If you're looking for rude and unprofessional staff, this is the place to go. The service here was beyond unacceptable especially from a girl named TINA with tattoos wing on her back, who was openly disrespectful toward customers. We were having a minor issue while trying to use our card, and instead of offering help, she snapped and said, "That's your problem." Excuse me? That's not how you speak to paying customers. The attitude, the tone, and the lack of basic courtesy were astonishing. It's clear that respect and professionalism don't exist in this place. The environment felt trashy, and the staff treated guests with zero regard. This was my first and definitely my last visit. It's sad that women working here are treated more like decoration than employees, it's degrading and uncomfortable to witness. Was searching for a local sports bar to watch the Thursday night NFL game and have a couple of beers. Walking in, there were a few people playing pool with a waitress and loud music playing. They all seemed to look me up and down as if only "regulars" go in there and I wasn't one. I sat at the bar with two other people that seem to have the same idea as I did. The bartender/waitress came over and seemed to be very pleasant. I ordered a beer and the bartender left to go back and socialize with the "regulars." I gotta give it to her, she came back for a second round according to my drinking tempo. Once the game started, the music continued... the three of us who were there to watch the game got stuck staring at the game with loud music playing in the background. I know I could have requested for the game volume to go up but didn't want to waste my time... it's classified as a sports bar and it was the only game on... I don't know that I should make that request... just went to the next bar. Three stars because the bartender was pleasant and seemed like a nice dive bar... just wasn't a sports bar. read more

The bartenders are on their cell phones 98% of the time. They use this place as a meet up place for there personal social gain. I can't believe they get paid to be here. This is not what I expected at all. I thought I'd stop by to watch the UFC fight but they no longer feature them. After a half hour or so I was quite shocked to see the bartender double as a stripper. Three guys that seemed like regulars waited anxiously at their turn to throw singles at her & stick their faces in her exposed behind (wearing thong body suit) and between her breasts. Other than the "show" for the men, the atmosphere was bleak and boring. I wouldn't recommend unless you're interested in throwing money away after the men ahead of you. Gross! read more

I looked up sports bars in my area to watch the niners game. The break room had pretty good reviews so I decided to try it. I wasn't let down! It's a cool little bar. Esther was the one who was working when I went. She's such a sweet heart and let me tell her all about my life! She kept me entertained and was actively seeing how my team and I were doing! It was pretty slow but by the time I was leaving it started to get pretty crackin. Ill definitely try to catch more games here. The micheladas were good too! read more

That being said, what really changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars is one of the employees, Allie. I came in after a long day at the office-I was in sort of a "meh" mood.
