This is my favorite açaí bowl spot, I come here all the time and never disappoints. The granola is 10/10

Came to Playa Bowls looking for a refreshing, healthy treat. Place is located in front of Miami Dade College Kendall campus on the corner next to sushi sake. Upon entering the place is decorated really pretty with vibrant colors, very beachy vibe, and a huge menu lots of selections. I chose the tropical açai bowl with granola, banana, pineapple, and toasted coconut, delicious and fresh. Price tag is a little high at $13 and change but seriously everything's gone up lately. Service is friendly and helpful. Will be back to try other options. Good spot!

Pretty good spot overall. The menu is really extensive with lots of different bases like acai, strawberry, and banana. The bowl I had tasted good, but when I asked for extra granola they gave me the tiniest amount, which was frustrating. The place was clean, but it would be nice if they added a true build-your-own option instead of only modifying the ones already on the menu.

Super cute spot! Always busy. I ordered the pacific bowl to go, it was fresh and really good! Not a fan of the parking situation unfortunately a little hard to find parking on peak hours. Other than that, definitely coming by again to try another bowl!

After a long workout, I was craving something light, & refreshing. A mom from my daughters school recommended Playa Bowls & it was close enough so I decided to check it out. Okay now it was a little hard to find at first I didn't realize it's behind the sushi sake so I toured the whole plaza until I finally found it LOL. Once inside the space itself is very welcoming. Bright colors, a huge menu on the wall, plenty of tables all looked very clean & the staff was all smiles & welcoming, I LOVE mango so I went for the mango power bowl. It had mango, vanilla protein, bananas, peanut butter & granola, it was exactly what I wanted. I didn't feel the bowl was pricey $13 was decent & it was a filled bowl. They serve you to eat in house, but have all the things right there for you in case you gotta go. I definitely plan to visit again soon!

So I looked up something healthy near me and somehow landed on The Avalon Miami... and WOW, what a find. I was craving waffles, so I had to go for the protein waffle--and the best part is you get to pick 4 toppings. I chose banana, strawberry, Nutella, and peanut butter... OMG. Absolutely incredible. Like, next-level delicious. I'm not exaggerating when I say I was literally doing a happy dance while eating it. My boyfriend went for the organic empanadas--one beef and like three cheese ones--and he was OBSESSED with the cheese. The dough is made from yuca, and that combo? Straight up dangerous. So good it should come with a warning. We also got two protein smoothies, both with 24g of protein. The Avalon mocha had an espresso shot with chocolate protein--rich, smooth, and honestly perfect. The Tropical Twist was mango, pineapple, coconut, and vanilla protein... super refreshing, light, and very tropical vibes. I genuinely can't even put into words how good everything tasted. It's one of those places where you go thinking "healthy option" and leave like "wait... why is this better than dessert??" 1000% coming back.

Highly recommended place, thank you for the experience.

There was a limited edition flavor...Ferrero Rocher which was to die for. I loaded it up with a bunch of toppings; from sprinkles, to mini marshmallows, cheesecake bites, and cookie dough. It was absolutely delicious. My friends loved this spot as well, they went in. Definitely coming back to try more flavors to change it up. It's probably the first froyo place I've been to that has so many different toppings. They also have a bunch of syrups to top it off with. It's in a shopping center off 117th and sunset. Parking is pretty good, since it's in a shopping center. There is a lot of areas to sit inside and enjoy your froyo and have a little date.

Everything looked delicious, and it was hard to decide what to pick. As soon as we walked in, the store had a sweet and welcoming smell. They offered a great variety of yogurt flavors and tons of toppings to choose from. I picked the tiramisu flavor, but unfortunately, I could barely taste it. I only tasted the toppings that I put. The prices were reasonable, and I liked that you pay based on the weight of your cup, so you can customize it however you want. Overall, it was a tasty experience.
