This Chili's location has some of the nicest servers which sets it apart from the others. As a major restaurant chain, you should expect the same ambiance, taste, and decor as with any other Chili's. I would say this location is just a notch above in terms of executing the food. Unlimited chips and salsa, fantastic queso skillets, and can't go wrong with most items in the triple dipper. Great value, good food, awesome service.

Came to Santa Barbara and we needed some good food so we came to chili's it never disappoints Food was on point delicious steak cooked perfectly the ribs are always so yummy yummy service is always good palce always clean they always deserve 5 stars. Every time we come to see my son at USBC we come to this chillis it always hits the spot.

This was my first time at chilis since I was 10. I heard this place had good appetizers and frozen margaritas so that's exactly what I ordered. I ordered the triple dipper and the blended strawberry margarita. The triple dipper had the mozerella sticks, honey chipotle crispers and the mini burgers. My mouth was watering it was so good. I'm not sure if I'd order anything besides this here. The service was great our server checked on us many times. The ambiance was nice and relaxing, not too loud.

My favorite chilis! I'm not sure what they do but the food is always amazing and their chips and salsa are addicting! But I'm in love with their honey chipotle chicken tenders and they always have great servers that are very attentive and are always a great location for a lunch or dinner!

My fiancé craves the Deep Eddy's Texas Strawberry drink and burgers from Chili's so even though I'm not a fan, I'll agree to go every once in while. Even though I slightly dread the experience because I'd rather go to a one of a kind Santa Barbara local restaurant, this Chili's wasn't so bad. This time we decided to bring some friends who'd never been to a Chili's. The boys had burgers and both really liked them, but the highlight was the drink for them. The chicken tacos were a little watery and not much flavor in the beans and rice. Our chip appetizer didn't have enough salt either, so maybe that's what was missing from the food as well. It's the typical Chili's atmosphere, dark and cold, but very clean. It's in a great location. The waiter we had was nice and on top of it. The restaurant was not very busy so it wasn't very loud The best part of the experience was the company, but would have much rather been to a local joint.

I love this place. Get the "3 for Me" deal. This deal covers a lot of the popular options for entrees and appetizers and it's a really good price for a delicious meal. Everything together came out to be around $18 per person with this deal and we all got what we wanted. You also have the option to get the bottomless chips and salsa as your appetizer and that can easily cover the table. My favorite combo is the cajun shrimp pasta for the entree, loaded baked potato soup for the appetizer, and strawberry lemonade for the drink. I loved getting this as a college student. Food comes out really quickly too and service was great. I do have to mention that I tried to get just a bowl of soup for takeout once and it was $6 for a really small portion.

Yep, even this foodie right here gets a craving for Chili's once in a while. It is often my sister's and my go-to given that it is quick, affordable and usually tasty. We have had very friendly service during the past couple visits. One waitress that comes to mind is Carly who was extremely attentive and sweet as could be. Often the inside of this location could be cleaner. I am particularly haunted by the children's dirty sauce fingerprints across the windows. The particular items I order are usually the fajitas with the works or the Triple Dipper apps. I appreciate the tableside machine to redeem rewards and check out at the end (particularly the option to split a bill as many which ways). You chill Chili's. Thanks.

On top of that, the ingredients were distributed completely unevenly between the two halves. I literally had to take both halves apart and redistribute everything myself just to make it edible. Nothing about this felt fresh. I also swapped the "house-made chips" for tater tots -- which turned out to be the exact Ore-Ida frozen tots you buy at the grocery store, and even worse... they were undercooked and mushy. I am willing to bet I just paid $16 for about $2.50 worth of ingredients. For $16, this was not just underwhelming -- it was bad, REAL BAD. Do NOT order this sandwich.

I was pleased to see that happy hour was still being offered despite the holiday. The menu offers a nice selection of bites and discounted drinks at great prices! For food, we ordered the carne asada flatbread, onion rings, garlic herb fries, and chicken wings. All of which were enjoyable! Although, I will mention that the carne asada had a slightly funny taste that wasn't very pleasing. It was tolerable, but could have been better. Despite that, the food was delicious. We also ordered the white chocolate & raspberry cheesecake. The cheesecake comes from the Cheesecake Factory! So, you know it's going to be good and it was. The presentation was beautiful as well. For drinks, I had the Prickly Pear margarita and Paloma. Both were well made and refreshing to drink. I love the rooftop vibes here! The layout is great and the views are amazing. This visit was unfortunately our worst experience there by far. It was the first time we'd sat in the dining room instead of the bar. It was early - around 5:00. The happy hour buffalo chicken sliders and Brussels sprouts were good. However, things went downhill with our entrees. My tri-tip dinner (ordered medium rare) arrived as two thin slices of medium rare covering three slices of gray, well-done meat underneath. It was tough and tasted old - it seemed like the kitchen was trying to hide poor quality, overcooked meat. My partner's ribeye was cooked to the right temperature but extremely gristly - only about half of the twelve ounces was actually edible. When I sent my tri-tip back, our server (who was genuinely trying to help) returned to say they were out of tri-tip and a new one would take 45 minutes. By then my partner was halfway through his steak. I asked to just have the meat removed and I'd just eat my sides. Here's where it went from bad to worse: the manager (owner's daughter) charged us $7 each for the sides as "à la carte" items and argued when I explained I only ate them because that's all I had. She eventually offered 50% off the entrée but her confrontational attitude made things worse. The owner was more understanding when we escalated it to her, but the damage was done. Our server did her best in a tough situation - the issues were with the kitchen and management's handling of the problem. Really heartbroken about this experience at a place we've loved. We'll probably try again someday but will stick to burgers and salads at the bar.

We sat outside and it was not that busy. The inside was open. The servers were very sweet as were the hostesses. The cinnamon bun for the table was good as well. Now for the bad. They had a ton of runners yet we couldn't get them to give us water no matter how much we asked for it. It took forever just to get our drinks. When my friend asked for some hot sauce for her food, bloody Mary mix was brought over in a ramekin. Having bartender a while back, I know clam juice when I taste it. And I was having a bloody Mary and it tasted exactly the same. Not to mention the fact it was very watery and it tasted like straight fire. I love hot sauce, but this had no finesse and it wasn't hot sauce. She asked for it again and she got the same thing. She needed hot sauce because the food really was not seasoned. I got avocado toast and I had to salt and pepper the hell out of that thing. Her hollandaise was bland and my friends clam chowder tasted like nothing. It was just like food out of a retirement community. I want to go back to the fact that the servers were really sweet. I don't discount that and they did hire nice people. But when you have that many runners and servers, the service should be better. And they really need to start using a little salt and pepper on their food. When you have prices like that people expect more.
