What I like about Alpine Fresh's product is that the stems are snipped which saves me A LOT of time when preparing them. 99% of the beans were fresh with just a few brown or discolored ones. RECIPIES: My favorite way to prepare them is a stir fry with 1" sliced beans, garlic, fresh mushrooms, garlic salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Another favorite preparation (that I no longer make do due to health reasons) is with a stir fry with julienned beans, Spam, garlic, oyster sauce and shoyu. So simple and delish but partly unhealthy!
