The chicken and waffle is amazing! One weird thing is that they serve the chicken and waffles with homefries that are not needed. Next time I will request for them not to be added. Our server, I can't remember her name but she has been working here for over 25 years! She had a unique name and she was amazing!

All were great, but I think we all enjoyed the one we'd picked the most (s'mores for me). Whipped cream had a very thick texture to it and I really enjoyed it. I think my only knock was we showed up around 9:30 and it was not very busy and it took awhile to get served. Not painfully long, but longer than expected. By the time we left, there were a lot more tables sat and a huge line at the ordering counter, so I can only assume that those people would have waited a very long time for their meals. Those tasted fresh off the supermarket processed variety. This time it was the avocado wrap. The tomato wrapping itself was stale, the croutons tasted like they'd been sitting out for days, and the blue cheese dressing had that cheap, discount-bin taste that's hard to ignore. It's like they don't realize that people leave comments nowdays. I took exactly two bites and left the whole thing sitting on the plate -- I just couldn't do it. Credit where it's due: the carrot cake was genuinely good, I only hope it's made in-house, otherwise it makes the whole ordeal worse. And maybe this is more of a breakfast spot than a lunch one -- diners often are. But that wrap was hideous, and I wouldn't order it again. Twenty bucks down the drain.

We both decided on the California eggs benny. What a cool idea to put the eggs on shredded home fries instead of those notoriously difficult to cut English muffins.
