I've become a quick fan of this spot since I discovered chicken salad chick and I even find myself craving their food. Especially for this location, the staff here are all very friendly and make it and even more enjoyable experience. I love getting the chick melt combo with provolone with either 1-2 sides. 2 sides if i'm feeling greedy and want a lot of chicken salad for the day, but it really is a lot of food! & you have to try the grape salad it has changed my life!

I've only ever been to this Chicken Salad Chick location but it's such a good one! The space is clean, the staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the food is yummy and consistent. I also like that the drink station has individually wrapped lemon slices. I've had the BBQ (sweet and savory), the original (classic and well done), the jalapeno holly (savory and a little spicy), and the pimento cheese (cheesy!). All scoops are good and the crackers you get are a sweet wheat thin crackers that pair perfectly with chicken salad. Sides I've tried are the grape salad which is so good and the broccoli salad which is sweet and refreshing. You also get a pickle and a free cookie which is delicious!

I'm obsessed with the chicken salad here! The classic and the basil are yummy! I've tried the grape salad, the pasta salad and broccoli salad. All are really good. The cookies that they give you with your meal are addictive. Very friendly staff. This location is also very clean. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking.

Fruity Fran chicken salad Side of mac & cheese

My group had lunch at Chicken Salad Chick last week, the service was quick, and the ambiance was nice and easy to conduct conversation. I had the Fruitty Fran tuna sandwich on toasted wheatberry bread and a side of Mac & cheese. The sandwich was good and had plenty of chicken salad on it, and I really like the bread; the Mac and cheese was just so, so. If I am back in the Falls Church area, I would stop in again.

We have been to Chicken Salad Chick a few time since they opened in August 2024. The are many varieties of chicken salad that include savory, spicy and classic styles. I had Dixie which is the only one that contains onions. The chicken salad is very good and the croissant was fresh. I had Mac n Cheese as a side and I didn't care for it. The pimento cheese is good and comes with crackers. This is a great spot that has relatively quick service with plenty of tables. If by chance you don't like chicken salad they do also offer a turkey sandwich. Each order comes with a small iced cookie to finish your meal off. We enjoy this place and it's a great spot to get quality chicken salad.

It was my first time here and I must say, I'm impressed with the customer service here! I love chicken salads so we stopped by to check it out. My partner loves spicy food so she had the Maui and I ordered the Classic Carol. We were able to sample a few before committing and the chick comes with a side. I heard good things about the broccoli salad so I enjoyed it. I'm not sure if each meal comes with a cookie but that was a nice touch! I would definitely come back here for a quick pick-me-up!

Disappointed that I ordered a BLT to basically be missing the "B" on one half of the sandwich lol

Relatively new spot and you can get chicken salads to go! Super clean and spacious spot and really quick and efficient staff. Granted, it is chicken salad so if you don't like chicken salad.. well.. you probably won't like this place. I like the fruity Fran chicken salad the most as it has some fruit inside and is like a fruit mayo salad with chicken. Got takeout to go and they have all the main salads on the side of the store near the front. Great way after driving from work and not wanting to cook anything. Saw lots of small families, and honestly I would say it's a solid spot for a quick (somewhat healthier) dinner with your kids.

Been waiting awhile to try this and it did not disappoint! To start I loved the inside vibe of the Chicken Salad Chick. Service was very friendly and fast. I got the Sassy Scotty meal and my wife got the Kickin Kay Lynne meal. Both sandwiches were fresh and had delicious flavor. Grape salad was definitely my favorite side. The pasta salad was decent and I was not a fan of the broccoli salad but that was my wife's favorite side! Wish it was closer!

Not a bad lunch spot! New to our area, I decided to try it when I wanted something different. Lots of options depending on if you want a more savory chicken salad or sweeter. Nice options! You can make it healthy without bread or make it a sandwich. I think they're a little lazy with the bread though, maybe toast it? It was good - not sure if I'll add to my rotation.

I really enjoyed trying this restaurant! The staff was super nice and they allowed you to sample the different chicken salad choices. There are so many flavors! I went with the lemon basil and my daughter went with the option with onions. Both were so delicious! They also have the option for pre packaged chicken salad you can take home. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Also the sweet tea was amazing! If you enjoy southern sweet tea (hard to find here), you would love this. I will def return!

I had such a great experience here! The team was so friendly and helped me understand the menu as a first-timer. It's definitely a casual vibe - you order at the counter and then find your seat. There were so many options and combos, I'll definitely be back.

