Stopped here for lunch. Wasn't super busy but there was a decent amount of people there. The food was really good. The service wasn't. The hostess was extremely slow to seat you. The waiters were very inattentive and kept looking at other people while we were ordering instead of paying attention to our order. Normally when I go to Chili's the food and service are outstanding, but not today. My husband and I went for a late lunch/early dinner and I ordered the cheese burger, and he had the green chili enchiladas. The food took forever to come to our table and when it did arrive it was just ok my bun was greasy and his sauce tasted like vinegar it just was not up to our standard. Talk about going downhill, this Chili's hit rock bottom. No peppers in the fajitas. Who serves fajitas with just chicken and onions. The rice was hard. My wife's steak was salty and dry. I was just there and I honestly don't think it's fair that they put moms in the corner that have more then one kid. We had 4 people plus an infant and they told us we had to sit in the corner and couldn't get a booth. There were 3 adults and 1 toddler plus my 4 month old baby. The hostess wasn't very nice about the situation and was rude when I was asking for the reason why and she never gave me a reason. The sauce was a bit bland, the pretzels were well spiced, but could use more garlic salt. Ordered the jack Dan chicken with slaw and sweet potato fries. The chicken was moist and tasty, the slaw delicious, but the fries could have been a bit crispier. The wife had a jack Dan burger with fries, same issue with the fries. I came into this location for a birthday party. I have been to a few Chili's in the past but this one is the best! I ordered the two for twenty and it was awesome. The fried cheese was great but the burger that came with it was even better! The service was good too. Super friendly and fast. The food was pretty much tasteless. Boyfriend and I both got different kinds of their "smothered burritos" and they were pretty pricey for how bland they were. The burritos are nothing but rice and some meat. We also ordered the two for one margaritas and they had barely any alcohol in them, if any at all. It's like you pay for one drink and they just split it into two. Our waiter was very nice and served us quickly. The appetizers were so good!! Definitely try the new queso items. The reason for the two stars was because I felt like I got ripped off. Burritos at taco bell have more flavor and are almost as good for 1/5 of the price. I don't really recommend this location. Not so great. The food is often cold or made incorrectly. Every time I have ordered carryout it has been wrong. When dining in, they often tell me theres 2 servers but then I end up waiting for forever and can never get anyones attention if i need something. Last time I was there, the waitress kept coming out of the back chewing food and even cleared the table still eating food. Sorry but thats a bit gross, especially since she offered dessert with her mouth full. If you didnt have time to finish chewing before leaving the back, you probably didnt wash your hands either. read more

Waitress in the bar area refused us service, was too busy trying to get the attention of the table of men next to us to do her job. Went and hid in the kitchen (during a slow period of time with little foot traffic) and needed to be brought back from the kitchen by the hostess to do her job. Literally threw our silverware onto the table and continued to talk to the men next to us. Rude, slow staff lately. We're regulars and the location has continued to go downhill. Management will refuse to address the situation as well and we're unprofessional when addressed. read more

I frequent Chili's and am not ashamed to admit I have been to at least 20 different locations across the country. I usually frequent the Arapahoe location, but this location was in the same shopping center that I had visited earlier. I walked through the doors with my 3 girls and ran into a confused jumble of people standing at the hostess station. People waiting to be seated, people waiting for other people, people waiting just to be acknowledged... Ugh. Due to the lack of space I had my girls sit in the waiting area in the corner out of the way. I was standing behind an older woman that was waiting for someone else. I am not sure if she was waiting for someone to sit and dine with her or to help her out of the restaurant. In either case, I was ready to be seated and the hostess just stood there staring at the lady?? So I ask if I could seated, and she immediately assumed I was only one person. I corrected her by motioning to my girls and she rolled her eyes. Thanks lady. We are seated in a booth next to a large party containing 2 adults 4 children and a very upset infant. Peaceful, right? Keep in mind that my kids are teen and preteens, so they sat silently on their cellphones. We were brought the GREASIEST chips you ever could imagine. I had to ask for another basket because those were just gross. Other than that, the food was fine. Our waitress was a little awkward, but she did the best she could I guess. I asked for a bag of chips and salsa to go (my guilty late night snack) and she brought me a less than half full bag of chips and a small salsa. Awesomely not awesome. Oh well. I am not sure if I caught them on a bad day, or if this is the kind of service you can expect from this location. At any rate, I will continue to frequent the Arapahoe location. read more

DONT GO TO THIS CHILIS!!!! Service was awful from beginning to end. Literally stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting for a host... no host came so i decided to go up to the bartender and ran into the manager on my way there and told him our party and a few others had been waiting for a while to be seated. He didn't care but did seat us. Our waitress never came... some other girl took over her table. The fried pickles were delicious. I ordered soup and a burger as well and noticed my soup spoon was dirty so i asked for a clean one. The waitress said "we ran out of spoons, here's a plastic one". How on earth do you run out of silverware you make people eat with plasticware? My friend ordered a thousand island salad.. minutes later she comes back "sorry we have no thousand island for our thousand island salad" he ended up getting ranch. When my burger finally came out almost an hour after being seated... I HAD A STALE BUN!!!!!! Disgusting!!!! We paid on the little machine and left the waitress a $0.00 tip.
