Good service but the food always tastes like it was microwaved at the highest power for the longest time. Definitely kills the flavor/taste. Won't be going back anymore. read more

This place is so slow and the drive thru lady is so rude. I was told to go wait in the front because my food was not ready. I ended up waiting for 35 minutes went while they helped others in the line a left my food to get cold. When I went inside and finally got someone's attention they just handed me a bag that' looks like it's been sitting for a long time. I got out ton to e car and found out it was cold and missing the other half. Terrible. I'm never going back to location. It's slow and dirty. read more

I just got food poisoning after eating the "Double Jack" which was 1/2 inch tall and was pathetic per the add. The reason I know it's most likely from the Burger is that I haven't had anything to eat in almost 24 hours . I'll never go back here. read more

Not sure if he's the owner or manager but an older male always working at this location is so rude! To see and hear how demeaning he is towards his employees is awful! The custom order is usually correct. Watch the price on the board and what they charge... it could be different. If you point it out, he will correct it. read more

Have eaten a lot from here over the years. This is the very very first time I've ever had this happen I had midnight munchies so I got a burger with ketchup, mustard , mayo their normal sauce on it. It drops on my face and lo and behold a few minutes later my face is burning and turning red where the sauce was ??? Like only specifically where it touched. I haven't had anything on my face to eating this strange why this happened first time ever quite scary Don't recommend eating here. read more

I had a disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. The car in front of us took a while to leave--probably checking their order--and when it was our turn, the staff asked us to reverse and move forward again due to a sensor issue. In the end, I received the wrong order. I asked for a salad and was given a chicken teriyaki bowl instead. Always double-check your food before leaving the drive-thru. read more

Employees - Crappy Attitude Order - Wrong Quality - Low They could not even get a simple drive thru order correct. Very pathetic but honestly not surprised considering the reviews., Order - 4 piece original chicken strips. 1 egg roll. I received 2 spicy chicken patty's that were cut in half - see photo and 3 egg rolls. I wondered why it was so expensive. They added 2 extra egg rolls to my order. This was a simple order and they could not handle that. Tell me your out of original chicken strips. I would have ordered something else. They made the decision for me to make their own order for me. Everything was wrong. BURN THIS BUILDING DOWN!!! Not even worth the dirt it stands on. Update - I tried calling the location and someone answered the phone by pulling it off the hook and putting it on the counter. Never said a word. I could hear the machines beeping and people talking in the background but no one ever said hello. They just wanted the phone to stop ringing and to not deal with the customers they screwed over. read more

Take your most embarrassing moment in life and double it. Then you'll have the essence of visiting this lone outpost. Be careful of what commercials you watch on TV. Be thankful for what you have. Appreciate your employees. This particular outpost serves the Clown's product at the pace of a blind one-legged man pushing a car with a flat tire across the I-5 Interstate. Our breakfast sandwiches had mismatched buns, overcooked eggs cooked on a soiled griddle and a hair for free. Missing the sausage on one. Deep fried hash browns hinted that the fryer shortening needs changing. We believe that even pigeons, rats or the Highway Patrol would choose to avoid it. Even Gordon Ramsey would walk away. Maybe legalizing cannabis was a mistake. read more

The food. The bacon was tooth-breaking hard and their cookies & cream dessert was just sugar.

Since I live so close, I visit this Jack-in-the-Box often and often I'm disappointed. This time the chicken strips were obviously cooked before hand and then thrown back in the grease to heat up, The grilled chicken sandwich the bread was all soggy. They just don't take time to do it right that's why they don't get more than a couple stars at any time. read more

I don't know what I did to the guy that made my sandwich, but you really have to hate me or have something against me. I asked for no mayonnaise and you ended up putting extra mayonnaise on both sides of my sandwich. Are you OK bro? read more

This branch is the best of all. Food is great and staff is fast. place is clean too. keep up the good work

So I normally will have a taco that has a crunch. But not yesterday. The service was eh only to open my bag and have 2 soggy tacos with withered lettuce. When I say soggy it had to be sitting for several hours because it was Luke warm I will avoid them . read more

