This is my go-to Publix. I know the layout and I can be in and out quickly. I don't like the self checkouts. I like having a cashier. They only had one cash register open today. Ethan was my cashier. Very sweet young man. I tried couponing today. I made a list from the sale items and tried to stick to the list. Of course, I didn't. Got BOGO on 4 x 6 packs of Coke with $5 off of $30 for $3.15 each. They are normally $8.79 each. I was happy. read more

This Publix is pretty spacious and has most of what your heart desires (except for a Cafecito station). There's a lot of free parking. I like that they have self-checkouts - you never see any long lines. I feel like it's organized a bit differently than other Publix' because it took me some time to find everything. Only thing that's a bit annoying is that you have to exit through a super busy part of US1. read more

I can't believe how bad this store has gotten. I love close by so it's convenient to pop over for a few things. The other day I bought 5 items. 3 of them were priced incorrectly. Not a good experience visiting this Publix. They are quickly becoming the target of grocery stores. Poor customer experience. And my favorite part was after experiencing the poor quality produce I got to do the work to check myself out and bag my groceries. I'll never be back. Milan's is far superior. Frequently runs out of random produce. Last time, they had no white potatoes (loose, bagged, or even shrinkwrapped for microwaving). Parking lot can be very difficult to turn into because of cross-traffic. Otherwise, it's a standard Publix. Some things are expensive, but then a great deal on sale. Store is clean, available produce is fresh, and there's a variety of most essentials. read more

This is a nice clean small Publix. Today it was packed. Back to school people shopping with their kids. So where do all these people go when it's summer? Do people really go away for the whole summer or do they eat out every day? Started out no carts zero. Had to go outside to get one. This should have been a sign but no I went in anyway. The deli was packed seemed like forever but honestly I only waited 10 minutes. Elbia called out 33,34, 35. She didn't give any one time to answer she didn't advance the numbers she was trying so hard but in the process slowing everything down. The Publix Pharmacy in Pinecrest is such a disaster that I'm transferring somewhere else. They take over a week to fill out prescriptions, they don't pick up the phone, and if they decide to pick up the phone, they put you on hold for 25 minutes! They App is also horrible. read more

I detoured here on the Grand Opening day, Saturday 10/27/12. The store was quite crowded, but a huge amount of extra staff was on hand, drawn from regional and corporate offices I believe, and from surrounding area stores (I recognized my cashier from the Cutler Bay Publix on South Dixie). The produce section seemed to offer much more than my usual store, including a larger "Greenwise" (organic) section. The meat department seemed to offer more high-end steaks, including some prime cuts. I'm going back today to stock up on some great-looking rib steaks for only $6.99 per pound! Check-out was a breeze, because every single register was staffed. I got a free insulated carry bag! Time will tell what the store will be like when it settles down, but it's great right now. read more

I find shopping to be pleasurable here. Everyone is always friendly and haven't had any issues at this Publix. They also recently added a nice prepared foods section, salad bar and soup section. I haven't tried that part out yet but it looks good. The pharmacy here has become my go to pharmacy. Much better, and I think cheaper than CVS and Walgreens. read more

Although the store is nice big clean and beautiful. The service at the deli was snail pace!!! Super incredibly slow and there were enough people there to attend to the three customers waiting but one lady kept cutting cold cuts for no customer!! I don't know who she was cutting it for, but all of us customers were looking at each other puzzled as to why she was making us wait so long!! She made me feel as if my time as is not valuable!!!! Unacceptable and very disappointing!!! Still don't understand why she wasn't helping the rest of her crew and make us customers wait and get frustrated!! read more

This publix is great! Diego in the deli area is so happy and considerate. The subs are on point each time. The amount of cashiers is perfect too. I almost never have to spend more than three minutes in line at the store. They have several managers for different areas and they all have been helpful when I needed it. Carlos in the produce is always very nice and knows a lot about the produce. Scott in the meat section always gives me tips on what and how to make my food! Ian in the meat department just really knows his meats! All have been super helpful in our family lifestyle! read more

I've never met a Pubelix that I liked, and this place is no exception. Really, it's just a supermarket, with your typical foods at above-average prices. It's clean, white tile, and sterile. The produce is in excellent condition, but the selection is poor and prices terrible. I couldn't believe how expensive the deli meals were, so I got a $1.50 bottle of soda and left. For the record, a comparable bottle of store-brand soda at Winn-Dixie is 33% cheaper, and they have a better selection. read more

Not only does Publix have EVERYTHING you need, but it also reminds you of the things you don't need, but just WANT!!!! For example...their Chicken Tender Publix Sub ITS SO GOOD and 100% recommended!! This is my favorite grocery store. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The deli makes the best fried chicken and sub sandwiches. The customer service desk orders things that are not on their shelves but in the warehouse. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. Bakery items are average, but their produce is excellent. I have Publix stores closer to my house but I shop here instead. read more

I love this Publix! This will definitely become our new go-to grocery store. Large selection of items, including organic options. Helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful, clean store. Quick and easy in and out. I love that there is pedestrian access from US1 to the store (something that is typically overlooked in this city!) The only negative I've experienced is twice food I bought was bad (cream cheese that had a weird texture and maple syrup that wasn't properly sealed), but of course they took it back with no questions asked. read more

0 star for the deli. I ordered 60 piece hot wing yesterday for pickup at 7:30 today. Came to pick it up and was sent back and forth between deli and event planning. My order was never made... The guy that was frying said he "forgot" my order! Said it will be done in 10 minutes, still here because he did my order completely wrong! It's 8:25pm, these wings were supposed​ to be at an event at 9pm...So much for that. My suggestion: someone should ensure these orders are completed and ready to go when the customer comes to pick up.. it doesn't seem like there's any type of process in place. I should not be standing here with all this time allowing me write this horrible experience. read more

Very nice store, but the Deli has problems; I was waiting for a hot meal and was told by the man making Subs that I had to get in the Sub line, that can take forever, just to cup a cup of rice.
