Patron margaritas - strawberry flavor

I enjoyed my time sitting in the bar area . Had yummy drinks and this cheese stick appetizer. I highly suggest asking for the Nashville sauce in the side bomb !!!! It truly made me cheese sticks so delicious. Tammy was a great bartender . I would come back and eat or drink in this bar area at chillis Carson .

We came here for a brief meeting and were able to get seated right away next to the bar. There was a guy at the bar who every time I turned my head to the left I just kept seeing his butt crack. I was so annoyed we asked to be moved -- cause that's not the work of THE LORD for my life to be having a discussion, trying to eat then having to see some guys crack... NOPE! We were moved to a muuuuch better spot. We ordered salad, soups, burgers and fries. We even stayed after we were finished with our meal and it didn't feel rushed like we had to leave immediately since we were still having our meeting. Overall, good experience and I'd return again!

I have been to this location many times. I came on Thanksgiving Eve and the restaurant was filled to capacity. Yes, it's popular. We were seated immediately. They have a special where you can get an appetizer, an entree and a drink. I got the house side salad, smash burger and fries, and strawberry lemonade. My cousin got a soup, chicken fingers and a strawberry lemonade. The drinks came right after we ordered and the appetizers followed. The service is pretty fast. The bathrooms were dirty when was there but the rest of the restaurant was clean. The noise level is average but know this place gets busy. It's located in the Carson Pavilion Shopping Center so take that in mind. My check was $38 including tip. That's reasonable. Food was decent. Service was adequate.

Went for the drinks. What I ordered (drink wise) looked nothing like what I received AT ALL, BUT it was delicious so I'm not complaining ahaha. Also got boneless buffalo wings and chips and salsa, didn't get a picture of that but it was decent. One server gave us crumbs instead of whole chips, but our waiter noticed & brought us fresh whole chips. Definitely would comeback for the drink we substituted vodka for the tequila though. Service was slow, they were really busy for a Monday.

Stopped by Chili's in Carson and I have to say -- it was exactly what I needed to close out Black History Month on a high note. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food hit the spot, and the bartender was great. Super attentive, personable, and made sure everything was right without hovering. Sometimes you just need good service, good energy, and a place where you can unwind -- and that's exactly what this was. I'll definitely be back.

Ok so I've been here multiple times but i usually sit at the bar for faster service since it's always me and my wife but Today I brought my kids & nephew and let me tell you it was by far the worst experience ever. This service was inexcusable they sat us down and that was it I had to keep calling on someone to help us out and it's crazy because they had lots of worker walking around it was just our waiter he couldn't help out at all it took us 2 hours basically to get out food and eat and don't get me wrong the food was really like always it's just the crappy service that I hate .

My first time at Chili's in decades, and had a great (sentimental) experience. Our waitress (Bri or Brie or Bree) was so nice and made the experience comfortable, and attentive. Will come back!

The service was great off the bat me and my friend and service dog were greeted, sat, attended too with kindness from I believe our servers name was Russel if I got it wrong my apologies, hey gave great recommendations since it was our very first time at Chilis. I had the Santa Fe Burger with a side of their Mac & Cheese and the burger was perfect fries were good the Mac & cheese was good not great a bit watery. The restaurant was really nice and clean the booth was comfortable and very clean they had a few basketball games going on the hospitality was great, I'd definitely come here again to try their famous baby back ribs for sure! Food 8.9/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10

We went in for a quick meal with my father in law. He wanted the baby back ribs. We ordered drinks (alcohol) they were amazing!!!! We shared a full rack of ribs and had french fries and mashed potatoes. The ribs were falling off the bones, just the way I like them, the sauce was delicately sweet. My husband had a Long Island ice tea, I had a blueberry margarita. The margarita was one of best I've had. Our servers name was Deontrea.... Probably not how he spells it. But, he was extremely attentive. Our food was served within 15 minutes. The restaurant was noisey and mostly packed. But we were seated right away. I'm not a fan of Chili's but I will return, if only for that drink.

Brought my mom in for lunch while visiting her in CA. Our server was very nice and attentive (Shakira), but the food was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the appetizer "You Pick Three" (Southwestern Egg-rolls, Chicken Tenders, and Sliders) and it was served super greasy! The egg rolls were somewhat smashed/flattened out and the chicken tenders were bathed in the sauce, which was the cause of the greasy mess on the bottom of my plate! I was not too pleased! My mom ordered the smash burger and it too was very greasy. She said her fries were good and they must've been, because she ate them all! This Chili's just wasn't the same as others, but hey, not all have the same cook! I'm sure it was just a rough day in the kitchen...

We enjoy this location when we're in the Carson area. Kassandra, was patient, listened, and has a great handle on this bc she was able to pull the words right out my mouth! Attentive, bc if I forgot to say no cheese she already knew to apply it across my appetizer, and my meal. Music and sports on the TV. We like the place. Appears to get crowded on the weekends. Pics are from the first visit, not Kassandra's

Terrible customer service

You'll need to find street parking, but there's plenty in the nearby neighborhoods. The restaurant itself is really small too, with just a bench outside to wait on. We came on a Sunday at brunch time and it was pretty busy, but we only waited about 15 minutes before being seated. The inside is small as well. Our server was really nice. We couldn't decide what to get because everything on the menu sounded so good, so we asked for suggestions. We ended up splitting the loaded hash browns, crab cake Benedict, shrimp and grits, and cinnamon roll pancakes. It was definitely a lot of food for the three of us, but so worth it. Everything tasted amazing! Definitely would recommend this place for brunch.

