These fries are immaculate. After a bourbon tasting I went to this Burger King and was close to god. So crispy outside and fluffy inside and I didn't even need ketchup. The next best things are the chicken fries. Nice crisp, tender chicken and well seasoned. I wish I would've ordered a larger portion. Finally I went down the Hershey Highway and got the sundae pie. It is the staple fast food dessert. Frosties are OK, McFlurries are mid if they are even able, but the Hershey Sundae Pie is the goat! read more

Maps & Uber Eats says they're open 24 hours but they're actually not. Had I known, I would've saved myself walking a bunch of blocks . Trash

Had a coupon. Could not use it at the counter. Had to go on my phone to make the order. Totally annoying. Got the original chicken sandwich for my granddaughter and it tasted horrible. Sodas were not all available either. Mozzarella sticks a bit stale So far all the visits I've made in the past have been pretty bad. read more

I ordered lunch fpr me and my staff last Friday, after waiting more than 30 minutes, the BK app announced our food was delivered, but no driver had come so we went outside, and our lunch was spilled in the back door of our office, drinks emptied, food scattered on the bag and even on the floor, I ordered through BK app so my assistants were the location we ordered from ( BK - North Miami store # 3711) and they were told BK is not responsible for the food once it leaves the store, that we needed to complaint to DoorDash, ( I didn't even know the carrier because I ordered directly from BK app) so we were left without food and no reimbursement. If that's the policy it should not provide delivery, it was also my daughter's first time trying BK, of course she doesn't want to try it ever again. read more

Too cheap to offer a bottle of water. No napkins. Your prices are like a good meal in a nice restaurant, with service. read more

This location is really bad right now.. but the people seem nice. The quality of the food has been really poor. The fries lack crunch, and yet look over cooked.. almost like day old fries. Normally fries are the big hit for fast food.. but sadly here they're just gross. Our impossible burger and ch-king were fine, but my kids didn't care for their nuggets and one looked especially questionable. In terms of the kids meals, they said they don't have a fruit side here which I thought was odd.. normally my son likes apple. They also didn't allow an option of kids drink, only apple juice (we normally get milk). They never seem to have toys for boys and girls at this location.. even though specified on ordering, my kids always end up with same toy, whether 2 boys ones or 2 girls ones. Today both received Construction Engineer Barbie (we do like this toy). In a way I'm thankful the quality is so poor right now because it'll make us rethink before grabbing fast food and maybe get a nutritious meal instead. This location did recently reopen after months of being closed, so on the bright side they're learning and should get up to speed. I'll definitely be skipping this location for a while, but will likely retry in a few months to see if they get on par with BK standards. read more

As a regular, I wrote a scathing one-star review for this BK on December 1, 2023. My complaints centered on an inability to correctly fulfill my order. The last year so, I have had positive experiences here. The staff has gotten my order right just about every time. Since operational improvements have been made, my previous critique should no longer be the first one that a Yelp viewer sees. read more

Burger King on US1 south dixie next door to Traders Joe. Very convenient. Lol... This location has very clean parking lot. Spacious for big car and the drive thru is easy access. I never had any issues using my coupons I this store. Other locations don't always accept coupons. Breakfast for two ,croissant egg and bacon with hashed brown and coffee for $5. You can never go wrong with coffee first thing in the morning. The hash were nice and hot a d the croissant yummy... Great deals!!! The service in the drive thru was amazing from star to finish. Never had that happen before. The time the cashier greet me properly! Good morning! What a surprise in MIAMI to find nice people..lol She said Thank you and when picking up my food I the second window... it was just as great ! The staff are all well mannered and polite! What a surprise to find this on a Burger King . So happy with my great deals and experience.. read more

They did it again. I ordered through the BK APP. The reason I went as last week they neglected to give me the Cheese-Tots I had ordered. This time they handed me my order, I decided to check to see if my order was complete. IT WAS NOT. My order of fries was missing. How can you continue to operate a business in this matter. Once home I looked at my Whooper. It looks nothing like one would expect, or be lead to believe by the picture on the APP. l read more

This location is routinely the worst with drive-thru orders and orders placed through delivery apps such as Doordash / Uber Eats / Grub Hub. Every single item will be completely wrong and others missing from your delivery altogether. I've never seen such sloppy attention to detail in my life. Attempting to get help or a refund through the delivery apps is very time-consuming and ineffective because the apps now require photos of EVERYTHING. Save yourself the time, aggravation and expense and do NOT order from this location. read more

Fast service. Pleasant customer service. My order was fresh and served in a timely manner.

Roxanne rocks and the food was great. I'm going back tomorrow! Whopper, Whopper, Whopper, Whopper!

Mayco at the Dadeland Branch provides the best customer service ever. He's professional, quick and precise with my order every time!!!!

