Stopped by Chili's in Carson and I have to say -- it was exactly what I needed to close out Black History Month on a high note. The atmosphere was relaxed, the food hit the spot, and the bartender was great. Super attentive, personable, and made sure everything was right without hovering. Sometimes you just need good service, good energy, and a place where you can unwind -- and that's exactly what this was. I'll definitely be back.

I enjoyed my time sitting in the bar area . Had yummy drinks and this cheese stick appetizer. I highly suggest asking for the Nashville sauce in the side bomb !!!! It truly made me cheese sticks so delicious. Tammy was a great bartender . I would come back and eat or drink in this bar area at chillis Carson .

We came here for a brief meeting and were able to get seated right away next to the bar. There was a guy at the bar who every time I turned my head to the left I just kept seeing his butt crack. I was so annoyed we asked to be moved -- cause that's not the work of THE LORD for my life to be having a discussion, trying to eat then having to see some guys crack... NOPE! We were moved to a muuuuch better spot. We ordered salad, soups, burgers and fries. We even stayed after we were finished with our meal and it didn't feel rushed like we had to leave immediately since we were still having our meeting. Overall, good experience and I'd return again!

I have been to this location many times. I came on Thanksgiving Eve and the restaurant was filled to capacity. Yes, it's popular. We were seated immediately. They have a special where you can get an appetizer, an entree and a drink. I got the house side salad, smash burger and fries, and strawberry lemonade. My cousin got a soup, chicken fingers and a strawberry lemonade. The drinks came right after we ordered and the appetizers followed. The service is pretty fast. The bathrooms were dirty when was there but the rest of the restaurant was clean. The noise level is average but know this place gets busy. It's located in the Carson Pavilion Shopping Center so take that in mind. My check was $38 including tip. That's reasonable. Food was decent. Service was adequate.

I love drinking here this is so delicious!!

Every time when we came here the service is amazing. We enjoyed eating and drinking at chiles Carson.

Went for the drinks. What I ordered (drink wise) looked nothing like what I received AT ALL, BUT it was delicious so I'm not complaining ahaha. Also got boneless buffalo wings and chips and salsa, didn't get a picture of that but it was decent. One server gave us crumbs instead of whole chips, but our waiter noticed & brought us fresh whole chips. Definitely would comeback for the drink we substituted vodka for the tequila though. Service was slow, they were really busy for a Monday.

Ok so I've been here multiple times but i usually sit at the bar for faster service since it's always me and my wife but Today I brought my kids & nephew and let me tell you it was by far the worst experience ever. This service was inexcusable they sat us down and that was it I had to keep calling on someone to help us out and it's crazy because they had lots of worker walking around it was just our waiter he couldn't help out at all it took us 2 hours basically to get out food and eat and don't get me wrong the food was really like always it's just the crappy service that I hate .

My first time at Chili's in decades, and had a great (sentimental) experience. Our waitress (Bri or Brie or Bree) was so nice and made the experience comfortable, and attentive. Will come back!

The service was great off the bat me and my friend and service dog were greeted, sat, attended too with kindness from I believe our servers name was Russel if I got it wrong my apologies, hey gave great recommendations since it was our very first time at Chilis. I had the Santa Fe Burger with a side of their Mac & Cheese and the burger was perfect fries were good the Mac & cheese was good not great a bit watery. The restaurant was really nice and clean the booth was comfortable and very clean they had a few basketball games going on the hospitality was great, I'd definitely come here again to try their famous baby back ribs for sure! Food 8.9/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10

We went in for a quick meal with my father in law. He wanted the baby back ribs. We ordered drinks (alcohol) they were amazing!!!! We shared a full rack of ribs and had french fries and mashed potatoes. The ribs were falling off the bones, just the way I like them, the sauce was delicately sweet. My husband had a Long Island ice tea, I had a blueberry margarita. The margarita was one of best I've had. Our servers name was Deontrea.... Probably not how he spells it. But, he was extremely attentive. Our food was served within 15 minutes. The restaurant was noisey and mostly packed. But we were seated right away. I'm not a fan of Chili's but I will return, if only for that drink.

Dear Chili's Customer Service Team, I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had today at one of your locations. I placed my order at 9:20 PM and arrived to pick it up shortly after. By 9:48 PM, we were still waiting at the pickup area with no assistance from any staff members. There was no one attending the pickup counter, and we had to wait an extended period without acknowledgment. After waiting for quite some time, I had to call out for assistance. When I approached a staff member and politely asked if someone could help us, she responded, "We're closed, it's 9:48 PM," in a very rude tone. We were only there at that time because we had already been waiting so long without assistance. There was a paper bag sitting on the pickup rack, and she asked, "Is this yours?" I responded, "How am I supposed to know?" since she had not asked for my name or order number to confirm the order. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that closing time can be stressful, but customers who place orders before closing should still be treated with courtesy and respect. I truly enjoy your food, but experiences like this make me reconsider returning. I hope you will address this matter and ensure better customer service in the future. Sincerely, Disappointed customer!

