat pieces. We were looking for a knife because of the pork tenderloin and realized you don't need it. It was that tender. You could cut it with a fork and it too was awesome. Everyone raved about all the side items except the mac & cheese it was a bit on the bland side so it was not our favorite. There was no need for a refill of any of the food. The first round was very ample sized and everyone left very satisfied. And if I have a bit of feedback, our waiter was not attentive unlike the waitress serving the tables in our same area. He was didn't bother to come back and see if we needed a refill on any of the drinks or the food. The only disappointing thing was they no longer offer you a small sample size dessert to finish up your meal. It's been a while since I've dined here so I'm not sure how long that change has been in place. However, we understand the food industry continues to be impacted by the current economy. Overall, the restaurant was very clean, including the restrooms. It's a nice place to feed a large family who hates buffets.

As soon as we walked in we got greeted by the super friendly staff in the gift shop! Then we took the escalators upstairs to the restaurant area (the building was very clean as well). We went upstairs got seated right away. There menus work by a family style buffet. But one thing they will inform you, YOU CAN NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO-GO besides desert!! We ordered a variety of things! (Listed in pictures along with a menu). Overall the service was amazing! Our waitress was great checking on us often, refilling drinks etc. The food was alright! We were a little disappointed in the Country fried steak (seemed a bit tough), Mac and Cheese and Meatloaf (both seemed to be sitting for a while before we were served). The fried okra and fish were very good though! Would highly recommend those! Then we got one of each of the deserts (picture below). The Banana pudding and Ooey gooey butter cake were our favorites!! Very good!! After we ate, we went back down t

We visited this location just before Christmas 2025 at about 6:30 pm on a weeknight and the joint was quite lively. They had a singer/guitar player doing his thing (we didn't really care for him, but that's ok) and the bar was well staffed. It's called Bourbon Street, but it's definitely not a whiskey or bourbon bar. Yes, they have Blanton's and a few other premium bourbons, but you won't find anything exotic at all here bourbon wise. This place is a sports bar that does bar food and steaks and they run happy hour specials as well. We didn't eat on our visit, but those that ordered food had dishes/items that definitely looked appealing. Prices are pretty fair here, but we felt the gem of this location was it's service. We never had to wait long at all to be served or refilled. Their bartenders (we were served by three different ones) were very friendly and quite attentive to all their customers. There's free wifi and plenty of seating both at the bar and at tables throughout. The floor plan is cut up sort of weirdly and I do wish it was one huge, open floor plan, but the roof support doesn't seem to allow for it. They do have a small stage in one corner for musicians, etc. This is a good sports bar that seems to do a really good job of sports barring. Check it out if you're looking for a competent and friendly sports bar.