That Yelp is even forcing me to give these morons a single star is doing a great disservice to Yelpers everywhere. This is supposed to be a 24-hour drive thru. Having had a long day of travel, I came to this drive thru at around 4am before I went home; it was the second drive thru I went to because the first one had issues, so I was already a little ticked off. I hadn't eaten in a while and really just wanted to sink my teeth in a burger and call it a night. I was the only person there so I drove up to the drive thru speaker with ease. I didn't expect anyone to answer me immediately because it was so early in the morning, but you'd think someone would be paying attention, right? Nope. I sat there for a solid minute before I yelled "hello?" into the speaker. No response. Another minute went by and two cars had lined up behind me. I yelled "hello?" two more times and got no response. So I drove up to the window since I figured that someone could take my order there. I looked inside and didn't see anyone in there. I then knocked on the window and waited a few seconds, but no one came to the window. I then got out of my car and knocked on the window harder; only then did someone poke their head around the corner. I didn't give the person a chance to explain the situation and take my order, because why should I? Working at Jack in the Box at 4am has to be the easiest job on the planet. Responding to one customer is *literally* the bare minimum, and they couldn't even do that. They wasted my time with their poor service, and I left hungry and frustrated because of it. I think it goes without saying that I was pretty ticked off by that point, and even if I hadn't driven off, it's unlikely I would've given them any money anyway. Why would I waste my money on a chain that can't respect me as a customer? I've lived in the area for over a decade and this is the first time I've been to this Jack in the Box. Very disappointed. Maybe management should tell their employees to get off their lazy asses and do some work. read more

Everything I ordered was sub par compared to normal jack in the box, and thats saying a lot since its fast food. Never going to this one again. read more

Service was horrible!! 1) We asked for a southwest chicken salad and got a plain chicken salad. 2) We asked for the mini classic tacos and received zero (none) very dissatisfied and disappointed!! Sorry to say that we do not recommend this location. read more

Nobody can resist the tacos at Jack in the Box - especially when this is the last place open after some drinks nearby. Few will admit they like em but it is many a persons guilty pleasure these tacos. Unlike the better and more expensive stuff next door and kitty corner at Wild Wings here you can feel like a hot shot and pay for all your friends - the whole group. This particular location worse than some. Last time I was in almost all the sodas were out of order and dining room more messy than expected. It was Jumpin Jack Splash or water. I remember there was no upselling by the cashier either which was odd. Usually they encourage to sell medium or large and extra for curly fries rather than just a small with the less expensive plain fries. In conclusion I think the tacos are so bad that they are good. read more

Never coming here again. #1) there's signs everywhere in the restaurant that masks are required so why are none of the workers tonight wearing them? The guy who rung me up seemed pissed and annoyed, flung my receipt on the counter out of my reach, walked away, no pleasantries. Then after he was on the register, proceeded to put things like chicken and fries in the fryer with his bare hands and didn't wash them in between. Also we can hear everything you say!!! Stop saying things like "the next person who comes inside..."Gross and rude. Over it. If you don't want to work there, then don't. read more

Oh Jack in the Crack, I haven't been to you in ages, its all my friend's fault that we came here around 11pm on a Wednesday night, he was hungry and we didn't feel like going all the way down to In and Out. My oh my were there some characters working here. Everyone was really nice, but definitely some odd ones for sure. I probably wouldn't have come here alone so late, but I felt safe with my friend. We seemed to be the oldest individuals dining in this establishment, there seemed to be some high school cholas and some exchange students from India in there. Anyways, I totally went off my diet, but it sure was good! I can never say no to their Oreo cookie shakes! read more

Erica, Pardi and Jessica were responsible to screw up my day. This place is so pathetic, today I ordered food as takeout and to my dismay I had a short order when I came home, hence called this Place and after a long wait they confirmed it was their mistake and asked me to pick up with out ant compensation, when arrived they made me to feel like a homeless guy asking for a Freebie, While this arrogant lady ERICA said some lady had picked my order to which I had almost lost my cool, when confronted to show me who the lady was she argued may be I would have set her. Which wasn't true, so after 15 minutes when I received my order the food was half cooked, WHO IS GOING TO EAT RAW AND UNCOOKED FOOD? and we couldn't consume it. I am not sure whom to blame, Does the Jack in Box didn't train them well or the Franchise owner didn't teach them or may be the staff is very arrogant and rude....NOT RECOOMEDED, SAVE YOUR DOLLARS,,NOT WORTH SPOILING YOUR HEALTH, WASTING YOUR MONEY AND SPOILING YOUR DAY.....I HAVE EVERY DETAIL OF THIS INCIDENCE IF THIS ESCALATES read more

It was good service and good food very clean good service , I highly recommend this restaurant.