When you immediately walk in it smells like moth balls for some reason. Other than that, everything was excellent! The employees were very nice and let you sample some of the chicken salads since there are a ton of flavors. For $12 you get either a scoop of chicken salad or a sandwich, plus a side (which can be another scoop). They had a good selection of sides like pasta salad, broccoli salad, and grape salad (which is pretty reminiscent of a Midwestern fruit salad). You also get a pickle and a cookie, so for the money this is a great value for a lunch! Will definitely come back and try some more of their flavors!

I must say Tupelo Honey Is such a beautifully crafted place that pulls you out of the everyday hustle and bustle and places you within the southern comfort and warmth that oozes through the ambiance with smiles when they great you. It's natural unforced southern hospitality from A-Z. Also of note If you're able to please ask for the (Chef's Table) and thank me later! Now to the food I started off with the famous fried green tomatoes as an appetizer then I ordered a fresh squeezed pineapple juice that was just delicious after that the amazing shrimp and grits that's so delightful and the creole sauce is blended to perfection. Here's a little food hack for ya, add pieces of your fried green tomatoes into your shrimp and grits I promise you won't regret it!! for dessert you absolutely have to try the strawberry butter pecan cheesecake!! The layout has a very nice homey and country vibe that seems pretty that seems very comforting. The service definitely matched the vibe because both times we had a very friendly and engaging server. I love a good chicken and waffles so I was eager to try them out. I got to try the regular classic, peach ,and sample the Mac and cheese waffle. They were decent and I enjoyed what I had but it didn't move me to chorus. The fried green tomatoes were delicious. The biscuits for a cause were incredible. Hands down my favorite. Warm, fluffy, and paired perfectly with the jam and butter. The roasted half bird dish was a item on the special menu. They had a special on mimosas and had a few different dishes that weren't on the regular menu. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well. The green beans were nice and savory. Though the Mac and cheese left a bit to be desired. They complemented the dish but the green beans were definitely the standout. All in all, I'm not disappointed that I went but I can't say that I would return on my own accord. It's a very popular restaurant but I found the food to be a bit mid unfortunately.

Delivery: well packaged for a long trip to DC and it remained fresh and hot. Food: Sweet potato tater tots El Lomo Saltado Both of these selections were AMAZING! But back to the biscuit...the top was flaky and the inside was soft! Soft and buttery. Egg: I asked for a well done fried egg (the main dish contains over easy) the egg was perfectly cooked and delicious. Steak: the steak pieces were generous and the seasoning on the meat...dangerous! There was a slice of provolone cheese melted on the egg and the sandwich also contained pieces of potatoes and tomatoes inside. The bread was soft which I liked. - Hot Crab & Artichoke Dip - nice crab and artichoke taste with plenty of grilled ciabetta bread. - Butternut Squash & Mascarpone Ravioli with sage brown butter - really nice if you like butternut squash, slightly sweet. It wasn't the best I have had but it was very good. - Meatloaf - it came with mashed potatoes and carrots and looked like a big, hearty portion Llie was our server. She was truly outstanding - the best we have had at Founding Fathers! She had a sweet smile, very positive, warm, helpful, and quick to respond to the myriad of requests for ice, lemons, salt and pepper, another appetizer. For my birthday, she brought a donut with whipped cream with Happy Birthday stenciled in confectioner sugar on a wooden cutting board. Very nice! Also, I appreciated the hostess today who needed to get more validation parking tickets. I was seated by someone else, and the hostess walked to the very back of the restaurant to find me and give me the two that I had requested. The parking garage has gotten more confusing since I was there last. There are two Founding Fathers parking spaces to the immediate left when you enter with the brown strip on the floor. Maybe there is more, but those are the two I noticed. The rest seem to be reserved with a yellow strip for other companies. I had to go up to the 2nd floor to find a space. You don't take a ticket when you enter. There was a QR code to scan and enter your license plate number by the 2nd floor elevator, but I kept pressing Continue even outside the garage and could not get the webpage to take my license or have an indication of it knew about my car. I was there about 2.5 hours, and the fee at the box when I exited was close to $15 but with the Founding Father's 2 hour validation, it was more like $5.

We were seated in a beautiful banquet table upstairs and could admire all of the original molding and the skylight. Keep in mind that ordering Still water will incur a charge of $7.50. Apparently I don't eat at nice enough places to realize this lol. You absolutely must order the bacon jam, deviled eggs. I could have just eaten this for my entire meal and been happy. Our server, Maria was very attentive, friendly and made some excellent recommendations. I ordered the dirty chicken my husband got a steak and our friend ordered the shrimp and grits. The dirty chicken was two legs and two thighs. The fry was wonderful, but the gochujang sauce was way too heavy for my taste. The flavor was very good and the blue cheese added some great contrast to the spice, but the sauce was incredibly overpowering, and I would not order this again. Our friend reported that his shrimp and grits was tasty but very spicy. We also ordered a mac & cheese for the table because at $10.50 for a side we thought we would just share it. It was an excellent mac & cheese, but the old bay flavoring was not noticeable. Since I don't love Love old Bay. This suited me just fine! After dinner, they brought us a complementary dessert: taster of bourbon, pecan pies, and hummingbird cake. Everyone enjoyed having a taste.

