SCAMMERS! They will run your card multiple times, gaslight you and say that you weren't charged (even after showing them your bank account app and all the charges). Then after that, the young Asian-American employee that's there in the mornings refused to give me a refund, she refused to give me her manager's info, she even refused to give me her name (hence me resorting to using her race to identity her). I will never go back to this place of business. They practice fraud, plain and simple. You charge someone, and don't refund them - you're defrauding them. Normally when I am just finished working out or when I am in the mood for something sweet . $5 dollar Fridays are my absolute favorite because you can get a 32 oz smoothie ( which is a medium size ) for $5 instead of $6 . However it all depends on what smoothie you chose . I go with my Smoothie King app and I get points every time I use it which is a plus . My favorite is the Strawberry Hulk , Angel Food and the Gladiator. I love the flavor and the consistency of the shakes . This location is amazing I normally go In the earlier afternoon . You can download their app and get free rewards and discounts too. For a while, this place was closed due to a move, but they still managed to operate a tiny freestanding truck to meet the needs of their customers. Very impressive! I enjoy coming to this Smoothie King for a sweet treat or a health-conscious snack. I don't derive too much from the menu and usually stick to my two staples: Caribbean Way or Angel Food (sub powder milk with Almond milk). For me, those are good go-tos because they taste great and I don't feel too guilty drinking one to fulfill my sweet tooth. The service here is great too - fast, efficient and friendly, everything you need to run a great store. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the smoothies aren't always consistent. I must say the staff is very friendly and informs the customer about the specials they have! (Which is great, because sometimes we tend to bypass signs that randomly hang in the store.) I especially like that they remind you to use your smoothie rewards! Major plus, the two other locations that I frequent almost never suggest this!! Amazing customer service, every time I've been the team member helping me was quick and friendly. When it comes to smoothies, the Angel Food is the one for me. If I'm feeling extra fat and just looking for a sweet treat, the Chocolate Peanut Power Plus is delicious, but packs buku calories. This location just unveiled new "Hydrating" smoothies which look ridiculously refreshing! They come with electrolytes and coconut water. This Smoothie King knows customer service! Eric, the owner, is always cheerful and hospitable, even on Monday mornings when cracking a smile warrants effort from anyone. Once (on a frantic Monday morning), I forgot my wallet and he actually allowed me to take my smoothie and pay him the next day...who does that these days? That kind of trust between customers and businesses is a ghost of the past! All the staff at this Smoothie King get my order right every time, and it's ready before I even reach the counter. Juan, the manager, is especially keen on reminding me to use my rewards points for free smoothies. And he always provides me with options when I want to try smaller versions of the vegan smoothies for my kid (per most Smoothie Kings, you can't make any of the non-kid smoothies, in a kid's sized cup...wtf???). I don't know if this location is franchised or accidentally blessed with a great staff, but trust me, no other Smoothie King I have been to in Miami caters to customers like this one does. It's worth going out of your way for the drink you want. Try the vegan nutty super grain with coffee! Eric rocks! He's been mixing my Angel Food since 2006, and never fails to get it right. I used to go 4 times a week, and then because of work and time, I had to cut back to 2x a week. But if he's there, making my smoothie, I can count on him! He's also extremely knowledgeable on all the smoothies! He's never recommended anything I didn't like. He remembers your order, whips it up in a pinch and sends you on your way quick, which is ever SO important in the horrible Kendall traffic. The store is always clean, you're never kept waiting long even if it's packed, they're well stocked with protein powders, weight loss supplements, body cleanses, etc. and always have a good selection of protein and meal replacement bars, and yummy snacks. My only grudge is that they no longer stock the ABC (Alternative Baking Company) Cookies, but they still do have that yummy banana bread! Oh! Smoothie King is a good consistent product, but I'll never spend a dime in this location. I walked in with my son for a quick smoothie. A few people in line, I never mind waiting a bit. Thought the music was a little loud, but again, I know where I am and I wasn't offended... yet. The song blasting was completely inappropriate for a business. After hearing sex references and f-bombs dropping left and right, I had to escort my son out of the place. As a business owner, I would be embarrassed if my establishment was playing offensive music when kids walk in. I wouldn't give these owners one penny of my hard earned money if I can't walk in with my son and not be offended by blasting curse words. I waited for like two minutes and a woman in her early 20's comes out with a long face of unhappiness . I say hi and she stays quiet . I said hi again and she remains quiet.