Brought my mom in for lunch while visiting her in CA. Our server was very nice and attentive (Shakira), but the food was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the appetizer "You Pick Three" (Southwestern Egg-rolls, Chicken Tenders, and Sliders) and it was served super greasy! The egg rolls were somewhat smashed/flattened out and the chicken tenders were bathed in the sauce, which was the cause of the greasy mess on the bottom of my plate! I was not too pleased! My mom ordered the smash burger and it too was very greasy. She said her fries were good and they must've been, because she ate them all! This Chili's just wasn't the same as others, but hey, not all have the same cook! I'm sure it was just a rough day in the kitchen...

We enjoy this location when we're in the Carson area. Kassandra, was patient, listened, and has a great handle on this bc she was able to pull the words right out my mouth! Attentive, bc if I forgot to say no cheese she already knew to apply it across my appetizer, and my meal. Music and sports on the TV. We like the place. Appears to get crowded on the weekends. Pics are from the first visit, not Kassandra's

The indoor and outdoor seating areas are very spacious, which is a plus for me. Even though it was moderately busy the night we went, the outdoor area still felt spacious enough to offer an intimate vibe while we enjoyed our drinks. The service was nice; the staff were attentive and friendly. You pay at the counter for your drinks and take them back to your seat, just like at a standard bar. I'm not sure if I should be relieved that I didn't order any food that day after reading some reviews. I've seen some people complain about sanitary measures and the temperature/quality of the food here. Hmm... next time I stop by, I'll probably just grab drinks and then head over to In-N-Out lol. On another note, the drinks were good! I forgot which IPA I had, but it was nice. My boyfriend went for his usual michelada, which he enjoyed. Overall, SoCal Vibes is a laid-back, industrial-style brewery that offers a spacious, dog-friendly outdoor seating area. For that reason alone, I'll probably be back soon. I'd recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for a chill place to grab drinks. Cheers!

False Advertising and Total Failure of a "Speakeasy"…read more This place should not call itself a speakeasy. According to their website, they are strict about dress code, reservations, and no large parties. None of that was enforced. People arrived wearing sports clothes, tennis shoes, and flip-flops, and a group of more than 10 people was allowed in. That group was loud, drunk, and screaming, completely destroying any speakeasy ambiance. We had a reservation booked one week in advance for 2 tables of six, yet by 8:30 pm, we were told no food was available, despite the bar being almost empty. The water was already on the table when we arrived and tasted strongly of chlorine, with no ice. The waitress was clearly new, untrained, and unprepared. She did not know the menu, didn't know how to take an order properly, and provided no guidance whatsoever. There was one bartender Ricardo, who took over an hour to prepare cocktails and showed no sense of urgency or care. The dramatic cocktail descriptions sounded impressive, but the drinks did not match the descriptions at all. Because of the delays, we were never even able to properly toast or celebrate our friend. The charcuterie board took forever and arrived with an absurd amount of cheese and only six pieces of bread. To make things worse, part of the food we ordered never arrived at all. The live jazz band advertised and promised never showed up. When asked, the staff responded with: "I don't know, they were supposed to be here. I don't have their phone number." That level of disorganization is unacceptable. At the end of the night, we were shocked to receive a check close to $600 for two tables, despite each person only having one cocktail and shared food. The bartender, Ricardo, approached us and said: "Well, sorry, we really tried tonight! It wasn't the best, but we tried." Honestly, that comment made the experience even more frustrating. I can't imagine how bad it would have been if they hadn't "tried."That statement perfectly summarizes the problem -- trying is not enough when everything fails. I would not recommend this place for a speakeasy experience. This is not a speakeasy. It's a poorly run bar hiding behind a concept it does not deliver. Do not recommend.

What…read morewas supposed to be a classy night celebrating a 50th birthday turned into a complete nightmare. This is not a speakeasy, it's a tiny, rundown bar pretending to be something it's not. The staff was inexperienced, dismissive, and unprofessional. Drinks were outrageously overpriced and took forever to arrive. The food was a joke, a $60 charcuterie board made up of cheap grocery store cheese, ham, and crackers that didn't come close to justifying the price. We were served warm water that tasted like chlorine, and the response from staff was literally "I don't know, I just work here." At one point both waitresses vanished, leaving the bartender overwhelmed and everything grinding to a halt. The live jazz band they advertise never showed up, and staff had no explanation or contact info. The so-called dress code was completely ignored, with groups in jeans and sneakers flooding in, turning the place loud, chaotic, and classless. This place delivers nothing it promises. It's not a speakeasy, it's a poorly run bar that shouldn't be in business. Strongly do not recommend, and honestly, I want my money back.

Angel walked away. A few other people pull up after we arrived and out of nowhere, another server by the name of Abram comes by and looks at the waiting list. Abram walks over to one of the couples that arrived after us and asks what name they had listed on the waiting list and then walks them over to sit them. A few moments later, Angel returns and tells Abram that we'd arrived first but Abram shrugged and then they started whispering amongst themselves. We continued to wait for about ten minutes while Abram just stands around being completely useless. Abram never said a single word to us. Not an apology for the delay. Not a single acknowledgement. Abram kept looking up at the ceiling, perhaps praying to a deity that we disappear and leave. We opted to make Abram's prayer come true by leaving.
