Portions here are really decent, and a good amount of the menu items are fairly priced. There is a good variety of bowls, salad, wraps, sandwiches and soups. Plus the pastries look really yummy too. Came in for a quick lunch and enjoyed the food here. It's a nice casual lunch place and I can see coming back here since it is so close, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of the way for it. Highly recommended, really filling. If I'm in the mood for a smoothie I'll get the peanut butter cup smoothie which has peanut butter (obviously), almond milk, banana, dates and protein powder. 10/10. I find that most people order for carry-out, but I enjoy dining in. It's a bright, casual ambiance and the employees will give you a number and deliver your food to the table. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their offerings. Food takes a bit longer than your standard fast food joint (because it's prepared fresh) so I recommend ordering ahead if in a rush. read more

This is my third carrot express location and I am not disappointed. I got the green goddess a yesterday and I had it in the fridge. I had it today and it tasted delicious. The yuca chips from here are my favorite chips ever. The green goddess is the perfect source of fiber and vegetables with protein from the added chicken breast. Have been very excited to see a Carrot Express open near my office! I went today for lunch and, honestly, was a little disappointed. I have to start by saying that the quality and freshness of the food was superb. The reduction in stars comes due to two things, prices and service. First, while my wrap was very yummy, $15 for a wrap with nothing on the side is steep. Would be more of a value with a small side that would increase customer experience for little cost to the restaurant. Secondly, the service left a lot to be desired. The young lady taking my order really just wasn't attending as she should. She added $6 to my meal for a scoop of chicken salad, which is supposed to be included in the wrap. I had to point it out after it was rung up so that she would take it off the bill (be vigilant). If I hadn't said anything, it would have been a $22 wrap! Additionally, when I bit into my wrap, I noticed that the grape tomatoes were left whole when added to the sandwich. This just shows little care for the customer when making the food. It was very difficult to eat the wrap with whole tomatoes plopping into my mouth within one bite. Easily remedied by slicing the tomatoes during prep. read more

Warm welcome, very cute ambiance and the quality of the food (20 minutes before closing) was surprisingly amazing! It was great and I'll certainly be visiting this location more. I had the legal wrap with extra chipotle sauce on the side and Lord have mercy, that sauce had a kick for sure so get your water ready! Stopped by Carrot Express for lunch with mom. We wanted something healthy but delicious. We definitely found that here! We both tried the Chicken Goddess sandwich and it was fresh, delicious, and honestly super filling. Mom and I could only finish half our sandwich so we ended up taking half to go. The location is actually super big with tons of open tables and great lighting. I think this would be a good place to stop to do work. The seats also have usb charging spots. The people working their mostly spoke Spanish but they were very friendly. I did knock off a star mostly due to price. I spent ~$35 for lunch for us to which didn't include drinks cos we got that across the street at Mius Tea. So while it is yummy, the price is a little too high for what you get. But if you're in the area looking for something quick and healthy this a good stop. read more

Was a bit hungry while out with the family on a Saturday afternoon and decided to try the new Carrot Express on Sunset. I loved La Bomba wrap with Quinoa, Eggplant and Falafel. My wife had the Classic Avocado Toast, and my daughters both had the Chicken Caesar Wrap. Service was fast, the day cleared up and we sat outside to enjoy the afternoon. Carrot Express locations have been popping up in all the high end Miami neighborhoods in the last couple of years and we decided to pass by the South Miami locations to have brunch. They have a very extensive menu serving all day breakfast as well as bowls, wraps, and sandwiches. Carrot Express is catering to organic and clean food fans and we were excited to give it a try. We ordered their avocado toast with sunny side egg on top, turkey bacon egg white wrap and their ahi tuna ciabatta sandwich with sweet potatoes fries. The avocado toast was solid with creamy freshly smash avocado and tangy relish and eggs were perfect not too running. The breakfast wrap was very good it arrived nice and warm and their pesto sauce really enhanced the flavors. The ahi tuna ciabatta sandwich was the best of the three with grade ahi tuna, fresh tomatoes and Asian slaw. The sandwich also came with fresh slices of avocado and a delicious wasabi based vinaigrette. The sweet potatoes fries were solid both chewy and crunchy. Even those it not the cheapest counter service restaurant in town it still worth it to eat delicious and clean food. read more

It was nice and big, the chicken was given separately like an entire chicken breast. It was good and a good size at least. I appreciate that it's clean food the chicken said "hormone free" so I get that it's good quality. But I just can't justify a $25 salad.
