My son ordered two sushi rolls: Mauloa Roll - salmon, cucumber, scallion, crab, fried shallots, and unagi mayo. Moana Tuna Roll - tuna, cream cheese, scallion, crab, tempura flakes, togarashi mayo, and lemon zest. My partner ordered from another vendor called YIP. He had miso soup and Peking duck bao. It welcomes everybody from kids to casual drinkers, and people from every political corner who can agree, at least briefly, that a cold beer beats trolling on Truth Social. The food program has taken a few laps around the culinary racetrack. Over the years, the brewery has hosted a mishmash of pop-ups, including Tex-Mex tacos, Texas BBQ, ramen, and raw bar concepts.
