I ordered this cocoa haze açaí bowl thinking it would be good . Now I've had this previously at a other smoothie king and I loved it ! Not this time though.The cocoa haze is supposed to have chocolate drizzle on top of it but it didn't . The bananas and strawberries tasted old .The service was okay. Pros: friendly staff fast service clean spacious Cons: Bathroom: dirty, no toilet paper, no paper towel. I don't know how the employees themselves use the bathroom. The only good thing about the bathroom is that it's gender neutral. I want to say her name was Jayali or Jayan, might be neither lol, but she was a face I did not recognize for the first time in the years I've been going to this location and she was super nice! Okay so I understand many places are closing early due to Covid but if that's the case then updated your hours online. Is a waste of gas and time driving to this location when it states in here Yelp and google maps that they close at 10 pm. Once I get to this location exactly at 8:59 pm the sign on the door says "open" but to the side there's a white board that says " due to Covid we are currently closed. There is a lack of respect from the employees at this location, and we won't be coming back. We have been customers of this location since they opened and haven't had a problem since this girl, who claims to be the manager, started working there. My family and I went in and were going to order 5 smoothies, but before we ordered we wanted to make sure that the smoothie was made correctly as last time we ordered it, the girl who claims to be the manager (was wearing a ripped, black, guns and roses shirt) made the smoothie but it tasted horrible, almost like something in the smoothie was spoiled. I asked another employee to remake the same smoothie and it tasted delicious, like it normally does. We order the same smoothies every time we go and never had a problem before that. After explaining to her what happened last time, she began making claims about us and our orders that weren't true. Instead of showing good customer service and being willing to help, she was very disrespectful. After years and years of giving this location business, and smoothie king as a whole, we will be going elsewhere from now on because of the poor customer service and disrespect this employee showed. read more

By far the worst service I have ever gotten. The two guys working tonight 4/11/19 at 8:50 PM. Have the nastiest customer service anyone can ever provide. I walked in and walked straight to the front counter, one of them saw me and complete ignored me. He turned around and walked away. The other one saw me and kept on eating **** and when he finally approached me all he did was raise his eyebrow at me as in "what do you want" no words came out of his mouth... this place SUCKS. I live in the area and I always have a bad experience every time I walk in here. I suck it up because I'm not willing to drive 6-7 miles to the next smoothie king. I stopped here after running errands and wanted to try something new and worthy. After all, south Florida is full of junk food and yummy treats, so healthy should be part of the formula as well. I asked to get something they would recommend and quickly a gentleman came from the back and help the cashier and said that I should try their new Avocado Smoothie. Who knew, I know this is the norm in Brazil, but to me avocado is for salads or guacamole sauce. Why not following their advise if I asked anyways. So I did. The smoothie was what they described, creamy, rich and yummy. It had kale, mango, avocado, banana, apple juice and banana. Who wouldn't love this. I am glad I got a 32Oz. So much for trying to be healthy. I packed about 450 calories, but I know it was a great and enjoyable choice. This is definitely repeat. Hope it's not a seasonal. Staff did great. I come to this stupid location because it's convenient. But every time I need a convenient Smoothie, these people just screwed up. The last time I was there I had a complaint about a manager that was extremely rude about my order. She clearly said the way I was making my order it was going to keep me fat. I've never been more embarrassed, humiliated buy a fucking stranger and all of my life. I bit my tongue that day and I think your best kind a piece of my mind. So when I saw her there today I chuckled inside because I know how rude she was last time to meet. I feel like a sucker for walking into this establishment. But Out of necessity, I did. She didn't include one of my ingredients. So I don't walk back inside and have them make my order all over again. Recently becoming a fan of this franchise, I had to try the one located near my place. Dare I say the smoothie is better at this location that the one located near FIU? Why yes, it was! I ordered the Banana Berry Smoothie again just to compare- this time actually making it skinny and I couldn't tell the difference! It def. filled me up and the fact that there was no one when I went there (10:00am on a Thursday) make the service fast and the service great. Definitely recommend this place! P.S.: they also give you a punch card so ultimately you can get something free after a certain amount of purchases...yay! read more

Smoothie king I consider like a Starbucks. It's really hard to mess it up if you work here regularly. I come to which ever one is the closest to where I am. Today I chose the one in Miller which is a nice and new one. It's convenient as well since it's next to la fitness. I normally get the lean one. It's protein keeps me full most of the morning and it has less calories than some of the other ones. I also add some caffeine to keep me up during the day. And it works! It's supposed to be natural caffeine. I don't know what that means but whatever keeps me going. Normally in the stores they sell some of their products for example they have the lean 1 protein for sale in the store. They also have shakers of all sorts for you to buy. This smoothie king has always been great. Friday's they have smoothies for $5 for a 32 ounce which is a medium size. Medium looks super extra large to me so it's enough to replace a meal. read more

The guys who work here are always friendly and I've hear a few customers ask for "the usual." There aren't many places in Miami where you can go and ask such a thing.
