I stopped by Chili's right before closing, coming in solo and honestly not expecting much that late but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I sat down, Tom made sure I felt welcome and taken care of, even though it was the end of a long shift. It's not easy to give great service when the night is winding down, but Tom went above and beyond. He was attentive without being overbearing, friendly without feeling forced, and genuinely seemed to care that I had a good experience. He made sure everything was right with my order, checked in at just the right times, and kept a great attitude the entire time. You could tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of service really stands out especially when you're dining alone and just want a comfortable, relaxed meal. I actually did not plan to return to this Chilis after the awful stomach issues last Oct 2025. However, Chilis reached out and gave some eBOG certificates to cover a portion of another visit. It's taken me nearly 8 months to consider trying again. My kids ordered a burger and the other shrimp pasta and I just ordered a salad with quesadillas and left chicken on the side to bring home and reheat to 165 another time. It was frustrating to have to dine in to use the eBOG coupon as I stopped dining in when they got the kiosks on the tables and servers just don't want to help with the bill. Our meal was decent today and we received refills on soda and chips which was nice. While service was overall fine and about as expected, the vibe was not necessarily unpleasant, but didn't seem like anyone was very excited to be there. Lack of smiling says it best, though food was delivered and the work got done. We were finished and I struggled with the table kiosk for 10-15 min first to get the reward for the chips off, then to type in numbers repeatedly for the 2 eBOG gift cards and it kept asking me to type in the tip and I kept changing it because I wanted to pay cash.. In the end we just left the cash with the remaining amount on the screen but as we drove away I realized I had typed the tip into the custom box and that was added to the total remaining already. In my frustration and confusion I tipped again.. Why can't they just come take the money and the coupons and do this for you... I guess I'm old and prefer to not do the work myself if I'm going out to be served dining in... Enjoy that double tip.. hope whatever you were looking at on your phone leaning on the wall near the kitchen was great entertainment because during the time you were on your phone, we were trying to get your attention so we could pay and get going. Honestly, the impression you leave at the end is the most important one. I would happily left a 40% tip if it was worth it and have done so at other restaurants plenty of times. I felt 20% was generous considering the amount of work involved to just pay the bill with multiple numbers to type in. Had we been allowed us to order online and pick up and pay eBOG and cash it would have saved a lot of trouble and maybe would have made us customers again, but it's not an option online or with the app.. so forced to dine in which was less relaxing than eating at home. I've upped my rating to 2 because everything arrived on time and refills etc were taken care of and overall a 3-4 star experience, but the whole getting someone to help with payment is ridiculous and now I feel ripped off so dropping to a 2. Actually the burger has no taste but I did detect its previous life was a frozen patty. Had In and Out burger not closed today on Easter, I would have gone there. Our waitress, Mandy, was so kind and thoughtful -- she put our son's meal in first so he didn't have to wait, and she was incredibly helpful with my in-laws. There were lots of families enjoying a night out. My complaint is parents of kids allowed their kids to run and stand at other people's tables. It wasn't only one table but multiple tables. At one point a young boy stood at our table repeatedly watching my granddaughters iPad with her. His mother did nothing and we finally had to ask the father to come get his child, more than once. Older kids were running through the restaurant. I understand this is a family restaurant and that's why we're there at least 3 times a month. Parents please be aware of where and what your children are doing so we can all enjoy our dinner out. Possibly the restaurant manager can help by making the parent control their kids. This Chili's location truly stands out! The service was excellent, attentive, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant itself was impressively clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a meal. And of course, the food was delicious, just as expected from Chili's! The honey chipotle crispers had been my GO TO for yearsssss! Everything was served hot and fresh. Arrived at this establishment as my colleague had had bad service previously and had to walk out on this place - so 2nd time around here for him - checking if things had changed here. A roving front of house gentleman showed us to our table with no particular welcome. Service to the table was pretty well immediate and drinks to the table were fast. Ordered from the $10.99 lunch menu - 2 soups - Potato and Enchilada - my potato soup was topped with a little green onion , cheese and bacon as if it were a baked potato - maybe the chef got confused but the soup was dismal and likely came from a can. For the main course we ordered 1 burger and fries and a fried chicken sandwich with fries - fried chicken had a good tasty batter coating and real chicken inside and fries were tasty too. My colleagues burger was also good. The only complaint here was the highly processed bread bun - but hey what can you expect for $10.99. Overall good value for what you got and if you're looking for somewhere to just fill up on this is a good a place as any. Staff - certainly you could see those that were attentive others who looked like they didn't really want to be there. The general manager Pete took offense and confronted me in an aggressive manner and nearly accused me of trying to steal a hamburger by asking for the hamburger to be cooked more to medium well. Pete's a despicable general manager and treats loyal customers like myself with disrespect, accusations and intimidating behavior. I came for happy hour. I love their margaritas of the month. This month is the watermelon Titos margaritas. I've been to multiple locations and ordered this drink multiple times. When I got my drink at this location it was totally NOT what I was expecting. This drink tasted very sweet. And there was no "twang" you would expect from the "fresh sour" thats listed in the ingredients. Matter of fact I couldn't taste anything but watermelon, Tito's, and simple syrup. No tequila, no fresh sour, and no lime juice. At first I said I wanted to try another and I wanted to watch him make it. Thats when I was advised it was pre-made. Well that explained it. I gave it back, and didn't order anything else. I'm extremely disappointed not only in the character of their "monthly margarita" one of their selling points, but also in the service once I explained my disappointment. For my preference, I like a fresh patty cooked crisp on a flat top. Their burger is very similar to FatBurger but not handed to you in a bag for to go only from a gas station! The $8-12 lunch meal deals make it a cheap and tasty meal. Tip #1 take a mini Lava Cake to go and you won't regret it, for $2.49 it's the best treat you can get for the price! Tip #2 the Just Bacon Cheeseburger is so big I got the loaded baked potato soup & loaded mashed potatoes for my sides.