This Burger King is across from the Dadeland South Metrorail station so it's very easy to get to. I took my mom to do blood work close by this morning so I stopped to get her some hashbrowns on our way home. She enjoyed them. The location is convenient and it's your typical fast food. My daughter loves their Impossible burger, which I must admit tastes like meat. read more

This is the best Burger King that we visited in awhile from GA to Fla. It took us longer to order than to receive our food and that was impressive. All of the employees (cashier and manager) were courteous, friendly, and attentive. I usually don't write reviews for popular burger chains but this one specifically required me to do so based on my pleasant experience. Thank you all! Also, great ambiance and music read more

This Burger King closes and opens at their own convenience without any warning or consideration. The apps let's you order even when they're closed. I pulled up to the window to get my food and they told me they don't open until 4 and to just get a refund from the app. I am tired of this place and frustrated. read more

this BK sucks. I want plastic straws back and free choice in at the VERY LEAST one sauce. i asked for one barbecue sauce and one sweet and sour sauce and they wanted to charge me for them. Their mobile order system was down and on the app it automatically selected the second nearest store that was currently offering the mobile order, after the manager figured out the issue and told me it was the wrong store, she asked me to come inside to order and informed me on what went wrong and told me since I had already paid for it she had no problem at all giving me the meal with no additional charge. Completely professional and courteous. Wish I could give this store and manager more than 5 stars. read more

We were the only people in the entire line and ended up waiting 7 minutes at the speaker to which they took 7 more minutes packing our food. At the speaker they continued to say "One minute, please wait." 4 times. I even went as far to say "Hello?? We are ready to place our order." They ignored us. I repeated my order 3 times. After getting our order she went on to say "Is that all?" 3 times. As mentioned earlier in my review they made us wait 7 more minutes and as we looked into the drive thru window, they were on their phones, walking around slowly, and just not caring about us waiting for so long. read more

Came to drive thru on May 30th. Waited and waited. No one before me. Finally someone says please wait. Keep waiting another 5 minutes. This place is terrible when it comes to customer service!! Bought a soda and was parked in their empty parking lot and was kicked out twice by security guard. You all know I don't write negative reviews but this place takes the cake. I don't know what beef they got going on with the place next door but ...I the paying customer have nothing to do with it because I don't shop next door nor will I shop or eat at this place and I suggest you all people don't even eat and park here because they will tow your car even if you are a paying customer!! To many choices down the road at the next shopping center... Five Guys Burger, Brooklyn's Pizza, 305 Wings, Evos Burgers, the Labaneese place, Thai place, SPANISH place, hipster place and the Excellent Bakery...Plus Hooligans is opening back up!! read more

Went to this location for the first and last time on Tuesday June 29, 2021 around 9:15 PM. All the quick service kiosks had signs indicating to go to the counter to order, but nobody was at the counter. When finally someone showed up, I asked the only person at the counter (tall young black dude, didn't have a name tag) the difference between one item and another item from the menu that seemed the same, he looked at me, laughed and said: "I don't know, I don't eat that" turned his back and left...just like that. I get it: it's being raining in Miami a lot, many fast food restaurant employees are understaffed, underpaid, and these times are not the best times we've ever experienced, but that's not an excuse to take it out on customers, especially when I'm being super respectful, and simply asking a question about the menu from the restaurant you work for. read more

I don't usually eat at Burger King but I saw last week that they were promoting the new impossible whopper, made with the plant-based Patty. I came in and tried it today and I could hardly tell the difference between a regular beef patty and this new plant-based PATTY. Is actually quite good. The restaurant has been remodeled and it looks very nice on the inside. read more

04/15/19 I took my family to have dinner after a long day of work, to come to find out that we had to wait for our food for about 30-45 after ordering it in the kiosk. Why you may ask? We'll, let's just say there was only 3 maybe 4 employees. 1 cook, 2 in drive through, and 0 at the counter. All this with a line of people that filled the front counter end to end. Moral of this story, if you want quality, don't jeopardize quality for quantity. All blame does not fall on these 3-4 employees, even though some may have been more professional. The majority of the blame falls on poor management. No stars awarded until management get it together. Not sure if corporate knows what's going on here and if they do, it's clear that they don't care. read more

Once again, racism comes in all shapes and sizes. My father, who is 79 years old, was asked to leave Burger King last week as he was sitting at a table looking over some work. He had bought an ice tea, but I guess the manager thought he was there too long and CALLED THE POLICE TO ASK MY DAD TO LEAVE! And no, it wasn't crowded so the table wasn't needed. Think about this people, the cops were called to a Burger King to ask a 79 year old guy to leave! In case you're interested it's the Burger King next to Trader Joe's on US 1. Thank God he didn't use the bathroom, they might have had him shot. #burgerking read more

They gave it a facelift, but at the end of the day, it's still Burger King! The cash register person is nice, they try to keep the place clean, and the playground at least doesn't appear to be teeming with disease. The super cool Nuevo soda fountains, with touch screen and custom mix options (such as cherry vanilla diet Dr Pepper) is a step up, as I've only seen at one other restaurant to date (BRG in Kendall). But don't expect it to be anything other than Burger King when the food comes. It is what it is! read more
