Salad and Go in Jenks hooked me up and made a fan out of me. The drive thru lanes were empty and service was friendly and fast! I ordered the Fajita Wrap w/ chicken (710 calories/$6.79) and a Cobb Salad w/ chicken but WITHOUT hard boiled egg (because... ewww ) (780 calories/ $6.79). The Fajita Wrap was massive. No, it was humongous. Some might say is was "transcendent", but I surely would not. The cold flour tortilla was stuffed full and literally bursting at the seams with chicken, lettuce, avocado, black beans, tomatoes, red peppers, poblano peppers, pico, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeño ranch dressing. I could only eat half and I'm already looking forward to devouring the second half tomorrow! The salad was pretty incredible. It was also pretty huge. The greens were a very fresh mix of romaine and mixed greens. There was plenty of cherry tomatoes, fresh avocado, real bacon, blue cheese crumbles, freshly diced chicken, and a packet with just the right amount of creamy blue cheese dressing. The salad was diced to just the right size. I didn't have to wrestle huge pieces into my pretty voluminous pie hole. Overall, the price was right, the quality was excellent, and the freshness was unexpectedly perfect. Not a single piece of wilted or slimy lettuce was found. I ate one half Wife's Homemade Turkey sub was bland and tasteless. She ate 1/3 of one half. Two bags of chips were the hit of the meal. $29.60 wasted. Can't say we didn't try.
