I made my curbside order at 12:22 and it was supposed to be done between 1:40 or 2:00 it is currently 2:58 and still haven't gotten my order , I don't understand what the point is for curbside if it's not going to be done in between times , I understand it gets busy and theirs other customers but cmon that's just not fair because I'm sitting in my car 2:58 and still nothing I got here at 2 , yet still nothing now it's when I get a notification that their starting my order which makes no sense because since I got here at 2 j would have been out probably by 2:20 it's not that hard to do your job , working at retail u get told to do something in specific each day u work so if u get put-ten to do order from curbside then DO SO DONT HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING AN HOUR AFTER THEIR OTHER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE read more

This particular aldi has the most rudest old employee lady. The first time I had a run in with her is at check out. There was an issue when scanning at self checkout. We pressed the help button and she remotely stopped it. We waited, she was the cashier. While waiting instead of finding out what was wrong with our check out she just keep ringing up customer about 3 more ignoring or need for help. We press the button 2 more time when she raised her hand and said wait rudely not calmly as if we were bothering her. She continued checking out 2 more people as they lined up so I started to pushing the button and each time she immediately canceled the request. After push the button about 5 more times she shoved the seat back and stomped over and said in broken enlish "what" and thats all she said and pouted mad that she had get up and fix an issue she had. When I asked what her name was she refussed I said I want to file a complaint she ignored me. I located the manage and she refused to give me her name too, which gave me the impression is was her hiring of a friend of family memeber so she was protecting her. For months maybe a year I avoided any contact with this ugly employee at the register or on the floor. When I saw her on the floor I stocking the shelves she was throwing things or roughly handling things as if she didn't want to be working there. I would walk away not interested in the things she was throwing around. Today I had another run in with this ugly rude person. When i walk out the store I saw a cart and the cart was back at the return cart storage and saw a quarter left in the cart jacket and my thought was someone just left it there so I went over and pushed the key in and took the quarter. As I am walking away that same old rude employee lady start yelling at me as if I did something criminal I turned around and heard her say it her with the other person quietly standing next to her. She continued to yell at me as I am walking back so I yelled at her to STOP YELLING AT ME LIKE I'M A CRIMINAL, she tells me in spanish to quiet down so she starts making remarks in spanish I yelled at her and said I remember how rude you are and she cough up another attitude, so I just called it like I saw it and said you a B... What did she do she called me a BITCH too. I said yes I am a B... I kind of know how she retains this job considering the comment are common here as being a rude store, its because the store manager keeps her there and is most likely friends with as even the manager refuses to give and information about her to report her to ALDI's complaints. Just because this store is close to my home I shop there, but the first store to open west of there had the nicest employees and helpful and when I go to that store today they are much more help and responsive not like this store. This old rude lady is hurting aldi's customer relations, I can't see why they don't read these comments down the list and figure that out. read more

This is the new ALDI in my neighborhood. This particular store is in the same spot that Ashley Furniture was in. I'm really happy that they are in this specific area since this is an area that I frequently visit. Some of the things that I really enjoy buying at ALDI is their fresh organic produce and selection of cheeses. In these times when grocery prices have become absurd, I decided to seek out more economical options. It was my first time shopping at an Aldi, although from word of mouth I was familiar with certain things. First, you pay .25 cents to rent a shopping cart, but you get it back when you return the cart. Second, they do not provide bags for your purchases, so come prepared with your own. Also, the food is displayed in the boxing that it is shipped in. No fancy displays here. All of these are ways that Aldi helps keep their labor costs low, so that they can pass those low costs on to their patrons. I'm here for it!! Aldi does not carry nearly the wide variety as Publix or Winn Dixie, but they do offer many of the most important basics. Milk, butter, eggs, cheese, meat, chicken, and fish, lots of fresh produce and more. As for value, to give you some price comparisons - milk was $3.20 compared to $4.95, blueberries $2.50 compared to $3.99, gold potatoes $3.79 compared to $6.99, and dry cat food $3.99 compared to $5.50. Yes. The savings was real. I decided to buy some of their private brand products and hopefully they will be comparable in quality to name brand. If not, Aldi does offer their "Twice as Nice" guarantee where they will refund you the money AND provide you a replacement. I also found some great deals on Halloween candy, so I stocked up on that. Overall, I am very happy with my experience. It was not overly crowded, check out was quick, and the savings was definitely something worthwhile. I will be back! :) read more

