I do not normally write reviews, but felt I should since we were all dissatisfied with the service we received. Brittany was our waiter, (apparently she was new) we ordered and did not see our waiter until almost an hour, we had to tell another waiter to have our order to go because we had to get back to work, we were already late. Another 10 mins went by and Brittany (our waiter) comes out with chips and salsa stating they messed up on two of the orders and added beans so it will be another 10-15 mins, we told her we had to go. She handed our check and said "make sure you add the extra buffalo sauce for my salad" in a joking way she laughed and left to have our order to go. We look at our check and she had charged two chicken bowls and two steak bowls and the Buffalo chicken salad, WHAT? there was only 3 of us!! She comes back and stated they took off an additional 10% discount and she added two of the sauces for my salad I said great! We get back to the office one coworkers bowl still had beans, my salad you can tell had been sitting for a long time, it was all soggy and on top of it their was no buffalo sauce in my salad, instead the sauce was the sauce from the quesadilla chicken salad!! It was the most disgusting salad! Overall this was just bad service, I understand she is new but have another waiter shadowing her, do not have her by herself if she cannot handle two bowls and a salad then she obviously needs additional salad. Also, note to the chef do not add dressing to an salad until of the plates are about to be served no one likes a SOGGY salad! read more

My dance team and I eat there quite often, we cannot get enough of the friendly service and great food with great deals.

The food is fabulous and staff even better! I go often and am always impressed with the food. Keep up the good work team Lancaster!

I have eaten here several times, the wait after being seated is always 10-20 minutes before getting a drink order in. I have been to many Chili's but this one is always seems slow, there's always a mix up (2 waitresses are not better than one imo) & waitresses are not really courteous & customer service oriented. The food is always great. read more

I will never use their to go again this was second time ordered Nd both times horrible, had a 12:50 pick up and was not ready until 1:20 .As I was waiting I could hear employees cursing in the kitchen and laughing no seriousness what so ever and they think an apology will make everything okay read more

First time I visited this one and I'm not impressed. Although the waitress was bubbly, she seemed a little irritated. First let me say half of what we ordered we did not get. My sister ordered "Spicy Panko Onion rings and what she got was regular onion rings. I ordered "Table Side Guacamole" what I got was pretty made guacamole in a bowl. Our food literally took almost 30 minutes + before we got it. Now let's talk about the food first. 3 orders, all screwed up. I ordered a "Triple Dipper" and " Texas Fries". The fries where over cooked, very hard and dry. On my " "Tripple Dipper", I ordered "Panko Spicy Onion Rings, South western egg rolls and classic buffalo wings. Let me say there was nothing "classic" about the wings at all. The onion rings where regular onion rings and the egg rolls where over cooked. The second order of food was "The classic Bacon Burger. The buns was saturated in grease, it was pretty cooked and re heated in a microwave. The third order was a Mexican trio type plate. It was 100% obvious that it was re heated in a microwave. Have you ever heated something up in a microwave with cheese and it over cooked and the cheese was kinda burnt onto the plate??? Yep...that's what we experienced with the food. Now... Let's talk about the alcohol... It was either watered down or tasted like pure syrup. When we mentioned it to our bubbly waitress she immediately got an attitude and "told" us our drinks where fine and the only thing she could do is charge us for an extra shot....our tab was $75.00 and in reality it should have bee free. Nobody ate all of there food. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOOD. We will never eat there again. read more

Went to chili tonight took over 30 minutes to bring us drinks we ordered after complaining to the manager we finally received our drink order but not before the manager dismissed are complaint as it was no big deal it took 30 or so minutes for our drinks to show up our food to took an additional 25 minutes to show up after the drinks showed up making it 1 and 1/2 hours waiting on service and was incomplete and wrong and not even one time did the server come back to ask if our order was ok nor did the manager come back to make sure we receive our drinks the manager's name was Alice icamen. That was the worst management I've ever ran into, went up to talk with the manager and tell her I was over charged for items not received and how horrible the service was from not only the wait stuff but even from her manager skills, Told the manager how I was charged for something I didn't get as I said first thing and she replied don't put your finger in the air and I cant make everyone happy, (really a manager says this to a customer really)? I then said I would slam Chilli's On line and she said don't threaten me and do what you have to do and I went back to my table and as I did she basically chased me back there to argue with me more and tell me how horrible we are and acting. It was the worst experience we've had here and we come here often. You can tell how good a place is by the way the manager run the place and I can tell you from experience that managers horrible and I would not recommend going to this chilis while this manager is still working there. We only bought 2 for 20.000 added the 4.00 shrimp and upgraded to a 10oz steak and a order or chicken tenders and 2 drinks, were charged for the appetizer that comes with the meal and for shrimp we never received, the manager said they could not take the shrimp charge off WTF really????? So the answer was to pay for something we didn't receive really? read more

