The Publix locations all start to blur together after a while, they are all pretty decent. However, this location must be new or something as it is mammoth inside. It has absolutely everything and the selection is not only better with more variety, but they also have really good stock relative to other locations. I came here several times recently and was able to get everything I needed each time as I was picking up random odds and ends for the family. Also, the staff was very friendly as well. Finally, parking is often a problem at Publix but this one has plenty. This is the new go-to location for me. read more

Bravo for this Publix location. It's a hidden gem. It delivers great service and the usual fresh and high quality food we've come to expect from this well loved supermarket chain. On a recent visit, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Victor from the bakery shop. What a delight! He helped me design and pick out a birthday cake for my little one. From beginning to end he was friendly, creative and super helpful. It truly made picking out the cake a breeze! Truth be told we weren't crazy about the size of this location when we first moved to the area. It appeared smaller and older than other super sized Publix markets in the newer areas. However, we've never ran into an item we couldn't find and service has always been superior. We've encountered so many friendly staff members here throughout the years as well. We have been going to this store for decades! The store was recently renovated, then reopened. It looks beautiful and like before the people are very courteous, however most of the products that we used to buy there are no longer carried and we are extremely disappointed. The hundreds of dollars that we used to spend here are now going to BJ's, Sprouts and Whole Foods. I spoke to a manager about this issue and she said she's had many complaints like that. Love this "small" Publix. I have been shopping here for over 25 years. The store clerks are always helpful and sweet. They take the time to look for things and answer questions. The fresh market is just that, Fresh! It seems to be stacked so perfect. The fish and meats are also fresh yet if you can't find the cut you are looking for the butcher will cut and do his best to get what you need! This Publix is what I like to call "My Publix". My son also calls it "Plublix", which works too. Maybe it's the convenience of having it so close to home, but this place really gives our neighborhood a small-town cozy feel. The staff here is friendlier than most Publixes (Publixs? What is the plural of Publix?) that I've been to. It could be the familiarity effect, I dunno, but I love seeing everyone's smiling face here. They always ask if you need help and are really sweet to the kids when we're waiting in line at the cashier. I love that I'm bound to run into a neighbor, a friend, or a family member whenever I'm here. It's a silly little thing that adds to the experience. Added bonus: the size of newer Publixs (Publixes?) overwhelms me. They're vast and impersonal and it takes like 10 minutes to get from one side to the other. This one is the perfect size! I love this Publix! It feels like a small town market in many ways but with a large selection of products expected at all big city supermarkets. The Butcher here has been very helpful preparing custom cuts for me in the past. Especially when I want a pack of very meaty short ribs. The seafood selection is nicer than other comparable places. I've purchased lobster tail, snow crab leg, king crab leg, shrimp and salmon here. Tony at the Deli is very nice and efficient. The rest of the staff at the deli are pretty fast too with just a couple exceptions. I prefer Boars Head (sold at Publix) deli meats over Dietz & Watson (sold at Winn Dixies) The Cashiers and baggers are always pleasant. I really do enjoy shopping here. It is unlike any other Publix. All i have to say is check the expiration dates on your items. I've been shopping at this Publix for a few years and it recently got remodeled. I was beyond excited when i heard they were opening back up as this was an amazing Publix. But it's nothing like how it was before. I've never had any problems until they opened back up. Since then I've encountered many expired items (premade guac, moldy raspberries, expired bolthouse chai tea, expired cookies, etc.) it's gotten to a point that I'll no longer be shopping at this Publix. The guac was about a month old and i didn't notice till i went to eat my tacos for dinner! I then had to drive back and return the item.(same goes for the chai tea) i have spoken to the managers multiple times, they claim they have talked to their employees yet nothing seems to change! I have also messaged Publix on Instagram and all they do is say they will reach out to the manager. This is definitely a problem and no amount of gift cards will make up for the lack of quality. Called in an order for hot and spicy breaded chicken wings. The gentleman who took my order said they didn't have any, but they could make them and it would take 30 mins. When I arrive for my order they hand me non-breaded chicken wings. I explained that I asked for the breaded, and even confirmed the order after and they guaranteed me they were making the breaded wings. They apologized and said they didn't have any. I never come on here to write a review, but had to this time because I was so impressed. Went to Publix early on a Sunday morning with my husband and our almost 20 month old daughter. All of the employees were so friendly from the moment we walked in. The store was spotless, several employees asked if they could assist with anything, and they made the otherwise boring grocery trip for our daughter fun! Klaus (the assistant manager I believe), did everything he could to make our daughter smile whenever we would cross in the aisles. When we were waiting at the deli, he came and found us and surprised her with a pink balloon that she carried all around the store. It was very sweet for him to go above and beyond. Everyone was very helpful and cheery, too. Had to share! I ordered online so that I could avoid the lines. Yeah, no. Waited another 20 mins for 3 subs that were completely wrong. They added extra ingredients to the sandwiches so they are super gross now. My favorite publix by far. The employees are so helpful and sweet. They remember all of the neighborhood shoppers. The only downside is the parking. Since the McDonald's opened in the same shopping center, it is hard to find a spot during prime shopping times. Otherwise, this is the publix I always go to. It's kind of small compared to the regular Publix that I go to on SW. 120th St. and 1 27th Ave. The store is clean and the people are very helpful here. Went to Publix at 9:30a.m to pick up 8 piece fried chicken and assorted donuts. Both were on sale. Went to deli to pick up chicken, none there. Then went to bakery to get assorted donuts only to find out that there was 4 of the same style in each box. Don't know what's going on. This is my favorite Publix by far. I will drive past the one closest to me (since I moved recently) to go to this Publix. It has the best parking; it is probably the least crowded Publix I've ever been to, the layout makes the most sense, and the employees are generally awesome. I actually look forward to seeing the employees because they are so nice. They will remember you if you go often.
