We love this Chick-fil-A. It has the best costumer service in town. I personally love getting their nuggets because they are so good. But, I also enjoy getting the chicken sandwich sometimes. There waffle fries are good when really fresh and eaten immediately, but can turn blah quickly as they cool, they have shakes that are ok... and I don't like lemonade even though people rave about theirs. However my oldest could eat it daily! He loves it! I have grown to like their southwest salad... with creamy salsa dressing... put on the regular nuggets and it is really good! But all that being said... I really just don't get all the fuss. Now a couple of things they do do better then anywhere... they get people through the drive through and inside lines like no one else! I will eat Chick-fil-A pretty much any chance I get. I love the spicy sandwich meal (I add American cheese) with fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. Sometimes if I'm feeling a little healthier I'll opt for one of their salads, which are always fresh and delicious. The only downside to this location is the drive thru gets crazy around meal times. They do a really good job of getting you through there but the line sticks out in the street sometimes. read more

I love Chick-fil-A but not this location. I can not even begin to tell you how many times they have messed up our order. Little, simple things too. The other day was mistake after mistake. I actually called this time and complained. Messed up our separate order and lost mine all together, gave my son the wrong drink, wrong kids meal, forgot the ice cream and then had me pull up to the black poll in the drive thru and there I sat. And sat. And sat. Meanwhile my son's sandwich and my strips and both our fries got cold. It was raining and finally my son got out of the car and went up to the drive thru window/door and asked. They nonchalantly said " oh yeah, here's your ice cream it's been ready." The ice cream was already melting. This Chic-fil-A was awesome today! I think I got in line around 11:50ish a.m. They were COMPLETELY PACKED! I mean cars waiting in the street to turn in and I was at the very back. Somehow I still managed to get through this insane line in less than 15 minutes. I was fully prepared to wait longer. The staff were very pleasant and quick as usual. My caffeine headache was starting and my belly was grumbling. The only thing that would satisfy the Hangry awakening was Chic-fil-A. I got the #2 Spicy Chicken meal large sized with sweet tea, 4 Chic-fil-A sauces, and 3 mayo packets. Everything I requested to joyfully consume my meal was in the bag. I ate my meal whilst fighting traffic on Memorial and then down 101st to Riverside. Everything was hot and tasty and the sweet tea was perfect. Not too sweet and not too weak. Once my belly was satisfied, I looked back at this meal with great fondness and satisfaction. Ah Chick-fil-A this place is so well ran by its staff I mean the place is always full no matter what time you go, but they got the system to counter long wait times with about 4 people taking order outside one swiping your card and two handing out food. So you don't really make it to the speaker or window. The place is clean and is very Christen like. The food here is amazing as the fries and sauce. I checked in here today and went threw the drive through and there was a lot of people but I got my food in minutes! So I got the usual which is the spicy chicken sandwich and of course the fries and unlike canes I don't really have a signature drink so I just went with a coke. But as always it didn't disappoint the fries were amazing and let me tell you the best part about the fries is the ones with the skin still on them. Then the sauce here not really much to say about it for it's just simply amazing. Then the sandwich it's self it was churchy and juicy and the buns they put on these sandwiches are amazing. I don't think it has to do with a majority of the employees working there being white,and me being a black man, but it sucks I have to tell myself that in the first place. When I went around to pickup my order I asked why he had given me the name "kong" when I clearly said "king". He didn't say anything & stood there with my food outstretched from his hands Asking if I needed sauce. When I said no he said goodbye, grabbed the next order bag and stared above me into space. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A in the Tulsa area (and we go to all of them). They are friendly, helpful, and the restaurant is always clean. Usually very busy at lunch time - but the food is ready fast as always. There is absolutely no comparison between Chick-fil-A and the other major fast food chains. I feel good about my child eating at CFA... unlike any of the others. We always get fruit and milk with her chicken, and she eats a healthy balanced lunch. Today was a busy day yet I'm still impressed by the staff. I was sitting at a table with my starving (edit: screaming) toddler waiting for my husband to order for us. To try and pacify my toddler, I asked a worker for some cheerios that they typically have on hand in convenient single serving containers. The worker sadly told me they had run out for the day. Chick-fil-a has some of the best fast food out there, so I tend to come in and have breakfast when I can. This store used to be outstanding. It's kinda bad now. The biscuits are always super hard and the chicken inside them almost too dry to eat. I came in at about 6:30 today. No one was in the store, there wasn't a drive through line, but it still took 15 minutes to get my food, which happens about every other time I'm here. People slowly started trickling in and going through the drive-through, being served. I figured they were waiting on chicken to cook or something, nope... I finally went up and told them I'd been waiting for over 10 mins, and they gave me my food. Terrible service. read more

I'm a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A in general but there's something about this one that makes the experience magical. I'm sure the staff is required to say " my pleasure" one hundred times a day but they also take the time to have conversations that aren't mechanic. My personal favorites are the Spicy Chicken sandwich, the cool wrap and the grilled nuggets. The cool wrap can be a hit or miss depending on how long its been in their fridge. Don't get me started on those delicious waffles fries that make me regret eating them in the first place! (calorie wise, not because they are gross) It's too noisy at times due to the massive amount of small children but Chick-Fil-A is a family restaurant so that is to be expected. Other than that.... I'm not sure what's going on with your employees but they are not upholding that reputation, I encountered jasmine today, rude, a bit snotty, she was giving a lot of attitude today, which I was caught off guard at chick fil a I'm used to it at other chains, but I always know I'll get a smile and be treated kindly at chick fil a, but the employees you've hired recently are not quality. She was short with me and was rushing me, I wasn't even finished with my order as she's walking away giving me a total... This location isn't the same, they rush you a lot. Smart mouths usually irritate people. I used to come in and get smiles, many know me by name there. You cannot expect the staff to smile all the time when they are working outside in TULSA whether. If you've worked in this type of business you'd know how difficult it is dealing with people who aren't 5 star customers.
