We went in around 4 p.m.,…read moreonly to find that the meat department had already closed--at 2 p.m. When we asked the front manager for help, they made it clear they had no intention of assisting us in any way. It was frustrating and disappointing to be dismissed so quickly, especially when all we were trying to do was buy something as basic as meat. The store hours for certain departments are absolutely ridiculous. Closing the meat department that early in the afternoon--on a day people are still actively shopping--makes no sense at all. It's even worse when management doesn't care enough to try and find a solution for the customer. This kind of poor service pushes people away. If you're not willing to accommodate your customers or even show basic effort, people will take their business elsewhere--and that's exactly what we'll be doing. Winn-Dixie needs to seriously reconsider both their department hours and their customer service standards. Today's experience made it clear that customers are not a priority here. If I could leave zero stars I would, but unfortunately, it's not an option here !!!!!!

Aldi The grocery…read morechain Aldi has made steadied and welcomed upgrades since they came into the South Florida Market. This store in Cutler Bay is no exception. This store is large and bright and well stocked. It was renovated last year, like many of the Aldi's around the area. They have worked hard at improving the produce section. Many of the items are organic and the prices are extremely competitive. Finding quality meat is easy too. They were one of the first no-frills grocery stores. And they have done an admirable job of keeping that ethos. Very much like their sister store, Trader Joes (owned by the brother), Aldi will not have every single item on their shelves. And things do come and go. Especially seasonal items. So, if you like something... stock up. It might be back next year. It may never return. If I am out doing grocery shopping I will make Aldi's the first stop. This location has a large parking lot. So, it's usually painless to find a spot. If you find what you're looking for chances are the price will be the best around. Get your staples up, and then head to another chain to round out the other bits you need. Aldi deserves a visit.

I would like to know why your scale in the produce section shows the tomato weighed a little less than 1 pound, but at the cash register, the scale says they were 1.37 pounds. That's just a rip off -highway robbery. My case # 01860984. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford the price of groceries as it is. I do not need Aldi robbing me too. I just received an email back telling me they can't do anything about overcharge. This is not about overcharge. It is about improper weighing of your scales - this is totally unethical. EVERYONE SHOULD BEWARE AND CHECK THE WEIGHT OF THEIR PRODUCE AT ALDI.

They have everything you can want and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The product is carefully displayed. If you have been to other states and cities grocery stores you know how good we have it. There is also a pharmacy inside and they have a drive through too if you don't feel like going inside. The rest of the new plaza is empty right now. It will be very interesting to see what else moves in. I'm looking forward to what this area becomes. Hopefully shortly.

I had an order scheduled to come in but it wasn't registered yet and they went through the morning delivery to find it instead of telling me to come back. I may have looked especially pathetic and sickly but whatever the reason the service exceeded expectations. The deli is slow but they are really nice- next time I'll just order ahead on the ap and pick up when I get there- the quality of the subs were really good. Good value. The bakery smelled delish. They didn't have any whole mountain bread (it was all already sliced) and when I expressed my disappointment they asked me to swing by in my way out and voila one unsliced was waiting for me. Fabulous. I did notice a juice and smoothie type bar but didn't partake. Next time perhaps. The fruits and veggies looked fresh and well kept. There were baggers and I didn't hVe to bag my own which I will but it's also nice not to have to. The parking is strange I do wonder when the other stores fill in if it won't be crowded but it doesn't seem to flood when it rains which is nice. Good job new publix. I'll be back

Completely ridiculous. Shouldn't be a pharmacist. Because any pharmacist who knows anything would know that you can cause someone to have a stroke by withholding their blood pressure meds. And I'm not just spouting off. I am a registered nurse. So I know when someone is not qualified to do their job in the medical field. And the pharmacist here is NOT qualified.