I've gone here several times since it's opened. The wait staff are always rude. We went last night because it was the only place open after going to a movie. We waited for 30 minutes for a table. Once we were seated right by the hostess station we were and ignored for over 20 minutes until I waved down a waitress. She thought it was funny. The food came for only half the table with no napkins or forks. Again the waitress laughs and says she will go fix the rest of the order if she has to she will make it herself. Seriously? At this point we are all over it and ask for a manager. He was nice enough to come over and talk over me trying to explain why I was upset. Never mind the food was cold and the requests for ranch, forks etc was ignored until three people come up and hand us ranch. This was an obvious smart ass attempt to put us in our place. Keep in mind no one at our table was ever rude. It was getting late and we were all tired and hungry. The manager finally says he will comp our missing food and the drinks. The bill comes with the drinks taken off but not the missing entre. The waitress hands me the check and hovers to get paid until I tell her ill do it when I'm ready I'm not leaving yet. My suggestion for anyone is to drive a little farther and go to Palmdale. It's a more busy location but, I've never had a bad experience there and I've been going since it opened. read more

I have been a chilies fan for years but the problem is that I just moved out to Palmdale, and went to the nearest chilies that was closest to me which was the chilies on 10th St. borderline Lancaster. I had a creepy waiter That was staring at my girlfriend for unknown reasons, and when I looked at the ranch it looked like somebody had done something to it nevertheless, I was extremely hungry so so I ate it anyway. I let bygones be bygones and ordered a turkey burger if things couldn't get worse, well, they did my turkey burger was stale and my girlfriends food came out with some sort of hair inside of it we never even told the establishment what was going on because we had already been so fed up with the Ranch as well as the stale curly fries that we ordered as a appetizer. I'm telling everybody out there if you go to the plaza Chili's is not your best bet just go to the Mexican restaurant next-door or do yourself a favor and go to the outback or Buffalo wild wings a couple blocks away. read more

I brought all my favorite ladies(wife, daughters and granddaughters to have lunch. 6/22/17. The place only had people at a few tables, so we were seated right away. Five minutes later the tables around us started to get filled. 10 minutes more before our non-server showed up to take our drink order. Meanwhile every table that came in after us had drinks and some were already placing orders having had their drinks 10 minutes earlier. Another10 minutes passed and we started asking the waitresses, who had already taken care of the tables that came in after us, if someone could at least bring us our drink order. They said our non-server should be right out with them. 3 minutes later we decided to leave. On the way out I asked to speak to a manager. Sure, if I wanted to wait some more. DO NOT WASTE you time on this place. I am a veteran and was wearing my veteran hat. Makes me wonder if that had anything to do with the non-service. Took my hungry ladies to Rubio's for quick drinks and good eats. Guess our appetites were wrecked by our Chili's experience as that food wasn't as good as it has been in the past. read more

With some friends tonight at this particular Chili's. It's been one of our favorite spots which is why management surprised us this evening. We had a wonderful server, Adam who took care of us. The service has never been a problem, it has been consistently great. However, tonight a friend ordered some items which she planned to pay for but were not to her liking. We told our server and long story short ended up speaking with the manager, who had been there for about 10 months according to him. We just were not expecting the forceful demeanor, as my friend called it; I called it aggressive. He came to our table as though he was ready to defend against comping my friend for her food that she felt the quality wasn't good. I felt the manager who never offered his name was a bit condescending, repeating his script (because that's what it sounded like), even though my friend was not demanding anything in return. He was adamant in his stance that "we just can't comp an item just because you don't like it." What? Silly us, we thought restaurants were in the business of pleasing the customer especially those who will come back because for the most part we like the food, love the service and it's close to where we all live. My friend reiterated how she was prepared to pay for her items regardless but thought he would appreciate the feedback regarding the food they served which included broccoli which was not fully cooked. To us, it didn't appear to be cooked at all. He said he appreciated the feedback but I was suspicious of his sincerity because he kept harping over and over how he couldn't comp the whole meal because he'd have to explain why he was doing it. He came off as though it was about him more than it being about us, the customers. He said more unprofessional things that are too long to list but at the end, the manager took 50 percent off my friend's items but not without a replay of what he had said repeatedly the first go round. In my honest opinion, I believe this "new" manager needs extra training in customer sensitivity because no one in our group was trying to get over on him, we clean all our plates when we go to this restaurant, except for tonight. He displayed nothing but defensiveness, expecting the worst I guess, when it was totally unnecessary. Again, I believe more training is needed especially in the realm of customer service. read more

Being a fan of Chilis and it's wonderful jingle, "I want my baby back ribs," wasn't so hard years ago, but that was some time ago. Years have past and through time it seems that the care that was once there has faded away. The food has been in decline and it's quality is a thing of the past. I must sadly report that the food safety wasn't a priority in what I promise will be my last visit to a Chili's ever. My partner ordered a steak, it took 60 mins to get out of the kitchen, it arrived, To make a long story short within 20 mins. my partner was sick and driven by ambulance to the emergency room due to what we would later find out to be food poisoning. My partner fainted at the resturant, and Chili's made sure that we were paid up before I left to see my partner at the hospital. Yes I would pay, but I had my suspicions that it was food poisoning due to the symptoms my partnered showed in the resturant. The reason I gave this review one star was because of the service we received from our server. read more