Surprisingly, it wasn't very busy for a Friday night near Navy Yard, which, in hindsight, may have been a sign. The service got off to a rough start. Valet parking was advertised, but no valet was present when we arrived. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Once seated, it took quite a while for our server to introduce himself, check on us, and even offer water. We opted for the $30 unlimited drinks, which sounded like a great deal. Unfortunately, the bartender struggled with an Old Fashioned multiple times. The first drink had the wrong liquor, incorrect ingredients, and even the wrong ice. After another attempt, our server explained that the bartender was new, so he ended up making and pouring the drink himself. The food was a mixed bag. The jerk steak bites were disappointing, several of the six pieces were mostly fat, making the appetizer feel like a waste. The Brussels sprouts, which are cooked with okra, were anything but crispy. Instead, they were extremely slimy. The lobster pasta had good flavor, but it was swimming in so much oil you could have fried a batch of chicken. On the positive side, the chicken and waffles were delicious and easily the best dish we ordered. The sea bass, however, was just mediocre. To end the evening, we experienced another long wait. It took about 15 minutes for the valet to return, and then another 10 minutes to bring the car. Overall, Hen Quarter has a beautiful location and a lot of potential, but the inconsistent service and hit-or-miss food made for a disappointing experience. I really wanted to love it, but based on this visit, I wasn't impressed. I hope they can work through these issues because the restaurant truly has the potential to be something special.

AB (I think was his name) was an AMAZING host (not the server). He sat me at my table and I immediately asked him for recommendations. He recommended the Dirty Chicken. After some back and forth discussion about the 4 pieces the normal DC order came with, he mentioned I could order a kids DC so I could have room for a starter. He was just really great working with me to help figure out what I should order. I did get charged for a full order that I didn't catch until after I got back to the hotel . AB and the manager brought out my food and Riesling and it wasn't until after I started eating that I saw my server, Misha. She was great as well. Very nice, accommodating and attentive. Service def 5/5. Even tipped AB separately because he went above and beyond as a host by helping me decide what to order. He had good knowledge about the menu! The Dirty Chicken was some of the best FC I've ever had! I normally don't order chicken at restaurants because it often comes out dry but not here! It was perfectly fried, extra crispy and gochuchang sauce with blue cheese and pickled onions was such a surprising and delicious pairing!!! ABSOLUTE MUST TRY and would go back again for just this. The chicken was juicy and presented well. There was enough pickled onions and clue cheese and sauce to enjoy with every bite and you should def have some of each with every bite to get the full flavor experience. I also had the pork belly SSAMs. There were 4 with one slice of perfectly cooked crispy and juicy slice of pork belly with kimchi cucumbers and daikon underneath served on butter leaf lettuce leaves. They came with a citron tea BBQ sauce to drizzle over the pork belly and again...surprised at the flavor combination! Very, very delicious. It got kind of messy eating them as wraps so after the second one just ate with a fork instead. Another dish that requires you to get a little bit of everything in every bite to appreciate the creative fusion of flavors. The Riesling was a good pairing for those entrees/starters. I ordered the Sweet Potato Pie stuffed crispy waffle to go since it was closing time (and I was pretty full) by the time I got to dessert and omg did that hit when I tried it back at the hotel. The waffle was still perfectly crispy and an ASMR dream! The stuffed waffle wasn't very sweet at all but you had the option of dipping in the caramel sauce, syrup and whipped cream to customize your sweetness level. By far one of the best desserts I've had in a restaurant! If I ever come back it would def be for the Dirty Chicken and this dessert!

The spinach dip is a must-try creamy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Their salads are fresh, generous, and packed with tasty ingredients, making them more than just a side. And the crab cakes? Absolutely amazing, crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, and a true highlight of the menu. Service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for lunch or dinner with friends or family. Overall, Coastal Flats delivers consistently great food and a pleasant dining experience. I'll definitely be coming back! :::

I was honestly expecting a little more from this place! The Jambalaya Pasta I had was satisfactory,…read morebut I was hoping for a stronger spice from it, especially since this place was a bit expensive for my taste (i will say i am not used to DMV prices at all). Service, however, was fantastic, with waiters going above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my meal and topping off my water. Seldom have I seen waiters be so attentive and courteous. This establishment is quite large, and the lighting is dim, yet perfectly bright enough! This place is versatile (and large), so you could have a large get-together here, as well as a nice quiet date! Great all-occasion establishment.