My new favorite grocery store. The prices are unbeatable. Especially for the meats we buy ribeye and sirloin for a great deal. I like the selection of organic veggies and fruits I even found organic juice boxes for my daughter. You have to go early because they often run out of things the later in the day you go. I've also found some excellent healthy snacks such as cream popsicles and protein shakes. The staff is alright not the friendliest. They have a lot of seasonal items so if you have a favorite snack its important to stock up! They have a wonderful policy if you don't like something you can bring it back for a refund or if you grabbed some thing that was expired they allow you to get a new one and a refund the policy is called "twice as nice." read more

Rude! All of them! I have 3 Aldi's in my area I can go to, this one is only a mile away, and I refuse to go there anymore because of so many bad experiences. Careless employees, no English, yell at you to remove every item from your cart at checkout (thanks I was going to do that!), always only 1 cashier who acts like they could care less about you or your merchandise. Today was my first time at an Aldi. I took my quarter, prepared to get my cart. At 4pm there was not a single cart available and when asked, a very apathetic employee said customers were leaving them outside and walked away. There was no offer for any kind of solution. Floors were filthy, shelves very empty and only 1 cashier. Big disappointment. I'll be looking for another location. read more

New!! That's my favorite word. This new Aldi on kendall drive is nice. Great service, impeccable inside and ample. Masks are required. All the employees were earring them too. Things were placed in an easy way for us to get them. The parking lot is a little tight. So plan ahead. I was happy with the delicious, with great prices of their beers and wines selection. One of my favorite stores, but among all this, my favorite staff. This staff has so much respect for the deaf community. Most staff in stores do not make it a point to try to communicate with a deaf person. This has been the only location, for me, where they try to communicate with a deaf person and treat them as an individual. The staff in this location has made direct eye contact and communication with the deaf person regardless if they have an interpreter present. They treated this person with the respect they deserved. For that I am truly grateful for the staff in this location. read more

Favorite grocery franchise ever. This Aldi's is relatively new but well maintained. It's in the complex right next to the Macondo Coffee Roasters and a bunch of other restaurants. Visible from the traffic and easy to spot. The place is clean and the staff is helpful and respectful. Go earlier in the morning to stock up because there will be empty shelves by the evening. They have a lot of Gluten free and vegan options. They have Gluten free bread, tortillas, granola, cheesecakes. They also have vegan groceries- look in the cold items section. They have vegan cheese and also vegan icecream. There is only one brand of vegan ice cream which is Coconut icecream. They carry a few different options of vegan milk. I also absolutely love their Aldi Finds. This place is absolutely affordable and it's my all time go to. Hi,I just got back from Aldi, bad feeling when I couldn't get a cart, I thought the store was full and they were all inside. Not a chance not even ten carts being used we got a small box for our items, gallon of milk some bread,muffins and juice. The whole time the cashiers were screaming out their register numbers to get people in line to pay while we maneuvered around the store another employee was trying to wash the floor which was filthy but it wasn't working so she gave up to the back to put tractor away. I'm going to continue going to Publix and hope things get better maybe I'll be back. read more

I have to say I was super excited when the Aldi at the location of 127 Ave and North Kendall Drive opened up. I shopped there weekly and sometimes in between during the week. The prices are great, the produce and vegetables are great. However, lately, I don't know what happened and I am extremely disappointed with this Aldi. Everytime I go, the floors are dirty, it is a mess everywhere in the store, and there is no staff. I am super upset that they removed the cash registers and added self-checkout stations. Those stations are super dirty and actually, walking into this store grosses me out. In this day and age, I understand that self-checkout is a thing, and I don't have a problem with it, but add 2 stations, not remove all cash registers and leave 1 register that only accepts cash. I really love coming to Aldi, but until they get their act together, I'll pass and do my grocery shopping somewhere else. read more