We usually order for pick up & they pack it really thoughtfully with stickers noting which is which protein. We've tried the fried zucchini, tom yum fries, potato rings, & tacos: chicken, fish, & shrimp. Tacos are big enough to get 2 instead of 3 unless you're super hungry. My favorite was the shrimp as it had the most flavor & crunchy texture (esp if eaten later, the fish gets too soggy). I don't usually lean towards seafood tacos bc it's too creamy/oily but this place is different bc of the Thai fusion green salsa. It is on the saltier side so a little goes a long way. Also, whoever picks their limes, a lil forehead kiss for you. Their limes are JUICYYYY EVERY TIME. Sides were also yum & different from what's typically offered. The tom yum fries are salty & wasn't initially what I expected flavor wise, but still I end up ordering it every time. Potato rings are just fun sized tater tots. Fried zucchini was standard. We will be back!!

Great for parties!…read more Big shout out and thank you to Willy, Jake and the rest of the staff at Stonefire. We had a big family party here this past weekend, and it was a huge success. We ordered roughly 7 of their Stimulus Package meals, and that fed about 25 of us. Willy helped us place the order a head of time, so when we arrived, everything was just a ready to go, yet still hot/fresh out of the kitchen. Jake and crew were attentive and ready to help out whenever/wherever necessary. Every team member that brought out food and/or helped us remove empty plates was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again Stonefire, we will be back again soon!

I ate here for the first time today. It was okay, but not great. The ambiance in the restaurant is…read morepretty nice. The staff was friendly. The prices are definitely fair for a restaurant in Southern CA. The main reason I deducted two stars is some of the food quality was severely lacking. First, the garlic mashed potatoes were definitely super old and likely reheated many times. While they tasted okay, there was a thick dark brown hard crust on a big portion of them. Kind of like they have been cooked/reheated in a giant pan, the bottom layer had burnt, and they still scooped that out and served it to customers. It's pretty crazy because they could've just not put that in the bowl and I would've been fine. Also, I'm not sure about the green onions they put on them, that seems kinda odd. The pulled pork sandwich is what caused me to deduct another star. The bun was just like they pulled the bun out of a bag from the store and served it as is. It wasn't buttered or toasted or anything. It was just a very plain bun. There is not a lot of meat on the sandwich either. So when you bite into it, 80% of what's in your mouth is unseasoned plain bun. If they would've at least done something to the bun, the sandwich would've been a lot better. I think 3/5 stars is the perfect score for this place. I will likely try it again, but if the food quality is not better next time, it will be my last.

I've also read that they have additional parking in the back. I love that you're on an actual runway, but unfortunately we didn't get to see anybody landing. The interior is pretty tight, especially when fully packed, so I'd recommend requesting to sit on the patio. All of the staff were very friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Our food took longer than expected to come out, but our server was happy to keep checking on the delays for us. My friend and I shared the following: Mac n Cheese Balls (Happy Hour): Since they were so small, I was worried they would be greasy after being fried, but surprisingly they were relatively light. The mac-n-cheese flavor came through well, and the parmesan was a nice element.. Korean Frachos (Happy Hour): We were most excited about this dish, but were slightly disappointed. I like the concept, but the ratio of toppings/sauce to potatoes was off. The potatoes were cooked well, but underseasoned. With some tweaking, this could be great. For now though, I'd recommend regular nachos over this. Fish & Chips (Entree): Again, cooked well, but underseasoned. To be fair though, fish and chips is a pretty mellow dish. I didn't particularly enjoy the fingerling potatoes. The varying textures/doneness of the smushed and whole potatoes together was off putting. I would rather stick to one or the other. Additionally, the blandness after biting into the whole potato overwhelmed the sauce they're in, so we ended up cutting them each in half and mixing it around to balance it out. Carrot cake: The cake itself was delicious! Perfectly spiced and moist. The maple flavor of the whipped cream was a nice pairing, but it was also slightly watery. The frosting was very, very sweet, so we ate around it for the most part. The candied pecans added a nice textural element without distracting from the cake itself. My friend also tried the Al Pastor Fish Taco. She liked how full it was, but noted that it was also slightly underseasoned. I probably wouldn't come back, but I also didn't have a bad dining experience either. TikTok: @qtrinthejukebox Instagram: @qtrinthejukebox

The interior is neat and clean. There are various types of seating (bar; table; booth; high-tops; communal), and plenty of screens to watch sports. On this occasion, I ordered the Tavern Fish & Chips ($22). It is described as "Alaskan cod coated in a tempura beer batter and served with French fries, tartar sauce and yuzu herb coleslaw". The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. Staffing might be an issue during the lunchtime service. Service was okay, but they seemed to be understaffed. It's possible that most of their business is done after 5pm.
