Son wanted some Chick-fil-A so i stopped by and went through their drive thru. It was fairly quick, maybe under 10 mins from placing order to getting the food. Service was good, friendly employees as usual. Got the famous "my pleasure," at each phase of the experience. Couldn't help but notice that their portions are getting smaller, call me crazy, but the nuggets definitely smaller than usual. Fries were also not portioned well. The food tasted great and was hot, no complaints there, but for a whopping 18 dollar price tag, there is definitely a lot more options to choose from. Been coming to the location pretty consistently for the last couple years. After initial opening, the food quality dropped a bit and fries were soggy and chicken was moderate temp. However, the last several visits, the food has consistently been hot and fresh, fries slightly crisp and salted and the same consistently friendly service. After having issues twice at the Pleasanton location, always with veggie wrap, I've never had an issue with my order being correct at this location. This past visit the line was not long, but seemed to take forever for the line to move. I still rate it higher than any other fast food in the area for accuracy, friendliness and promptness in receiving our order. The cleanliness indoors keeps us coming back as well. read more

I had to make a quick pit stop here to pick up lunch before hopping onto Vasco. Mobile order through the app is the way to go for a quick, pick up and go service. I had only been to this location a couple times and every time I stop by I'm always puzzled by their parking and where to enter for their drive thru. Since I managed to stop by before the lunch rush, it was easier to navigate. All I had to do was pull up to the speaker box, let them know my name and that I was there for a mobile order, and they proceeded me to pull up to the window. I got my food and was able to be back on my way in less than 10 minutes. I've never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. Everyone has always been so nice and friendly. What prompted me to write a review for this location was because the guy at the drive thru window (I'm thinking he could've been a manager? He had a different shirt compared to his coworkers. I wish I had gotten a name!) noticed my pup in the back seat and handed me a treat for her! It was so unexpected and so thoughtful! Thank you! I feel like this location really makes a point to show you how much of an inconvenience you can be as a customer with any type of question or request. I made the mistake of ordering breakfast "too late" before the breakfast time was over and told that they couldn't make my order.. that I had ordered 10 minutes prior. On another occasion I asked for a substitution on my sandwich. Unknowingly I was basically charged the price of another sandwich and once I tried to eat it, I realized they decided the spicy version would be a better fit for me which I couldn't eat. If substitutions for healthier options are not preferred I feel like they shouldn't be an option. However when spending almost $30 on a meal I would expect a bit more understanding for small changes or a simple explanation. At least they are able to do this was a smirky sarcastic smile. Also, they should make a better pedestrian way for folks exiting/enter the shop bc we've had a couple near misses!!!! Chick uses tenderloins which is next to breast meat. strips were tender, moist & salty but not juicy. unknown how 'loins made a better tasting chik. product. *'loins costs more than breast meat and thigh meat. the latter is the choice of many vendors making chik products. -the batter on strips was crunchy, light, thin, tasted freshly made. take outs: -chik products aren't a preference. lost interest in nuggets, chik Sammies, chik strips. main reason why I stopped going to Chick-fil-A. -Chick's products didn't taste better than its competition though quality was better and Chick uses fresh chicken products. -no lines post lunch. 3.5 stars. doubtful repeat. chik products no longer on my dining list. the quality and flavors have diminished over time. read more

I eat at Chic filet at least once a week. Sometimes the fries are salted sometimes they are not? The food is great very satisfying mostly the fries with salt. The salads like the cob salad are wonderful, unfortunately, Chic Filet falls short on their packaged dressings. Tastes very blah! I usually add my own dressing the real stuff. Ran in to this location last week to grab a peach milkshake. This location is fairly new and they are just off the freeway on North Livermore. I was afraid this location was going to suck, drive thru wise, but they did a great job with a super large drive thru lane. Just know, you cannot get through this parking lot from the back or sides, the only enterance/exit is from the driveway at the front of the location. Parking is easy though it's a slight walk from the lot to the building. Can't complain, the drive thru line stays out of the way. Anyway, I wanted a milkshake after a sad dentist visit. The news of oral surgery had me wanting something sweet. I wasn't sure what flavor I wanted, when I got to the counter I asked what she recoomended, peach or oreo. I went with her suggestion. Friendly service, and my milkshake was great tasting. I am not saying this to complain, but it was hard to drive and drink as the peach chunks were getting stuck in my straw. Yummy peach bites, no complaints. I have been through the drive thru here on other occasions. I believe all Chick-fil-A's have satisfactory food, no complaints on anything I have ordered. The service was friendly and fast, my order has always been correct with adequate sauces/napkins. After trying multiple times to access the Pleasanton location, I finally gave up due to the insane line. I was thrilled when they finally opened up a store conveniently located off the freeway. I applaud all the thought and consideration that was put in so this new store did not impact traffic in the area. That being said, this review is solely for the drive-thru. Similar to In-N-Out across the street, they have multiple staff on foot taking your order quickly and efficiently which I definitely appreciated. My problem is with the food. In the 20 minutes it took to get past paying and finally grabbing my order, the chicken sandwiches, nuggets and even waffle fries were soggy and to be honest, not very good. (I have had better at a hospital cafeteria). I was extremely underwhelmed by the Chick-fil-A hype my first time trying it. I may give this restaurant another go but it will be on foot and strictly dine-in. read more

I've been to a few Chick Fil-A locations across Northern California and I have to say this is probably by far the best thought out drive-thru and parking lot. While the parking lot is small, it is not as congested as others I have seen. Usually Chick Fil-A seem to choose the worst locations for a drive thru but I was very impressed with this one The service is always great. I have never really had anything to complain about regarding their customer service as Chick Fil-A employees are helpful, kind, and patient. This location is very clean and well maintained too. Perfect stop for lunch along 580 in Livermore, on the way to cherry picking in Brentwood. Looks like a new location. Efficient service and maybe will try the app next time to save time. Prices have gone up in a noticeable way over the past few years (like all other restaurants), maybe it's a good idea to sign up for the rewards program. Trying to eat more protein and the chicken nuggets are always yummy and way better quality that any other fast food place. If I weren't trying to lose a little weight, I'd eat the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and waffle fries more often!
