Service was absolutely awful. The cashier was taking my order and didn't understand what I wanted after I had kindly repeated it to him 3 times. I asked him to read it back to make sure that he got everything I ordered and still had to have me repeat it again. Sat down and it took 20 mins to get cold food. The only people at this restaurant were my brother, me, and the 4 employees. Finally got our food and we were missing half the order, milkshake was the wrong flavor and he had put it to go when we wanted to eat there. I had been wanting to check this place out and finally got a chance today. Stopped in for a Sunday lunch, ordered the blt chicken sandwich and the OG chicken sandwich with fries and mac and cheese. The sandwiches were very hearty and flavorful. The fries were delicious, the seasoning they use on them is to die for. The real winner was the garlic park sauce we got on the side, it was delectable. The service was amazing. Everyone employee I encountered was so incredibly kind and hospitable I felt right at home. The restaurant had ample seating and the ambiance was welcoming. Love this place! The tenders are so moist and juicy and the fries have a really unique seasoning. The sauces are just mind blowing good. My favorite sauce is the garlic parmesan. This place is a small goldmine in Dadeland Mall. Our kids recommended this place and decided to go with the family this weekend. The place is an awesome alternative to places that are already there at a surprising reasonable prices. The taste of the chicken is amazing. Our experience was horrible! I can't even give a review on the food because we bought it and left it untouched on the table. This review stems mostly from the service and how the sanitation of this Dive was handled. To be exact, the last person that handled our food was the person handling the garbage (with the same gloves that had yucky dirty white stuff (it was pretty empty when we went)). I wish I could see myself going back and trying it out however, it's highly unlikely due to our experience with the staff. read more

This place used to be great, but its quality of food has really declined. Just how the place before this one Bobby Flays started out amazing, and then the quality of the food started to decline, and that's why it went out of business . I guess no one's checking in upper management routinely the food quality. I'll tell you this much this is my 2nd time with overcooked chicken, soft fries, and mediocre sauces. I won't be eating here again. I hope they can turn it around before it's too late and more locals loose interest. It's heading down the same path as the restaurant they replaced. I tried the grilled tenders which are basically 3 chicken tenders on wooden skewers. Honestly, they were so dry and tasted like they were sitting around for a while. Truly disappointing. The fries were very good although the coating was a little salty for my taste (and I love salt.) As someone with a gluten allergy it's really nice to be able to go somewhere and order a sandwich. They've got a ton of sauces to choose from (the three with gluten are clearly labeled) and I've yet to try one I didn't like! The gluten free bun fits the size of the chicken tenders so there's no worry of it all spilling out and it's actually a good quality bun. The girl that was there didn't really talk when she brought the food. My husband asked for mayo or coleslaw dressing to add to his coleslaw and they didn't have any. I used to enjoy eating here but after my last two experiences where I ended up eating undercooked raw chicken I don't think I'll be returning again. You can imagine my disgust when I take a bite and the texture was a soft wet chewy crunch and when I inspect further the chicken was still see through I was so extremely disgusted I ended up puking from the experience and that was the first tender I had grabbed from the box. Service, price, cleanliness, atmosphere was all very good. The problem with this place is the chicken. Not crunchy at all, not flavorful, and the seasoning is equatable to sand.
