My boyfriend and I visited this location on Saturday 10/18/25 at around 9 pm. I am appalled at how rude our server, Matias, was. He was not warm or welcoming from the start. On the contrary, he was very off-putting and short with us;not the kind of service anyone deserves. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but his attitude got progressively worse. He got upset when my boyfriend politely told him that his order was incorrect. Matias snatched his plate away, and when he came back he rudely tossed the new dish at my boyfriend and walked away. My boyfriend's burger was covered in an exaggerated amount of mustard, that he ended up not being able to finish it. I was in disbelief at now incredibly disrespectful Matias was being. Matias did not seem remorseful, and continued ignoring us throughout the remainder of our visit. The service and quality of food was highly disappointing. I came to this Chili's while my car was getting serviced across the street at America's tires. I figured my son and I could have a Mommy and me date while they fixed my car. We showed up, the hostess sat us down Almost immediately. I loved it. We were at our table waiting for our waitress to take our Drink order. We saw our waitress walked back-and-forth a couple of times without any contact with us. 10 minutes passed by And our drink orders have not been taken yet. Five more minutes passed by and nothing yet. At the 20 minute mark, our waitress comes to our table and says "will be right with you". I thought she would take our order for our appetizers or our drinks, heck even our dinner. But no walk back-and-forth a couple of more times. Chill and eat. Chili's is a good chain restaurant. It feels like the Chili's restaurant location is always there when you need it haha. We tried Chili's in different states and were never disappointed. This location was no different. We arrived just before the lunch hour rush and managed to get a table for four right away. Half an hour later the places was filling up fast. The service was professional and quick. The food was delivered fairly fast and was tasty. I would recommend fajitas plate combinations and Mex bowl. The fajita meats were tender and well cooked. The bowl with rice, chicken, avocado and greens was equally good and filling. The bowl comes with house made ranch but I replaced it with salsa. The salsa gave the dish nice spicy kick. I would come back to this Chili's restaurant next time we are in the area. read more

Restaurant needs much improvement on cleaning and sanitation. Ordered a bowl of soup and the spoon was filthy. Disgusting. Spoke to manager, had him take a look at the spoon. He agreed it was big time unacceptable. He offered me another spoon. At this point I had no appetite to eat anything. He left me to think his apology was enough to compensate. First time going to Chillis. The ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant was pretty good. However, the wait time to get my food on a Friday afternoon was about 40 minutes. I ordered the triple dipper, and it way okay. The chicken tenders were pretty good. But the sliders were pretty basic, and the mozzarella sticks were very greasy and oily. My niece and I had a terrific lunch on Tuesday, 18 February. Our server was fabulous. I think her name was Shakira. I just loved her Energy and we ordered the Smashburger their lunch special with a salad and it was so good. The service again was really great and the prices were Pretty right on. Everything so expensive these days but what are you gonna do. I should've asked for a senior discount. I have to remember to do that. I just am thinking oh I can't wait to go back there. Chili's is not a place you can expect to go for the highest quality food but for the low prices and vibes. I tried two of their margaritas and barely felt anything, which is saying something since I am a huge lightweight. I got the ribs, mac and cheese with fries. The eggrolls and the fried mozzarella in Nashville hot and honey chipotle. I do have to say that everything is hella salty, but that makes sense for Chili's. I enjoyed the honey chipotle fried mozzarella. Everything else was decent, though. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. She was attentive and quick. After a 50 min wait we were walked to a table in a corner with no accessibility for a wheelchair, host clearly seeing the wheelchair did not fit. It was ok... I enjoyed the variety of things you get for the price, however the chipotle chicken crispers and southwestern rolls stood out. Chips are dangerously thin and can stick you easily if not careful lol. The salsa was kinda watery. Service was good but food was just ok. I did enjoy the reheat-ability the food had. We came from out of town to watch a soccer game so we stopped here to eat before and the server was so rude. We're a party of 13 so of course we need a big table but the restaurant was full that's fine we asked to be split into 3 booths and the server comes yelling that it's against policy to sit more than 4 but being really loud for no reason even the hostess was taken back by her attitude she goes I'm not sure what the problem is but we'll see how we can figure it out. The server then tells us to move to another table but she will not serve us as it's no her area. She made us all uncomfortable. Glorious Sunday morning, only to end up waiting to be served after two families that were seated after us. 15 minutes after both families were served, I had to talk to the manager to change servers. Came here needing to uses a gift card. It was a pretty average experience. The service was just OKAY, at best. Our fajitas came out sizzling, unfortunately it took them 5 minutes to get plates and silverware. Which I asked for when they dropped the food off. Love this chilis, I live down the street and it's my favorite one(no bias lol) , they're really fast and really friendly! Food is always good. They're pretty fast, I'm actually surprised they have a 2 Star. The longest they've ever taken in the dozens of times I've been here was during a World Series or something like that... but OBVI, I couldn't even be mad about that. Francis is great, she's very attentive and sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very observant with all her guest! Always happy to have her as a server! read more

I haven't been to any Chili's in years and I do mean years, maybe 10 plus. Today while at IKEA we got hungry and decided on Chili's. We sat down right away, and ordered our drinks and appetizer within 10 minutes or less. We ordered the fried motz and the cheese pull was insane. Our waitress checked in on us frequently and when we were ready to order we placed our orders my wife ordered the Cajun pasta and I ordered ancho salmon. While my wife's pasta was abundant and very creamy it was still good. My ancho salmon plate was also good. I do have to note that the broccoli was really good. I'm not sure how it was cooked but it was gone so quick. Rice was a bit dry but edible and the salmon while tender the underside was burned. Please note the pictures attached. I still ate it tho because the meat itself was tender and flavorful. But I did knock a star off for that. At the time we arrived it was rather quiet but by the time we finished our meal it was loud with families arriving with small children. Got really busy around 2pm or so. Also wanted to mention if you use that little machine located on your table to pay your bill create an account so you can get a free beverage like I did. Also keep in mind if you peruse the game menu like I also did they will charge you $2.99 like I was charged and didn't know until I paid the bill. I was taken back to see that fee because I never played any game, I just saw a screen that said to play a game it will cost 3 bucks so I exited the menu and still got charged. So be mindful of that. But other than that our server Mirian was a delight and attentive but that salmon was over cooked and pasta over dressed. But I wouldn't mind coming back and trying something else. read more
