In the past three years I have become a loyal devotee as well and I am still in shock it took me this long. Here you find restaurant quality chicken nuggets and tenders. On our last visit we ordered the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal and the chicken nuggets meals. Here the meals include their famous waffle fries and a drink. The chicken here is the Star of the meal, the nuggets are juicy while not saturated in grease. The chicken sandwich had the right kick and lettuce topping was fresh and crisp. The absolute worst Chic fil A I've ever encountered. I did a mobile order for pick up. I walked inside, there is two different sections for pick up, one is not labeled differently from the other. There are two people standing at each pick up center. I walk over to the center closer to the counter. The two young men never acknowledges the fact that I'm there. Meanwhile, the ordering line is filling up, there's another employee walking back and forth to the other pick up station with orders. Other customers are coming in to the pick up line where I'm standing and the two workers here still aren't acknowledging anyone. I stop the young lady that's walking back and forth and asked her if there's a difference in the two pick up counters? She says no and ask me what's my name, I tell her my name and she picks my order up from the counter where I'm standing. One of the workers at the counter begins to speak, I'm like no save it, I've been standing here for five minutes and you haven't even acknowledged that me or anyone else is here. There is always a line here so that must say something good about the place before I even have to ;) A trick to beating the line is download their app and order ahead. Once you step into the food court press order and just go wait by the pick up line! They have many different chicken items to choose from. Chicken sandwiches, tenders, and salads. Their original chicken sandwich is amazing! One bite and you are hooked. Chicken is crisp, yet tender and the bread is soft and goes so well with the pickles they add. I also enjoy the grilled chicken club when I am trying to be healthier. You can substitute the fries with any one of their sides, and I personally love the superfood salad. Make sure you try their fresh brewed ice tea as well. They even offer some breakfast sandwiches. Also don't forget to try some of their signature sauces for dipping your fries or chicken nuggets! The Polynesian sauce is sweet and delicious and their honey mustard is perfect combo of mustard and sweetness. Their Buffalo sauce doesn't disappoint either. The combination of their amazing breaded chicken with a pickle and mustard. So good. This location is a grab and go area. I love the pick up system in the Dadeland garage! The app got some bug fixes and it is so easy to order now. I don't think they are open in the food court yet. So everything is pick up. They lined up all their spots on the north end of the parking lot by the food court. You order, get there, enter your space number, and they bring the food out to you. Hats off to this super hard working staff! They are endlessly bringing out orders in this busy place. It worries me a bit for their safety because they are legitimately working so hard to get people's orders out, I'm not sure they worry about the cars all around them! read more

I will say I don't like the fries at chick fila because I don't find them crunchy enough. The breakfast items are hearty and luckily there's plenty of items available if you're looking to eat healthy. This chain is known for their incredibly friendly employees who go over and beyond to serve you despite any rush. I will start this by saying this is my go-to chick-fil-a. I've been going to it since I was a little girl and they had the seating INSIDE the store in the food court. That being said, one of my favorite things to order is the grilled chicken wrap. I live 5 minutes away, so I'll get it delivered, pick it up curbside or eat in the food court. That being said, and WITHOUT EXAGGERATION, if I have ordered that wrap 100 times, that is 100 times they NEVER give me the dressing I request for it. 100% of the time I get the dry wrap with nothing. I either have to go back up to the counter and get it if I'm eating in, get off the car and get it if I'm curbside, or chuck that dry ball of lettuce and chicken in the trash if I ordered delivery. NEVER, NOT ONCE, is the dressing in the bag!!! It's on the receipt every single time, but never and I mean NEVER in the bag. I just ordered it delivery as I'm sick at home and I thought, there's NO WAY, they do this to me again. I WAS WRONG! At least they are consistent! I had a breakdown eating my dry wrap. Is it personal? Are they trained to NOT give the requested dressing to save a buck? What is the DEAL????? 2 stars simply for the nostalgia and everything else is always fine, but the dressing thing is just MIND BLOWING!
