Came for the 3 for me and was shockingly not disappointed. I got the autumn breeze margarita (paid the extra $6), the chicken enchilada soup, and the chicken bacon quesadilla for about $22. The margarita was not strong but that's ok, I was not expecting it to be. The soup was actually good and the bowl was enough considering the quesadilla had about 8 pieces. By the way you can ask for no ranch for the quesadilla. I did not realize it was going to be fried, but it was did the deed and I was plenty full. I didn't even finish the meal! Worst service ever. These staff members should find a new job if they're miserable at their current job. I ordered @2pm for a 7pm pick-up, when I arrived for my order, they realized that they failed to verify handing out my order (which was paid for) to a random person. After showing up and being understanding that accidents happen, the entitled little princess that calls herself an employee still decides to give us an attitude when I made her aware of the missing sauces to my order. Based on my experience, Adam and Mateiz behaved in a way that felt racially motivated and chose to take their frustration out on our server, which was completely unacceptable. Well, this is my first time trying Chili's and I gotta say the service was very bad my wife and I ordered drinks. She got hers within the first 30 seconds. I didn't get mine until after I was finished eating the appetizer the meal and mind you we asked the waiter twice. When is the beer gonna come but the beer never came and the way the waiter comes back to us after we finish eating our food. Do you guys want dessert? My boyfriend and I visited this location on Saturday 10/18/25 at around 9 pm. I am appalled at how rude our server, Matias, was. He was not warm or welcoming from the start. On the contrary, he was very off-putting and short with us;not the kind of service anyone deserves. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but his attitude got progressively worse. He got upset when my boyfriend politely told him that his order was incorrect. Matias snatched his plate away, and when he came back he rudely tossed the new dish at my boyfriend and walked away. My boyfriend's burger was covered in an exaggerated amount of mustard, that he ended up not being able to finish it. I was in disbelief at now incredibly disrespectful Matias was being. Matias did not seem remorseful, and continued ignoring us throughout the remainder of our visit. The service and quality of food was highly disappointing. Chill and eat. Chili's is a good chain restaurant. It feels like the Chili's restaurant location is always there when you need it haha. We tried Chili's in different states and were never disappointed. This location was no different. We arrived just before the lunch hour rush and managed to get a table for four right away. Half an hour later the places was filling up fast. The service was professional and quick. The food was delivered fairly fast and was tasty. I would recommend fajitas plate combinations and Mex bowl. The fajita meats were tender and well cooked. The bowl with rice, chicken, avocado and greens was equally good and filling. The bowl comes with house made ranch but I replaced it with salsa. The salsa gave the dish nice spicy kick. I would come back to this Chili's restaurant next time we are in the area. read more

The servers were ghetto, not professional at all. Cussing and getting MULTIPLE orders wrong, one of the servers OPENED up our burgers to see whos was whos, no gloves or anything.. My burger was raw & customer service was terrible. The place was so crowded, servers cant even keep everything organized, it was a mess and the wait time just to even get our food, which was messed up mind you was around 45 minutes. We ordered the fried mozarella sticks that were rectangle and cheesy as an appetizer. I recommend the guac bacon crispy sandwhich and the barbecue chicken sandwhich. Both amazing. The salad was alright, didn't seem worth $10, although it was separated out on the togo tray to keep things crunchy; probably skip that next time. I haven't been to any Chili's in years and I do mean years, maybe 10 plus. Today while at IKEA we got hungry and decided on Chili's. We sat down right away, and ordered our drinks and appetizer within 10 minutes or less. We ordered the fried motz and the cheese pull was insane. Our waitress checked in on us frequently and when we were ready to order we placed our orders my wife ordered the Cajun pasta and I ordered ancho salmon. While my wife's pasta was abundant and very creamy it was still good. My ancho salmon plate was also good. I do have to note that the broccoli was really good. I'm not sure how it was cooked but it was gone so quick. Rice was a bit dry but edible and the salmon while tender the underside was burned. Please note the pictures attached. I still ate it tho because the meat itself was tender and flavorful. But I did knock a star off for that. At the time we arrived it was rather quiet but by the time we finished our meal it was loud with families arriving with small children. Got really busy around 2pm or so. Also wanted to mention if you use that little machine located on your table to pay your bill create an account so you can get a free beverage like I did. Also keep in mind if you peruse the game menu like I also did they will charge you $2.99 like I was charged and didn't know until I paid the bill. I was taken back to see that fee because I never played any game, I just saw a screen that said to play a game it will cost 3 bucks so I exited the menu and still got charged. So be mindful of that. But other than that our server Mirian was a delight and attentive but that salmon was over cooked and pasta over dressed. But I wouldn't mind coming back and trying something else. read more

Today, April 7, 2026, we celebrated my friend's 60th birthday luncheon here, and I have to give a special shoutout to our incredible server, Kira. Kira was attentive and really knew the menu when we had questions about specific items. She has such a pleasant personality, and even though we had several requests, she didn't miss a single thing - everything was spot on. She truly exceeded our expectations. What impressed me even more was that she seemed to be the only server handling multiple tables during lunch, yet she still made us feel like we were her top priority. That level of attention is rare. The best part? When we first sat down, I casually mentioned we were celebrating my friend's birthday. Later, Kira and the team surprised her with a birthday shoutout - Chili's style! If i could i would put 0 stars, I went with my friends after church and the service was horrible. They split us up in 2 tables and they didnt take one tables order until the other table had their food. Our food was cold, we asked for ranch they never gave our ranch. My friends burger was RAW to the max we asked for another burger they tried to charge us and the server told us that he couldn't split the check between 3 people. I tried two of their margaritas and barely felt anything, which is saying something since I am a huge lightweight. I got the ribs, mac and cheese with fries. The eggrolls and the fried mozzarella in Nashville hot and honey chipotle. I do have to say that everything is hella salty, but that makes sense for Chili's. I enjoyed the honey chipotle fried mozzarella. Everything else was decent, though. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. She was attentive and quick. My niece and I had a terrific lunch on Tuesday, 18 February. Our server was fabulous. I think her name was Shakira. I just loved her Energy and we ordered the Smashburger their lunch special with a salad and it was so good. The service again was really great and the prices were Pretty right on. Everything so expensive these days but what are you gonna do. I should've asked for a senior discount. I have to remember to do that. I just am thinking oh I can't wait to go back there. We were in Carson for the day and decided to drop by chili's since we weren't too familiar with the area but had been to this chili's several years ago when my daughter was at CSDominguez Hills. Anyway we were starving so we walked in, gave our name and decided to sit inside for the 45 minute wait. I sit down and my husband is standing in front of me, he is looking into the dining area and notices that half the dining room is empty but all the table were disgustingly dirty. Chili's used to be better. The food is still tasty but in the span of two months their soup portion for the 3 for Me meal went from normal to cup size. The service is relatively fast and people are always attentive. Atmosphere is good on weekdays but very loud on weekends as expected. At least they still have some affordable options. read more

However, this place is NOT clean. Nasty used mask under our table, tables dirty, floors dirty, chairs sticky, just absolute mess. The service was sub par, and they seem to not happy about working there. We ordered nachos and were informed they didn't have the stuff to make nachos, then we ordered cheese fries, which felt like nachos, still not sure what that was about. We tried to order a Cajun chicken pasta to go but was notified they were out of pasta. Someone dropped a glass in the kitchen then we heard a man's voice yelling about it.
