Mid-April: Google and their front door says they open at 9 am. I show up at 9:13 am and see a young lady walking in, unlocking the door, and then locking it behind her. When I knock on the door, she makes a gesture and mouths that they are closed. I have never tried this place and was looking forward to a nice healthy breakfast. Update: 5/1 at 9:35 am - I really wanted to give this place another try. I walk in and immediately the person who worked there said he didn't have a lot to offer at the moment because they just opened (they open at 9?). I said I just wanted to order an avocado toast and smoothie in which he told me he could do the smoothie, but it was going to take a while for the food because they were just getting started and the toaster wasn't on yet. He said it was better to come back later as I walked out. Update: 5/5 at 9:30 am - I ordered the egg salad toast, no egg salad. I ordered the matcha smoothie, no matcha. The girl said they had a huge menu and I should order something else. I don't want something else because you are out of food. I walked out. Third time is a charm and I will never give this place a chance again, nor recommend it. read more

Got dinner pickup here one night and enjoyed my meal. It tasted healthy and was a huge portion size. Unfortunately not all the food was warm when I picked up (three mins after it was ready) and some of it dint taste fresh. All in all I'd try this place again as I thought it was a healthy dinner. Came here to try their açaí bowls and got two of the medium sized. Kind staff and really nice environment inside. They were out of mangoes during our visit. It's a nice refreshing healthy treat. I think portions are on the smaller side for the price. read more

The food was really good. Both me and may daughter loved our bowls! The salmon was fresh and their house vinaigrette was delicious.

First time trying this spot. Loved the healthy concept and idea so was excited to try it. I ordered the VM Global Green Smoothie. It did not come with chia and hemp seeds, and was a little too blended/watery more like a juice than a smoothie. Tasted okay, but was slightly disappointing. For my meal I ordered chicken cesar wrap, and there was avocado inside which i thought was bizzare. When i looked at the menu I didnt see anything about it, also, I didnt see any green sauce in the photo online. Perhaps the staff needs more training or better management. Happened to be going to a different place but it was divine intervention and found a parking space right in front of Vale in a very busy parking lot! So, I took it as a sign from the universe to show me that I needed to try this place because I need to eat even healthier than I already do! Lo and behold, this place was amazing! I'll start by saying I did not try their smoothies or açaí bowls only a built your own bowl and the lemonades! I love lemonade and they have two amazing, marvelous, out of this world m, delicious tasting lemonades!! One is mixed with dragon fruit!! And has a beautiful pink ish color to it! Omg Godly! And the Mango Ginger one! Omg, so refreshing!!!! LOVED THEM BOTH!!!!! As far as the bowl went.. I didn't know what to get so I built my own! Let me tell you they have the most delicious sides like spicy sweet potato noodles!!! Whaaaa!!!!!! And so good for you!! Delicious tasting broccoli, Mediterranean tomatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, rices, edamame, mushrooms, carrots, oh my! They have AMAZING veggies and if you're like me and love veggies, you're gonna dig this place!!! If veggies and healthy food are not your thing then you're not gonna like this place! The way I'm always uber eating this to my office for lunch.....is insane. On Uber Eats they have a 50% off special, so you can get a bowl for $12. I like to get rice, kale, chicken, carrots, broccoli and feta cheese with the vale vinaigrette. So delicious. Whenever I'm in the mood for a healthy lunch, I order this. And it always HITS. Service is fast. I haven't been to the actual store in person so I can't say much about the ambiance, but the food is so delicious.... Might just order some right now lol read more

Thank goodness for another healthy option in Miami! And talk about options! You could come here a hundred times and always have something different. I filled up a regular BYO bowl with nutritious foods. It was fresh and delicious. I also loved their homemade lemonades. A perfect place to grab a bite if you're hungry as they have the convenience of ordering at the counter. You can take it to go or hang out in the lovely space with draping flowers everywhere. I already know Vale Food from Brickell and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, this new location still seems to still have some growing pains. The first time I tried to go, the store was closed during regular hours with no sign or announcement on social media. The second time, they seemed severely understaffed. I waited a long time for the guy at the counter to take the order of the only two customers. Then he went to back to prepare their food and I was standing there alone and unattended. So I left. I did receive some coupons in the mail so I gave it another try. Like at the other location, the food is do delicious and healthy. Love the turkey meatballs and the curry mustard sauce. The healthy brownies and the drinks are amazing too. I hope they're figuring out how to get more staff to get this place to work properly. read more
