Another amazing experience here! I had placed a pickup order last week, and by mistake, it included chicken instead of the not chicken sliders and bites I had ordered. I only realized the mix-up after I got home and it was too late then. I stopped by yesterday and explained the situation to Joseph ( Staff ) . Without any hesitation, he immediately offered to replace the order and even asked me if I would like anything additional included at no extra cost. Joseph and the entire team are wonderful people. I've been hearing people talk about Dave's Hot Chicken for a while, so I finally decided to see what the hype was about. After trying it for myself, I can definitely say I'll be coming back. The first thing that stood out was the chicken. It was hot, fresh, and had an incredibly crispy coating that stayed crunchy with every bite. The meat inside was juicy and packed with flavor. You can tell they make it fresh because it came out piping hot. The only small downside was that the chicken and the fries were a little saltier than I personally prefer. Even with that, I still finished everything because it was just that good. Sometimes you just want a meal that's over the top, and this absolutely hit the spot. It felt like the perfect cheat meal after a long week. The fries were crispy and paired really well with the chicken, especially with the sauce. The portions were generous, so I definitely left full and satisfied. The staff was friendly, my order came out quickly, and the restaurant had a fun, laid-back atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. If you're craving a crispy, flavorful chicken sandwich or tenders and don't mind a little extra seasoning, I'd definitely recommend giving Dave's Hot Chicken a try. I could go with 4 or 5 stars but rounding up for the mere fact you can still order and pay cash at the counter with a smile on the other side. The establishment is clean, did I mention you can approach the counter and someone will smile and help you if you ask for say, a sauce packet or such? Seems all but 2 other fast food places in town consider their customers asking for service a nuisance even just getting attention for someone to hand over a bag of food ordered on an app. Not at Dave's, you will not be ignored and left waiting and for that I continue to return both in person as well as app ordering earning points for free meals too! The food is a 4 for me as sometimes it's perfectly flavored and other times it seems slightly off.. not perfectly consistent, but always good! I originally had issues with the app accumulating points, I reached out online and had friendly communications and all points restored. Recently didn't get sauce with my meal and didn't notice as my boys ran in to pick up the order. Literally after ordering you will get a 2 question text which essentially asks how many stars you give and if any issues an option to describe. I mentioned the sauce packets but did not ask for anyone to reach out for additional info, yet I got an apology from a human very shortly after thanking me for feedback and making sure I was satisfied. I love the follow up and human interaction. Today my son said the guy inside was joking with him and having fun when he picked up and order with my (female) name on it. Well done getting my teen son to return to the car with a smile!! Oh, and my favorite now since I don't typically eat meat is the "Dave's NOT chicken" cauliflower mini sliders. Yum! My kids love this place. We eat it at least twice a month. Service is great. Ambience is great ample seating in a good location.

My husband and I came in and were immediately greeted by the cashier. I didn't catch his name but he was super welcoming and generous with the sauces. We ordered two sliders and fries to share, and it took about ten minutes for the food to come out. The chicken was cooked so well! Not dry at all and the crisp was perfect. I love dipping the fries and the slider into their Dave's sauce. The sauce compliments the food very well, and adding some honey helps balance it more. This location was very clean and spacious. Colorful place with yummy chicken. The drinks were a bit too sweet so I advise to share it. We ordered meals that only come with fries. Drinks are sold separately. We did ask for cups for water FYI the cups are really small clear cups. Restroom, sit down indoors and fountain drinks available here. Park lot with available parking usually We ordered at the kiosk and picked up our food at the counter to bring to where we chose to sit. On the kiosk the item will ask, at the bottom, if any utensils are needed so be sure to add that but we asked for some things but most was available on the side of where the fountain drinks were. I like how red the spicer chicken looks but I opted for it to be not spicy for me. Went here for a quick diner on a weekday just for pick-up. We ordered at the restaurant and didn't wait too long for our order. The place looked clean and the staff was nice. The food overall was okay. I think it is all flavored well, it is just too strong for my taste. The drink was also too sweet. The meal felt too heavy for me afterwards. I did not actually find the chicken too spicy at all, and want to try Extra Hot or maybe even Reaper next time. We've been fans of Dave's for quite some time, IMO it's one of the better "fast food" hot chicken sandwiches! They have a broad range of spice levels to suit anyone's tastebuds. My go-to is the #4 / 1 slider with fries since it's just the right amount of food for me. We ordered for takeout and the fries stayed surprisingly crispy! First time eating here today with my daughter and we had a really good experience. We ordered at the kiosk, but the cashier was still super friendly and helpful. After placing our order, I picked up the food and realized drinks weren't included, which caught me off guard. When I asked about it, Chris at the counter didn't hesitate he kindly gave us cups anyway. That small gesture really made a difference and made the experience better for both me and my daughter. The dining area is open and has concrete floors so it gets loud in here. The menu is... fried chicken tenders. You can also get fries, slaw, mac & cheese, shakes, and other soft drinks. If you're looking for something not fried, you're in the wrong place. They offer a cauliflower alternative to chicken, but it's vegetarian, not vegan. read more

This place could probably learn a lot from Dublin when it comes to seasoning it is an art which takes years to master. Seasoning is way too heavy, you don't wanna go too light either got a find that right balance. I did feel like I was being rushed when placing my order. It was my first time coming to Dave's in a few years. Was really psyched to try em out. Think I had the cheese fries and a. Chicken tender. A rite of passage is to try the Reaper chicken or whatever it's called. I signed the waiver so I know what I was up for. Not for the meal I can tell you that.
