Chick Fil A is consistently great. They do what they do very well and this location is outstanding! I have had breakfast catered and it was a perfect experience. The food was fresh, hot and delivered to the right place at the right time! I did the drive-through today for lunch and as usual there was a long line. But they have the system as a combination of art & science. The friendly and extremely courteous staff got me through the long line in a flash! I love that there are grilled chicken options for those of us on a food regimen. The grilled chicken sandwich is only 6 WW points and with fruit and unsweetened tea it is a very tasty and satisfying lunch on the go! The grilled nuggets option is either 1 or 0 points. Visited Chick-Fil-A in Stillwater, OK and ordered a cobb salad at the drive-thru on 7-14-2025. The last several times I have ordered the cobb salad there is very little green leafy lettuce, mainly the hard white stalk pieces. For $10.37 total I feel they could at least give the customer what they paid for. Since this is not the first time I experienced this filler I will go elsewhere for a salad. When businesses cheat customers eventually it will catch up to them. The positive are the employees are always friendly. read more

While visiting family we placed a mobile order, they first tried giving us someone else's food. When we got our food as we were driving out of the drive thru I noticed the two bags of chips we ordered were missing. We pulled around and went inside to get them. Drove across town and then realized they didn't give us the kids meal we ordered. Called and asked for a refund and told no because I had used Apple Pay. Manager was not helpful and didn't say that they were sorry. I had to split my meal so that the child with us could eat. Very disappointed in the fact you have so many staff working the drive thru and you still don't have all the food in the bag that the customer paid for. Please do better. read more

Such a great place for chicken sandwich's to salads. Sauces that the provided for the salads too are awesome and the sauces they provided for the dipping of the chicken action is delicious! I love this Chick-fil-A! The servers are always so friendly and patient, and the food is incredible! The nuggets are juicy and flavorful, the fries are salty, and the ice cream is creamy and sweet! As an omnivore, I adore this Chick-fil-A, but I could see where a vegetarian may be inconvenienced. While it is a little pricy, in my opinion, this Chick-fil-A is totally worth it. read more

Most frustrating drive-thru I've ever experienced. They clearly focus on one drive-thru more than the other. It is extremely infuriating watching 6-7 cars that got there and ordered after me get their food first just because they chose the first drive-thru lane. I sat in line for over 35 minutes, and when I finally got up to the window after ordering my food a Hispanic girl was extremely rude to me and told me I "forgot to order" and I didn't get my food, even AFTER I had already paid. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, and tried to make me feel like an idiot by insisting that I "didn't stop at the window" and "that's their system at Chicfila". I have Chicfila probably 2 times a week, and I feel as if it's pretty common sense to stop at the ordering window in a drive thru. Ordered delivery even though I live 2 blocks away due to being exposed to Covid. Spent $24 on a 8 piece nugget, soup and a Greek parfait. The parfait had 2 blueberries in it, warm and runny. This restaurant is excellent. During the lunch rush the dining room can be a little bit overcrowded and hard to move through making it difficult to want to stay or find a seat. The food is always good, it's never disappointed, although some may find the taste of the chicken slightly off-putting due to the way it's marinated, I love it. Been here a bunch of times, and I almost always use the drive thru. The two times I dined in the restaurant was clean, well stock for condiments and the play area looked safe and tidy. I can't vouche for the bathrooms or ball pit, I did not use either. Pulling into the drive thru or parking lot is a bit odd, but there is also lots of additional parking from the nearby shopping areas. Walking or biking to Chick fil a is decent. There are plenty of sidewalks. Love the chicken minis! Always disappointed in the shakes. read more

I'm a big fan of Chick Fil A in general, and the Stillwater one is very good: friendly staff, good food, etc. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because, unlike some other Chick Fil A locations I've been to, the Stillwater one doesn't have drink stations for refills (you have to go to the counter and ask). Not a big deal overall, obviously, but just a tweak I'd like to see. read more

A couple years ago I stumbled into a chick-fil-a and didn't understand the craze. My chicken sandwich wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Fast forward to last night. Im sick and needed some chicken soup. I stopped in and got a bowl. I also added a 4 piece grilled nugget kids meal to put the nuggets into the soup. I chose a fruit bowl instead of fries. My expectation was brothy soup, and a sealed small bag of apples. Boy was I wowed. The soup appeared to have thick homemade noodles and was thick and filled with carrots and celery. I didn't need to add any crackers at all. The fruit...well let's just say the chick-fil-a fruit bowl could put some local restaurants to shame (strawberries, oranges, blueberries, melon). Upon leaving I moved the flowers back to the center of the table. After a second glance (and feel), I discovered they were real. Everyone had real flowers on their table. I sure appreciate someone taking the extra time and putting out a little extra money to make better quality food and the classiness of the flowers. Chick-Fil-A offers restaurant quality food at a fast food price. Merlin, the owner, is very friendly and often comes by our table to say hello. Also, if you bring in a church program from 5-8 pm on Mondays, you get a free chicken sandwich! I am definitely a fan! read more

We just left the Chick-fil-A after spending $23 dollars on 2 chicken sandwich meals & 2 kids meals so our grandsons age 2 & 5 could play on the playground. They slide down the slide once & a young man made all the kids leave so they could clean it at 1:15pm. I went to ask when the kids could get back in and was told 2:00. We will NEVER go there again.
