First, lots of great employees. The gentleman in Deli was very helpful. Next the checkout lady, Kiki was fabulous- she went above & beyond. I wanted to purchased 4 packs of Mexican Coke cola, only had 1 available- but did have individuals. In order to get the packed price needed to speak to manager, Andre; he immediately arrived & curtly said NO. So, once he left Kiki mentioned she could check on her computer, which said 3 of the 4packs were available. A more competent manager should/could have been more helpful. Leadership sets tone- luckily for the customer it IS the everyday workers who are the most kind, knowledgeable & helpful! read more

Walking in to this Publix I've never been here before. I asked the person upfront where they have sardine. She didn't answer. The security wasn't very nice that was standing next to her. The deli section is super slow, if you order a sub it will take like an hour. The outside has tons of homeless and crackheads that will try to take your grocery bags if you get too close. Very unsafe area. read more

Stacy from the Seafood Department steamed a piece of salmon and 4 wild caught shrimp for me today. She seasoned it with "everything". It was so delicious, especially the salmon. It was cooked to perfection. I picked up some mashed potatoes from the deli to go with it. I got 16 ounces because it was just $1 more than $2.99 for 8 ounces. I was a happy camper! read more

One of the most spacious Publix I've ever been to, and the deli was massive! I came in for a pub sub. I remember getting a chicken tender sub with the works and getting it "chopped style" (mixing all the ingredients in a bowl, chopping it, then filling the sub bread). The staff were very kind with this request and got it done quick. Honestly, one of the best subs I've ever had! read more

The overall selection is very limited. The international section is limited. Some basic items aren't available. There are Very few registers open. The Employees aren't very helpful and are usually standing around. I've ordered subs dozens of times and they are never ready when I go in to pick it up an hour later. It's convenient because I live close by. Prices are high but it's downtown so I guess it makes sense. read more

We specifically stopped by Publix on the way to the airport to pick up some of their DELICIOUS subs! The store is in Oldtown Miami and sits directly across from a Target, Aldi, Burlington and Ross, along with other stores. Location is very clean and offers a variety of items at a reasonable cost. This is the little bitty Publix next to the parking for the brightline. It's functional but there is limited space so understand options may be limited as compared to the giant sprawling suburban publix. But I will say the staff here is personable from the checkers to the pharmacy. It's a good location to pick up one or two things, but I rarely do a full shopping. That being said the produce is well maintained, there's a good amount of "to-go" prepared fresh foods, and it's been a good experience over the past couple years it's been open. Lunch gets busy at the deli with all the office workers, so order ahead or expect a wait in line. read more

You would think with how expensive they are, they'd at least be good at customer service but you'd be wrong. I ordered subs online from their deli. They didn't have the order, so they sent me to the back of the line to wait, then they let a bunch of other people cut the line. I gave up after 40 minutes of waiting, it took another 10 to get a refund. read more

This was my first time at this Publix. It failed me. Limited selection. Decent parking garage. Free for first two hours. Left without getting what I needed. No cookie cake. No whole wheat baguette. Small fish and sushi section. Lots of freezer out of stocks. Limited salty snacks selection. Two stars for not being the worst grocery store I ever visited. We are a local nonprofit who ordered deli sandwiches for our afterschool program. We ordered online 2 days in advance. When we arrived for pickup the order was not available and no one knew of it. When I eventually spoke with a manager (showed him the order, store # and address) because he didn't believe me. He arranged for a woman to work on the order to prepare it and advised that they would reimburse the purchase for the inconvenience. This was on February 12th. In reconciling our account at the end of February, we have yet to receive the reimbursement from Publix. The customer service was poor, even from the manager who found it hard to make eye contact. The sandwiches where rushed and looked rush, with bread broken and smashed and meat falling off the sandwiches. I've attempted call the store several times (4 to be exact) the phone rings infinitely no one will answer, but they will pickup and hang up the phone. This store was welcomed with open arms when it cam to the community. However the quality that we are accustomed to getting at a Publix stuff is not here. The definitely need a manager who has the ability to ensure fidelity and rigor of service delivery across the store. BTW, we still are in need of our refund. I will be visiting the store today. and provide an update to this review. read more

This Publix always has homeless lurking inside and out, has the SLOWEST deli department from any Publix I've been to, unfortunately it's the closest to where I live and the deli counter is always empty and good luck trying to find someone that is working there or that is willing to take that position to take your order, it's like pulling teeth. Drive elsewhere if you want good Publix customer service. read more

The people are the deli are rude and don't know how to do their job, I used to work at a Publix deli so I k ow what I'm talking about, they don't know what "sandwich cut" sliced meat means, they don't know what a "1/3" of a pound is, the guy that made my sub was incompetent as hell, there were two costumers in front of me and he LITERALLY took one hour, I asked for a tuna sub and he said he didn't have any, I had to go grab a container and when I came back he had one already opened on deck that he had used in the previous costumer.. the ladies have told me "go shop and I'll cut your meats" and when I go back they don't got anything and get mad cause they have to rush.. this is the worst Publix in Miami read more

Went in for a sub - one person in front of me. I move up to the counter to order once he's done, but no one acknowledges me or says anything. The person who just made the sub goes on to slice meat like there's no one else waiting. I usually get great service with Publix, but this was highly disappointing - I've never been ignored like this. read more

This fairly new Publix in downtown Miami offers a little bit of most of the options you are used to finding in a Publix supermarket. Prices are noticeably higher which might be due to inflation or location but yes significant higher to other comparable supermarkets. The layout is smaller but you can do all your groceries here without missing anything. They have a parking garage attached also. read more

This grocery store is in a very convenient location close to my house, walking distance. The staff is relatively friendly (most of the time). There is some staff that are exceptional. The hours are not ideal for late night snacks :) they close at 10pm!! And it is a smaller Publix so sometimes it doesn't have what you're looking for - for example they don't carry white ground pepper. read more

Not only am I in love with Publix cake but I'm in love with all the dedication, creation and love Fabien has put into all my cakes! I've gone to her for many years and she has never disappointed . This Publix is very convenient and well stocked for being such a small location. The store layout accommodates for everything you can find at a regular size Publix. The staff is very friendly and the Store Manager listens to requests and stocks the store with the item you ask him for. Very pleased to have this location next to my workplace. read more
