Been here a couple of times and today I was amazed with their food! I've tried the waffles which are very healthy but the portion is kinda small. But they were delicious! This time we tried the Monkey Bowl highly recommend! Delicious açaí base bowl topped with coconut shavings, granola and bananas!! So good, I almost ordered a second one! We also tried the avocado toast and added two additional eggs for about a$1.50 each extra egg! Let me tell you, this is probably one of the tastiest avocado roasts I've ever had and the eggs were cooked to perfection! We were so satisfied with our two picks! Can't wait to go have some more... The service is good. The menu is pretty straight forward and what I love about the menu is that it has a lot of veggie, vegan and organic options! So this is a place to come if you're trying to eat healthier, more delicious wellness food! The place itself is very cute. Feels very organic and the ambiance is very calming and serene! read more

I absolutely love this place and if it wasn't far from my home I would visits more often. The owner is so nice and Marry is just the best she's so welcoming and always so happy to serve you. I've had the vegan cream cheese veggie sandwich and my absolute favorite and go to is the raspberry rapture. Never disappoint! It's okay....... My açaí bowl was not 100% açaí. The whole point of the bowl is to have that as pure in it as possible. They definitely blend it with something (it's light purple/pink), yet charge the same price as another local place giving you rich dark purple-ish açaí. The avocado toast is boring. It tasted like packaged avocado you get at Costco or something. Just not worth the price in my opinion. I might have to go again and try something different. read more

Good Product but need to work on customer service. I was standing by the counter trying to place an order for 15minutes being completely ignored by the 2 ladies working there . I had to ask one of them if they will finally take my order . She answered she was busy which I understand but Simple Hi How are you , I will be with you in a minute would be nice . Raw South has lots of healthy, tasty meals, smoothies, and juices. I find the menu items to be way overpriced, but maybe that's a result of being in Miami. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant itself is tiny. This is more of a take-out restaurant, and the outdoor seating is convenient on a nice day. I like the lentil wrap with hummus or the lentil wrap with hummus... both are great. :) read more

Have visited a few times before with my sister for (amazing) acaí bowls, but decided to come by this time to treat my mom for lunch (and write my first overdue review)! I ordered the lentil walnut meat wrap w/ hummus and she ordered the vegan picadillo wrap. They were incredible -- super light, yummy and FILLING. I was really hungry when we arrived (it was a late lunch), and worried I'd still be hungry after I saw the size of the wrap. But they were delicious and kept me full. My mom especially loved that they had green olives in her vegan picadillo wrap (but warning for those who might not like olives)! The owners (a family run business) are amazing people who truly do their best to make the food and experience pleasant and enjoyable. If you're looking for healthy, filling food, this is the place to go. They have tons of vegan options and other vegetable foods. Would definitely recommend for a pre/post workout meal or something light in the morning or afternoon. read more

Disappointing... açaí bowl + 2 smoothies $43. Prices are absurd. Smoothie I got, I wanted to add pineapple - almost started world war 3 by making the request after I placed the order... maybe 1 minute after the order, hadn't even been taken to the back kitchen to start preparing. The lady spoke zero English, which frankly I don't care so much about, but be nice to your clients. You lost a long time client. Biggest upset was that I tipped $6 - because I'm a decent human - and she still insisted that I pay $2 extra to add pineapple on a separate transaction, after I made the request. As shop owners, you must teach your employees this kind of business etiquette, especially when someone tipped your establishment 15%+... absurd. I don't care about the $2, but that's absurd!! she was so rude !!! Im sure not everyone leaves tips! Appreciate them! This isn't a restaurant I'm being served at, it's a smoothie counter!! Edit** photo is her ridiculous private response to my claim. Yet, in public commenting she responds " professionally".... Rather than apologizing to the poor etiquette her employee displayed, she's instead correcting me on my bill total. Orange juice is from concentrate - enough said. Save your money, spend it somewhere better and more honest. Yummy! What a fun healthy causal spot tuck away off Us 1. I finally had lunch here and oh my it was delicious. I had the Dose of Vigor: $8.00 super fresh and clean and then had -Wild Albacore Tuna Salad which was well balanced with some seeds and nuts and not an overpowering dressing. I can't wait to return to try everything on the menu. I only wish they had some loyal program... I'm spending my weekly treat money here and would appreciate a little incentive to come more than 1x a week. read more

GALLON OF ORANGE JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE??! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the lady pouring that into my juice order!! Maybe it took someone coming in from out of town to notice. Pay attention to what you are paying for here because not everything is fresh like the name indicates and you'll be paying premium prices. A few other things to note: 1. There's no substitutions allowed so EVERYTHING will cost you extra. Dont like the fruit on the açaí bowl and want to change it for something different? EXTRA. 2.Want to take your order "to-go"? $1 EXTRA! 3.Want to get rid of an ingredient in a fresh juice? EXTRA! 4. Make sure you ask about the ingredients in the menu options for food! The don't allow substitutions in YOUR order, but if they run out of something, they'll substitute their OWN menu without telling you! Aka, didn't have strawberry jelly like the menu indicated and instead poured agave on the peanut butter toast... what the !!? MY TWO CENTS? Raw South is amazing. The updated interior is so nice and gives the place such a great vibe! Yessenia the owner is awesome and treats all her customers with respect and I always have a nice conversation with her! The açaí bowls always turn out delicious and when I order ahead they always have the order ready for me to go when I arrive. The fruit is always fresh and the bowls are delicious. Best customer service and food! One of my fave things to do is travel worldwide and find some of my favorite Vegan places. Even though Raw South Juice is not all plant based (there's something for everyone). They use little to no processed food. My family ordered Acai bowl, Almond shake and my favorite, plant salmon cream cheese bagel- LOVED IT! They made a mistake with my order didn't have my backup dish (so that's why I'm giving 4/5 stars ;) BUT the server immediately (no questions asked) replaced the order and gave us 3 ginger shots for the inconvenience. This location in South Miami is quite small, with only seating for 10 or so people. One thing we noticed right away was the delicious smell coming from the indoor grill...pretty much told you that the roasted meats were going to be good. I wasn't too hungry so ordered the small plate of Koobideh ($15). The cashier was nonchalant when asked about what to recommend. Once ready, it was brought over to our table. It came with a large mound of saffron rice, which was quite good. A better choice would have been half and half of a small salad with the rice. The koobideh was very similar (even exactly the same to my untrained palate) to a Turkish adana kebab or an Arabic kefta...made with a combination of beef and lamb ground meat, made flatter vs round. It was warmed/cooked over a grill and had that nice char taste that one gets from grilling. I didn't notice there were condiments in ketchup/mustard squeeze bottles until too late...it gives the place a kind of hot dog joint feel which I don't think was the intention.