A decent quality Jack in the Box... when they decide to serve you, that is. Nearly every time I've gone to this location past midnight recently they just don't answer the order box in the drive thru. Even with all the lights on and the employees visible in the back too. This last time this happened I even came back about an hour later just to make sure I wasn't coincidentally coming during people's breaks every time, but same thing still so I doubt it. read more

Always have a really weird experience when I come here. Granted my friends and I come here at really late hours in the night and the drive-thru has a great view of the back entrance to a dive bar.... but the location seems kind of sketchy and low-rent... Our order got messed up when we ordered two simple milkshakes with no whip cream and no cherry... both came out with whip cream and a cherry.... Other than their lack of ability to follow a correct order, you can't really find too many decent places open as late as Jack in the box is. So I applaud them for that. read more

Raw hash browns yesterday , and today I was served a green egg! Disgusting & they always mess up orders . Never coming back here read more

We had the most awful food from this location yesterday night (Friday, 11/16/18). I had a Bacon & Swiss Buttery burger and Onion Rings. The burger seemed like it had sat warming for a while! The buns were hard and the meat was dark and hard around the edges. The rings were cold and awful! My husband's Blue Cheese and Bacon Ribeye burger was/looked just like mine. His fries were limp and soggy. We usually love the food from here, but NOT last night! NO , but it won't let me post without one! read more

Why they keep this place open is a miracle to me... how often they mess up orders for DoorDash. They should close this and replace the entire staff with people who actually have brain cells intact. How stupid can you be to mess up a simple fast food order? They must have been dropped to the ground a million times as babies... extremely pathetic and embarrassing place to keep open. Pls somebody shut this place down. read more

Apparently they don't care about walk in customers. Waited 10min inside and no one acknowledged us. So I walked out.

Terrible customer service. I would definitely recommend going literally anywhere else but here.

This location deserves zero stars, and everyone that works here should be fired. I came in a few weeks ago to buy some food. They took my order with little difficulty besides the cashier having a soft voice. I sat down, and I could hear them talking about me. Loudly, and negatively. One of them pretending the check the ice machine, and upon going back behind the counter said "Yeah, he's right there behind the pillar." They proceeded to call me retarded, say that they'd never hire me (I was there to eat, not for a job), and that I'm unhireable (who are they to make that determination?) I got my food, sat down for less than thirty seconds before I was back at the counter demanding a refund. One of the hispanic males (I'm sure race had to do with his negative attitude) REFUSED to refund my money. He, and another young employee proceeded to gaslight me, acting as if I was in the wrong for not wanting my food after listeninh to them badmouth me while preparing my food. I took maybe two sips of my drink, and ate none of the food. He proceeded to argue with me for close to ten minutes while the shift leader went to call the GM for advise. Which is silly because all customers are entitled to a refund within certain limits. Finally the shift leader came from the back office, and gave me my refund. No apology for her rude loudmouthed employees, though. I took one look at the hispanic male who argued with me the entire time, and told him "the fact that you refused to return my money, and insisted I eat the food just confirms that my suspicion that you spit in my food." Don't go to this Jack in the Box if you are expecting at least some level of professionalism, and food without spit in it. read more

I can't believe I have never written a review for this location. (Love when reviews start this way) I rarely get fast food, but when i do I love the Box. 2 tacos for 99 cents? Awesome! I really appreciate the self service kiosk inside the restaurant. Whenever they have the Bonus Jack available, I get my Jack on. This location is always fast and very courteous. The tacos are always crispy and fresh tasting. For fast food, it is a good bargain. Coupons are often put into the local paper. Just one thing: Please keep Bonus Jacks. They are my favorite!!... read more
